I use their pharmacy and like how the pharmacist and staff are always ready to answer any and all of my questions. As far as the store goes..very clean and organized. Friendly staff ( except when the teen boys who work there walk right pass me while I am dragging out a 40lb box of cat litter!)Note..I am 90lbs😁..prices have always been a leetle high but they have good sales and their brand name products are reasonably priced. And they are offering more and more vegan and vegetarian options!

Congested parking lot be careful also prices are high. They do sometimes have deals buy one get one free

Has pretty much of what I need or want. Its nice that they open at 6.00a.m. its a clean store, nice clean rest room .deli meat a little high but its there if I want it . Unlike other stores even when there busy I can always find a spot .

Staff was friendly. Was just a quick trip to pick up some laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Quick in and out but I noticed the store was very clean.

The employees are very friendly. They answer your questions with experience. Produce is always fresh. Sales are posted in the consumers view. Cashiers are speedy with accuracy. Their pharmacy is one of the best in Oneida also

Bought 2 roasted chickens to make chicken salad ..only 2 cashiers and long lines which seems to be a price chopper standard. Got home and picking the birds apart I think they roasted them to death. Dried out and flavorless for the price. Oneida could use a better grocery store chain.

There are lot of GS s (grocery store) around the area but Price chopper is my local go to for all my shopping . The BEST steaks chops and poultry ! Fresh baked goods and pies, cookies, pastry. Friendly and helpful staff !

When I was walking in the letter i fell off of the building and almost cut me in half. Go figure out of all of the letters it had to be the sharpest one. Couldnt have been the O. It was pretty traumatic but they gave me a discount after that. Overall a great atmosphere

It was fast and easy to shop and all of the employees were sweet but when it came time to check out, there was only two checkers who were clearly overworked and lines down the isles including the self checkout as well. Unfortunately I was in a line that didnt move forward for over 9 minutes. We were waiting for the female red head to come out of her office to take care of a coupon override....the manager was rude and didnt give the discount. This was alarmingly normal for the others in line before and after.... Where are the Managers that care??? Not here I see. I live and shop in huge cities and I have never seen such miss management.But the rest was great including the take out food hot and cold!

Meh, it was Price Chopper. Theyve been a staple in the Oneida area for years. The store shows its age too. May be time for a facelift guys.

Some prices are better especially if you have an advantage card but watch out cuz others arent. The girls at the quick self scan are friendly.

The deli is horrible. I get deli twice a week from the price chopper in Oneida and the service is terrible. The people behind the counter pretend like they dont see you so they dont have to wait on you. Theyre hours say that they are open until 9pm however when I go in at 7pm they are closed. Most of the time they only have 1 slicer open. They cross contaminate by using 1 machine for the meat and cheese. The deli workers are extremely rude and act like youre an inconvenience.

Well stocked,clean. Fresh produce. Best seafood selection anywhere.

I should not have to rush to get my groceries on the belt then rush to have to bag my own groceries because i brought mu own... Then rush to try to finish the payment portion of the transaction.... I have been missing a donut for a few years. I had not been able to find a bakery that makes them. However a chat at price chopper in Oneida NY with a very nice man at the bakery progressed into him making them custom for me with no problems . I was so excitied!!! They were over the top delicious!! Better than I remembered. Also shopping today there I found them donuts prepared and sitting on a table right as you walk in the fresh Vegis . I hate e coupons,first I dont shop for groceries on line,2nd with not print them and 3rd,I am going back to Wal-Mart.

Asked for Unilet Lancets and the Oneida parmacy told me they were prescription only and I just ordered them on line easily without any hassles. Well be going else where for all our drugs and related drug store items in the future.

The store is always understaffed and the lines are so long. they have two people working on the registers with no baggers so i have to bag my own groceries which isnt normally a big deal but with huge orders its just so unnecessary. they had to call people from the deli down to bag for the cashiers. after that, i noticed that the cashiers didnt even know what they were doing, clearly they had no training because the girl i went through had to call over a manager to help her find produce options on her register. their cashiers dont even stand at the registers they go to the self checkout area and talk so when i needed help i had to walk over and tap someone to help me. the store is dirty, smells foul in the back and their fruits are always rotten.

Very disappointed with my latest order using instacart. I ordered groceries for pickup on Sunday, April 25th, then received an email that the order was rescheduled for Tuesday, April 27th, and now being rescheduled again for Saturday, May 1. Finally cancelled the entire order! Maybe time to switch to another grocery store for my orders.

I wish they didnt demolish all their boxes. I make large shopping trips for my large family and sometimes bags dont cut it for me...

About a couple years ago I met a very excellent associate named Sean! He provided excellent customer service and was able to help me find everything I was looking for! Haven’t seen him in a while though!

Staff are Ill prepared, rude, and the store is not stocked well in the am. Staff are unable to help people before 8 am. I have never been in another price chopper whos staff have no clue. The check yourself cash registers are not staffed well enough, and I had to wait for change until someone bothered to show up .The store is woefully sad when it comes to staff attitude, friendliness, accountability, helpfulness, and competence.There is a systemic problem in this store period . The photo is at 7 am ...no boneless chicken available... rediculous

They had all the products on my list for our family get together. One quick trip. Customers were social distancing. Cashiers were cleaning thoroughly between checkouts. My cashier was friendly and welcoming. Everyone we wearing masks. Thank you.

Its 2021 time to add more then 4 self checkouts the food is good but I dont shop here because of the long checkout times, modernization is a must

No matter how many people are in the store it always takes a long time to check out, the prices are much higher than anywhere else but they have the best selection of meat and seafood in the area.

Checking how user friendly their website is. Price Chopper you have unlabeled links. That makes it impossible for a Deaf/Blind person to order online. I have all the technology to do it, but you need to improve your website.

Im work late and usually show up around 7ish to get my deli twice a week. There had been many occasions where the employees clean up early and tried telling me im to late when it says deli is open till 8. So then they started to clean all the machines but one and try slicing meat and cheese on the same slicer Ive talked to the manager multiple times about this and he says the wiped it down but kf the machine isnt completely broken down and clea ed properly then thats cross Contamination. Thats how people get sick. The employees were mouthy and rude. When I asked for their names one of them said jokes on you I already put my 2 weeks in and refused to call the manager. I had to go to a doffernt department to get him. He briefly talks to her and does nothing over and over again. I told him to check his cameras he says he doesnt have access to them. So the employees can act how every they want have health and sanitation issues and nothing is done?!?!

I like this branch of Price Chopper mostly because the produce is freshest, unlike Walmart where half the time it is old. Some items are priced high so I wont buy them and other items I can compromise on.

Best product selection, best produce department in the city, good loyalty program. So far, the ONLY upstate supermarket CHAIN Ive seen that knows how to handle seafood. (Hint: crushed ice. LOTS of it.) Paying

The Shelf in the meat department was empty for the selection of meat that was on sale. There was an associate in the meat department cleaning up. I politely asked her if there was any way she could check to see if there was any in the cooler and she was rude. But she finally reluctantly went and looked for me after I was rude . Other than that its the best grocery store in the area. The prices are generally a lot better than tops

I went to buy a prime rib roast. When I went to the meat department to get one, the gentleman behind the counter let me know it was going on sale the next day. I admire that kind of customer service because he could have just sold it to me and not have said anything.

Today I walked in, asked the person standing right next to the carts if they had been cleaned and her response was “the disinfectant is right there” the same spray bottle everyone touches if they want to clean their cart. How disgraceful at a time like this when we are all should be working together so we don’t spread germs and possibly contact Covid. What laziness!!

Price Chopper is a great Local grocery store. This location is a little small. The location in Rome is a Larger store. They have some of the best produce in the area. It usually looks better and fresher than the other grocery stores in the area. Their house brands, central market and price chopper brands are both up to par with brand name goods.The deli has a nice selection of meats and cheeses along with many prepared salads that you can buy by the pound. They do have a decent seafood department. Their meat department is always happy to help, whether it be special ordering different cuts of meat or helping you decide which meat would be best for your application.They almost always have the weeks sale items in stock. If they do not they will give you a rain check for any item they do not have.

Not as much of a selection as other grocery stores, also prices are more expensive. But, the isles and bathrooms are kept clean and they have friendly people working there!!

Very clean very fresh fruit. If its a hot meal you go therefore for its always fresh. A good seafood suction. Cashiers are great.

Great selection of seafood and meat! The produce is set up very clean and nice. I think it does take a while to get use to the set up. For instance, it look me a while to find fresh garlic. Overall, the price and selection is good!

Not exactly social distancing, cashiers not always washing down conveyer belt and no one pays attention to the arrows on the isles. At least its not Walmart where no one pays attention to the rules.

We dont go often but there is so much fresh seafood and meats there which is great.

It was the best of times, but they were out of toilet paper. Everyone was friendly though.

We try to shop here to support our local economy but things tend to be pricey so we usually only go when Walmart doesnt have what we are looking for or if we need balloons for a party. Bakery is solid and they always give our kids cookies when we go which is awesome. Produce is very fresh.

The artichokes were dried out and ready for the pail. Not nice on a holiday weekend.

Store was packed but was able to use self checkout and not have to wait in a long line just about all the registers did have associates running them but it is labor day weekend and the place was packed got what I needed they were on top of stocking the shelves

Place looks like it was built in the 70s and never remodeled once, but it has all the basic necessities of a standard grocery store. Its also the only grocery store in the area to compete with Walmart, so thats a thing.
