Never like dealing with Sears. Overpriced and never have items in stock. Always have to have items delivered to my home. Update: After eight days for delivery, it was the wrong size belt. Now I will have to return and will be out of time and money. I will NEVER go through Sears again.

Although we didnt buy anything because they didnt have exactly what we needed, we wish we could have to support this business. Very friendly, and good customer service.

Had to get a lawn mower. The guy that helped us was very friendly and patient while my mother and i fussed with each other about what we wanted. He answered all the questions and offered alot of information and we found a great mower for the price range we had. I will definitely be going back.

Very disappointed! Try to buy Sears and local but it seems the ad and the local Sears in Oneanta (Hometown ) are two different things. We are washer and dryer shopping. The sale on the models we were looking at qre 397. And 497. The ad says any appliance purchase over 399. Free delivery but Sears Oneanta policy is Each Item has to be over 499. I called Sears offices not online sales. They said just so long as your purchase is over 399. it should be free delivery. Went back in to dicuss this with the the store owner was quite rude. So Oneanta has a May tag store also their delivery and instal (gas dryer) half the price of Sears delivery and the had no gas dryers in stock and they dont hook up. And May tag even services God forbid. A shame no wonder Sear is in danger business wise
