Absolutely love this place. The artists are both fabulous. I have 3 pieces from Jess Schneider. I like each better than the last - her line work is incredible. Transactions are done in a professional manner and the studio is always clean enough for surgery.

Had my first piercings in decades and I cant say enough positive things about Michaela and her professional approach to her craft. She took the time to explain the tools and procedure to me, to position the piercing perfectly, and to explain the after care to me. She was open and friendly, which really put me at ease. Indelible Ink is the best tattoo/ body piercing shop around! Jess always does beautiful work and is very accommodating. She really understands the art work I want put on my body and it always comes out how I pictured it. Although I’ve never been tattooed by Cassie yet, I have seen her work and I absolutely love it! I also get all my piercings done by Michaela. Michaela does excellent work and my piercing are always straight and perfect! The staff at Indelible Ink are both professional and friendly! Ive been going to Jess and her team for several years now, and its honestly always a great experience. Jess is a fantastic artist, who makes a solid effort to not only deliver on what your vision is for the work, but has great ideas and designs when it comes to making alterations to an idea or drawing up a more abstract plan. Her work is consistently thorough, clean, well paced, and in complete respect of what your vision is for it.Ive also had two piercings done by Michaela, and once again, a great experience. Two ear piercings, back to back, and she was meticulous about cleaning and sanitizing before, in between, and after. They healed quick, with zero issues. Not only that, but Michaela also is knowledgeable, willing to answer questions you might have, as well as explaining her technique.The atmosphere of the shop is friendly, the shop is kept clean, and thr banter is often times hilarious. You can tell for each of them, this isnt just a job, but a passion.If I could Id give more stars, but seeing as how five is the limit...As for the bad reviews floating around on here, many of them are clearly coerced or staged, likely from a rival shop (not naming any names here) and some of those bad reviews sound like someone mistook the location for a different shop, for example the review about the man yelling (its been years since a guy worked in the shop, and the last one definitely wasnt yelling at literally anyone)Overall, they are the best in town, and I wouldnt go anywhere else. But if you arent sure how you feel just from reading a review, look at the pictures, so much or their work is readily available to be viewed, the quality and consistency should speak for itself.

I have known Jess and followed her amazing work for several years. I have been honored to have her guest spot in my shop and Ive seen nothing but brilliance from her in all of this time. I highly recommend this shop and her personally as an artist.

I find it interesting how the only bad reviews on here come from the other shops in the area. I get all of my work done here. Every piece is perfect. Jess is the queen, a talented intelligent, intellectual who only wants to show her art on every person making it perfect because that is the artists job. Her apprentice and now license tattoo artist Cass is one of a kind. An artist that was taught and instructed by Jess and he come a long way in a short amount of time. Her pieces are also extremely detailed and beautiful. Michaela pierced me and everyone of my friends. Shes a sweet, clean and detailed perfectionist always catering to her customers needs even days after when they just have a question. Its nice to see a because ran by women that is doing so well. Cassie is literally the best tattoo artist I’ve ever been to. I recommend her to everyone who asks and I’m constantly getting compliments on the work she does on me. She’s nearly done my whole sleeve. The environment is clean and relaxed and I always feel welcome. I’ve never gotten work done by Jess, but she’s done some tattooing on a few people I know and her work is gorgeous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else for something that’s going to be on my body forever.

Jess, Kash, and Hannah are the most wonderful, fun, professional people you will meet stepping into a tattoo shop. Jess has done all but one of my tattoos including a cover up. Kash does my piercings, and Hannah has tattooed my boyfriend. Their new shop is clean, modern, professional and extremely welcoming. A couple years ago I wandered into the tattoo shop they used to be at looking for my first piece and ended up with amazing pieces, piercings and friends.They’re all amazing and I will always recommend the three of them over anyone else in the area.

Nobody acknowledged me for 17 mins. nose piercing over priced by far. VERY RUDE stand off tone and body language from piercer. NOT CLEAN! zero atmosphere to be comfortable. presentation of yourself and seeing the shop.... Id never recommend anyone.

Absolutely the best shop ever! I was a walk in to get a memorial tattoo for my mom. Cassie had like 6 other tattoos to do for the day and she still took about 2 hours out of her day to get it done for me! My tattoo came out amazing and I get constant complements and people asking where I got it done! Definitely going to be the only place I get my tattoos from now on!!!!! Wish I could include a pic!

Jess is one of the best tattoo artists Ive ever met. Shes a city girl with a heart of gold. Shes an artist even outside if tattooing. I have several pieces done by her and a few were fixes and cover ups. The Piercer is great, happy, pleasant to talk to and very detailed about her work. Several of my friends go to her specifically because she does such pristine work! I would recommend everyone go here if you can get a spot in their busy schedule!!!!

Went to get my lip done to complete my spider bite set. They were having a buy one get one free special so I ended up getting my conch done as well. Such a great environment and super clean shop. The piercer is hilarious and loves what she does and you can see it in her work. Ive never been more pleased with a piercing experience, and Ive had a few. Defiantly going back when Im due for a new piercing.

I honestly have to say this is one of the best places to get your tattoo and piercing done! Both Jess and Micalia know what theyre doing and do it with grace!!! Clean facility and air conditioned too. Plus they have an array of body jewelry that is gorgeous!

First off my name is not Lillie, that is my daughters acct! Lol .......So for my 40th mini midlife crisis I decided to get a sleeve(go big or go home)... A Harry Potter sleeve! Well needless to say after countless hours in a chair, a small fortune spent, 90% of the sleeve already done,touch-ups needed to be done, one more piece to be done.... My then tattoo artist skipped out on 2 scheduled appts and then proceeded to follow it up with “I don’t think I’m the right artist for you” like are you kidding me?!?!? So I’m left with an undone tattoo, coloring that needed to be fixed and no response to why 90% of the way done you drop me..... Well I walked into Something Wicked and showed the girls what needed to be fixed, and what needed to be done...... So So So happy I did!!!! Great experience, friendly atmosphere, Hannah took my ideas and ran with it! Have my return appt and can’t wait!!! Leave it to a woman to fix a mans job!!! #girlsrule#boysdrool....... Horrible piercer. Very rude for being just an apprentice. Over priced also. I highly suggest going to Lollipops across the street instead. They give great deals and great service. I first went to Indelible Ink to get a piercing but she was so rude that I went across the street and I’m so glad I did. It was $114 at lollipop for EVERYTHING and it would’ve been $195 at Indelible Ink.

My mom and I went to this place to get a helix, daith and tragus piercing and we absolutely loved it there!!! The piercer was so friendly and really made you feel calm and comfortable. She pierces very quickly and makes it so it’s not very painful. I definitely have found my new favorite place to get piercings! We loved her!!

I got my first tattoo here and the people were so nice and friendly, they answered all of my questions thoroughly and I will definitely be going back there!

Artists are far from excellent. Mediocre at best. The ginger is very rude and borderline disrespectful. Advised my son from getting at tattoo from his friend that is employed there but he ignored my advise and now wants a cover up. A small suggestion, Their New Years resolution should be improvement.

My tattoo healed horribly and scarred. Jess acted nice while doing my tattoo but very rude when I was unhappy with how it came out and then claimed it was my fault it looked so bad. I am never going back and I advise against it. Had it fixed at Oculo Tattoo I guess they have fixed a lot of her work. I have many other tattoos from Florida and North Carolina that all look great. Im just glad it could be fixed.

I had my belly button pierced a month ago. It’s crooked and they gave me horrible instructions on how to take care of it, put in a bar that was too small, which resulted in an infection. And still to this day, cleaning everyday with peroxide and alcohol, still infected. I contacted the piercer and she had told me it was just irritated. I don’t know if the needle they used was clean or dirty, or what, but I don’t think it should take this long for an infection to go away.

I came in to get a simple infinity on my wrist. It took an hour to do and it was all messed up, and i was charged 2 times more than i should have been, I waited 15 mins while the artist was yelling at his girlfriend on the phone. Had I known how crappy it would have been i would never have gotten it. I regret this decision and have to go to someone else to fix it, because this is permanent. I do not recommend going here.

Candice was our piercer (me and my friend) and it was the worst lowest quality piercing experience of my life. I had my navel pierced and my friend had her nipples done. The entire time she had an attitude and was stand off-ish, we felt very rushed. There was nothing to show if her tools were sterile or not, and my friends nipple piercings came out completely crooked. One swelled up abnormally and became very infected. Not a good atmosphere. Dont waste your money here.

We first brought our art to Golden Lotus Tattoo but the young kid behind the counter really didnt know much about business or tattoos totally turned us away by telling us what not to get on our own bodies and tattoo what he wanted and tried to over charge us on what we didnt want. Than we found Indelible Ink Tattoo, Joe did a Great Job on my mine and my girlfriends tattoo!!!!! and it was what we wanted....We were very nervous at first but we became very relaxed after he started doing his work..i would refer everyone to talk to Indelible Ink before you get tattoo any where else...

They were Incredibly rude to my daughter and I . Lollipop across the street were very welcoming and had no problem with her being 14 and wanting her nose pierced.Do yoy guys even have a license pericer ??

-AVOID THIS PLACE AS IF YOUR LIVES DEPENDED ON IT!!!!!!Hello,I am an Oneonta Local,Grew up here and Raised my Children Here.Last Week Me and my Sisters and Our Kids all came in to get a Tattoo at Indelible INK.1st: The Staff was BEYOND Unprofessional and even when i Stated that I was Tattooed by the 1st Owner,Brett,I was Treated even Worse.My Sisters Daughter who was getting a Tattoo for her 18th Birthday,as well as All 3 of Us,were Told that Our Ideas were Stupid and couldnt even be Done.Not even Explained Why or How they could be Made to Work- 2:The Main Body Piercer was what looked like a Child,and had no Knowledge about any of the Piercings we asked her about or their time to Heal,and Honestly was Flirting with my Daughter thee Entire Time.,But There is a Time and a Place,and NOT THE WORK PLACE!!,and This too made them/us Very Uncomfortable3:After being treated with Such Disrespect,I mentioned to the Staff that i Work in Law Enforcement,as DOES MY FATHER!and that Perhaps we could get a Bit More Respect,Maybe even a Discount,thats when the Owner,a Woman Named Simply JessNo Last Name,rolled her Eyes and Said Sure You Are Law Enforcement,Pffffft.,We were in Shock,Not Only because of the Incredible Lack of Professionalism and Zero Candor,But also because there was NOBODY at the Store,meaning they were NOT TOO BUSY-4: After talking to my Family thru Cell Phone Texts,because we were Truly Afraid of what these 3 Crazy People would do or Say.,we All Agreed that this was a Gigantic Bad Omen.And Me Knowing the Old Owner was a True Professional World Class Artist,Something was Incredibly WRONG.We All Ended Up going to another Tattoo Shop across the Street,where we were met by a Young Lady,who Treated us as if our tattoos were thee Most Important Things of Her Day.The Entire Experience was Wonderful and The TRUE Opposite of where we had just Come From.We even exchanged Phone #s because we have the same kind of Dogs.My Grandmother, R.I.P taught me :That There is Nothing More Ugly and Dishonest than to Claim Something One is Not-That is EXACTLY what is Happening at Indelible INK! Extremely unprofessional and rude. Everytime Ive walked into this shop its taken several minutes to even be acknowledged.. when finally being talked to, we were given an attitude for being unsure because the one tattoo artist was getting tattooed by the other and we interrupted. Very unhappy with their service and attitude towards me and the other that were with me, and this along with many other bad experiences here are why me and my friends will continue to go to lollipops across the street for out tattoo and piercing needs.
