Wonderful bookstore with friendly and helpful owner. Very nice selection of reasonably priced used books in nice condition. Recommend to any book lover.

Love love love black tree books!! They have a great selection of all genres, and are very helpful. They helped me order a book I had been looking for and also helped my fiancé order a wonderful and thoughtful birthday gift for me a few months ago. I also purchased a handmade journal which I am using for wedding planning and the quality is fantastic!

Wonderful local bookstore with great owners who are friendly, courteous, and willing to help get you any book for which youre searching. The store has a great selection and a quaint, cozy feeling with the handmade bookshelves. Love it!

I had a hard time leaving, great prices and nice selection

Katrina and Maque are awesome people with an awesome store.Edit: as of Fall 2018, Katrina has closed the store & tried selling it. One person tried to buy it, but, I guess, that fell through. The store still sits, full of books, but no one to sell them.Edit #2 2020: under new management. Completely different than when Katrina ran things. Went in for my usual sci-fi/fantasy & he barely had any. It was a sad day for this geek.

Not a bookstore to go out of your way for, but worth a stop when youre at the Southside Mall. Stocks both new and what appear to be carefully-selected used books in good condition.

Not worth it. Not a lot of eye catching or new books. Not bad prices but not worth my time.
