The staff was wondering. They took the time to make sure I understood my hearing lost and what hearing aids would give me the most benefit with my hearing lost. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Audibel Oneonta is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had recently lost one hearing aid, and they helped me decide Ben at the best solution to replacement was. The tach who worked with me from Starkey Hearing Technologies was personable and helpful, without being pushy. I have and will continue to recommend this office to friends!!

Outstanding organization. Very knowledgeable people from the front desk to the testing to the explanation of the products. I cant say enough positive things about how impressed I am and what a difference it has made in my hearing. A thoroughly excellent experience.

We were a little uncertain about how this medical experience would turn out, but we went ahead anyway. Boy, were we surprised and overjoyed with the results. This is a first class operation with a talented staff. We are impressed. Kristen and Brian are classy and competent.

The Doc gave me a little blue thing that takes out an old filter and replaces it with a new one. How often do I have to change the filter????

I had an urgent matter with one of my hearing aids, and Brian and Kristen were able to fit me in the schedule last minute so I would be able to have my hearing aids working properly for Thanksgiving. Very pleased.

I initially called the office with a question about a situation that I wasn’t sure what to do. Brian called and attempted to walk me through the task I was attempting. I was unable to follow through. They fit me in for the following day and Brain walked me through the task. Service was outstanding and staff was friendly.

I would highly recommend Audibel. Today was my first time to this office with my Dad and I’ve never felt more welcome. Annamarie is genuine, accommodating, and has great customer service. The atmosphere was a plus, to have donuts waiting with coffee being made for you I thought I was somewhere else I could actually feel relaxed at a family members doctor appointment!! Highly educated providers and great customer care!

Annamarie is doing a splendid job as the new receptionist at the site. She is up-to-date with clients and has their information ready for the doctor. As new shipments arrive she places items where they belong. She says theres a lot to learn but it looks like shes adjusting well!

During the entire process Julia was extremely professional, and very helpful in determining the hearing aids that would meet my lifestyle. From the hearing test, to the purchase, and the very caring follow up service and cleaning appointments, Julia’s service is second to none.

I have worn several different hearing aids over the years, recently I purchased a set of Picasso hearing aids from Audibel in Oneonta. Lynne and Carl have been so accommodating when I stop by with with questions. When we needed help to order supplies to connect our surf link media, Lynne was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Perfect.

Julia made my experience being a first time hearing aid user an easy one. She took the time to explain all my options, including insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses. It was an overall excellent experience and her customer service was impeccable.
