Went into the audi looking for a specific TT they had listed online. Met with Farzy Rashid who showed me the car. Went on an extended test drive to really test the car. We ended up working a deal and he hand delivered the car to my house on a Friday and brought the paperwork for me to sign. Farzy made it super easy to purchase the car with no issue he did a grear job would definitely come back for another Audi.

I had an amazing experience with Audi in Ontario. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming to my family and I. Victor Perez was my sales man. He is amazing, I highly recommend anyone who is interested in an Audi to go with Victor. He is very informative and very knowledgeable about Audi cars. I went home with an Audi Q3. He helped/explain to me all the features of the car and help me set up my Audi app as well. The person in finance, I can’t remember his name, but he was amazing as well. He explained everything to me. And I swear I have never purchased a vehicle as fast as I did with Audi. This is my third vehicle purchase but Audi by far has been the quickest and he didn’t rush me he took his time.A week Prior from buying my vehicle, I had test drive the Q3 but they didn’t have the color I was interested. That week Victor wasn’t there to help me, but he did follow up with me, I told victor that I was only interested in a white Q3. As soon as they got the white Q3 he let me know and set up my appointment. The day of my appointment the white Q3 sold, a few hours before and victor called me to let me know. I was sad but I knew eventually they would get some in stock. A few minutes later victor calls me and let me know that they just received another white Q3. What I really liked about victor was he was always honest and communicate well with me. He knew exactly what I was looking for and he wasn’t trying to sale me something I wasn’t interested in, just to make a sale.

I went in to meet Jay Baik to test drive an SQ5. I had been in contact with him along with several other dealerships in my quest to buy this car. We have been looking for a new A6 to add to the family for over six months now. We have had plenty of time to shop because we knew exactly when we wanted to buy. Not a great experience and wasted my time driving out here under the guise of getting “factual information”. Probably won’t do business with them going forward based on my experience.Tried to give them feedback about my experience and instead of listening, she got really defensive about their “process”.Overall, the staff were very friendly. I just hate my time being wasted. It’s 2021, they should be able to give their potential customer an idea of what the lease payments would be, not exact but an appropriation. That way you know if it’s worth your time to come in and work something out.

I am very impressed with the service that Anthony Lee provided me. He understood my situation and it was not about the sale. He was very kind and knowledgeable . He also educated me regarding my credit. Everyone was nice to me and my children at the dealership and we left the dealership with a very nice car. Where do I begin with Raymundo Lopez?! This was by far the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had! It started with Ray reaching out to me regarding trading in my car. He called and really made it a point to understand my car needs and wants (for my business vehicle) before suggesting a model for me to trade into (lower payments/interest rate), lower mileage, smaller gas tank, etc. Once he understood, Ray made 3 car suggestions and scheduled me to come in for a test drive. Once I decided on a model, Ray walked me through each step and explained everything. He made this experience less “transactional” and more social and enjoyable. As a woman, car buying has always been scary and stressful (the “wheeling and dealing” of it all), but Ray changed my entire outlook in just a couple hours.

I recently took my A3 in for my routine maintenance and I was treated very poorly and lied to.I received a large estimate stating that my rotors and rear brakes needed to be replaced during this visit. I was unhappy with the price and poor service and took my car to Walters Audi in Riverside and was then told that my rotors did not need to be replaced and received a much more fair and honest estimate for brake pads only.I was told that these locations are sister dealerships; so its strange that one location lied and tried to get more money from me and the other was honest and gave me a reasonable estimate. Be very cautious taking your vehicle here and make sure you get a second opinion.Walters Audi is a further drive for me but Id much rather be treated with respect and receive much better customer service and honesty. I will not be taking my vehicle to Audi Ontario again and I strongly recommend Walters Audi in Riverside instead. The customer service at Walters Audi in Riverside is impeccable and they are truly honest and efficient. Audi Ontario should take extensive notes and do better.

Amazing experience. I had the pleasure of working with Jay Baik. I did not get to the dealership to check out the car I was interested in until 8:30 pm because of my commute, and Jay was able to accommodate me even after they were closing. He still took his time with me (no rushing) and made sure that I knew everything about the car before purchasing. Jay and the entire team are great. Highly recommend.

I had a very specific idea of what I wanted in my next car. I checked the inventory from here to Utah and only Audi of Ontario had it.I managed to book a same day appointment with Victor Perez. He was able to see me after 6. I never would have been able to imagine that a deal could be closed that quickly. I was there well past 9pm. He was patient and accommodating. Good experience in purchasing a new e-tron at Audi Ontario. Worked with Jay Baik, who was very helpful without being pushy. We were in for service on our Q7 and talked to Jay about information on the e-tron. He arranged for us to have an e-tron as a loaner car, which was a great test drive. Ended up buying a new one and Jay was helpful and informative during the process. Had to bring in our car from another location, but Jay kept us very informed during the process. Happy with the car and the service we received.
