The work efficiency is very slow, the maintenance inspection report needs to wait a week

Tried to replace windshield on 2020 Freightliner, called them. First time phone assistant navigated to service department, they did not pick up and voice mail came out. Second time I called, lady on the phone was not that helpful and hung up the phone to my face while I was asking a question!!!

I went in because of a accident where a van drivers trailer overswing hit my truck. It took them 3 weeks to do this repair. The thing that makes me the most angry was they took the whole bunk apart. I was home for 2 of the 3 weeks for home time. So I had cleaned out alot of my gear. I did not anticipate them taking the whole bunk out. I went back for a few things when my company put me in a loaner truck on the 3rd week. My things were all piled up on the passenger seat and the floor of the bunk. Now I am finding more and more things missing. The boss says he has cameras on his techs, but with how i saw my gear when i went back on the 3rd week to pick up some items, i think the tech just pulled my stuff out and might not have cared to get it all back in. Im sure because of the way my stuff was just thrown here, there, and everywhere. Looked like a tornado had been through my truck. Bottomline: dont trust that ANYTHING in your trucks will be safe. Its a sad world and we should be able to, but we cant. If I would have known things were going to be like this, I probably would have emptied the whole truck, except its such a pain to load back up again. These people take trucks apart and dont respect others property. If they needed more taken out they should have called me or even told me when i dropped the truck off that they would take the whole bunk area apart. As time has passed, I am finding more things missing. Not happy with these people at all.

Pretty impressed with the quickness here. Took a about a day for front end damage estimate, gave truck to them on a Tuesday, received truck back fully repaired on friday afternoon. Whole front end was hit buy another truck.If you can help it, dont bring a trailer into property with you. Very tight.

Had parts quick but cashier was MIA for almost an hour and a half.

They do great work and have good customer service. Never had any issues being kept in the loop on the status of my truck repair.

2.5 weeks to repair what would have taken me myself 1.5 hrs. They refuse to do any work let alone order parts until they have insurance check in hand. They also billed my insurance company over $700 in paint work and blending when there were no replacement parts that needed painting. Stay away from these people!!

Great people and the service was actually... surprisingly fast!! They got on my 2018 Cascadia within an hour of my arrival and I was fixed and back on the road in no time at all! Ask Sarah at the front desk for the Free Wi-Fi password! Shes awesome!

Waist of day. After Swift tore my bumper off i went in for repairs. 5hrs later i hadnt even gotten a quote. I just left. Jackass in office kept saying its a procees to stroke a few keys and find out how much parts would cost. Wasted my whole freaking day. Had i been white or hispanic i wouldve gotten atleast a quote. Youve been warned!Avoid! Avoid!Avoid!
