On Sunday April 24th, 2016, we decided to look for a new mattress and box springs. We went to the Ortho Mattress store on Ferrari Ln in Ontario. There we met Trina, we really didnt know what kind of mattress we were looking for at the time. Trina was great, she gave us suggestions and we tried 3-4 different ones. We got a great price and made a new friend. So if you are looking for a mattress go see Trina at the Marketplace at Ontario Center, meet Trina and get the mattress that is right for you. Zaman is the man! So I was in the market to buy a new mattress since I just recently bought a home and it was time for a new mattress. I had a budget that I needed to meet since buying a home has a lot of miscellaneous expenses. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Zaman and I told him I was looking for a mattress under a certain price that was firm not plush. (Back problems). He said look no further I have the bed you want right here and you wont regret it. I went to lay down on it and it felt perfect! I knew this was the one because as soon as I laid down on it I was comfortable. I didnt know the price yet but it felt so perfect. He explained all the qualities and features of the bed. Then he told me the price! I was in shock since it was cheap. Now one thing to note was that before I came here I was at JcPenny, Macys, and Sleep Number. The only one store that was left in the area was Mattress Firm. So I was a bit hesitant because I wanted to see what Mattress Firm had to offer. So I went over to Zaman and told him I love the bed and the price but I wanted to see what Mattress Firm had for sale. He said no worries I will be here and I guarantee you, you will be back to buy this mattress. I said maybe and went over to Mattress firm which is walking distance. 10 minutes later I was back at Ortho Mattress since Mattress had no great mattress under my budget. Zaman greeted me again chuckling saying ready to buy your future mattress and surely I said were do I sign. Now before this place I was looking for a full mattress but Zaman said Queen is the same price so I decided to get a bigger mattress. I will write a review again of the mattress with the price I paid after sleeping in it for 3 months and will update the status.

15 hours after walking into this Ortho Mattress store, I am now in my home sitting on the bed we purchased! Alan was the best help in finding my mom the perfect bed set up. I had been dreading this task for weeks, but he made it quick and painless. I honestly told him our budget and needs and he made it happen. Delivery was also a breeze, they called me and came within 30 mins. Setup took less than 30 and its all done! what I thought was an arduous process was actual an easy experience. Thanks Alan and if anyone needs a mattress I highly suggest this location.

My husband and I stopped in to start our day off searching for the perfect mattress for our arches and pains. We have been talking about this for a few years, even tried other options, like purchasing a mattress pad from My Pillow, which was about $300. Not even a year later, our lower backs are killing us every morning, we toss and turn all night, and my husband has shoulder pain too.So, we planned our day to go to 3 different places, lay on mattresses, and choose the best one with the best financing too.As soon as we walked into Ortho mattress, we were greeted by Zaman, very friendly and very knowledgeable about the mattresses he was selling. He asked us what we were looking for, we told him about our issues and concerns, he knew exactly what we needed. Took us to try them out by laying on them, we narrowed the search down then told him, this was our first stop but we planned on checking a couple other places out before we make our decision. Then Zaman told us he could save us time, also showing us the competitions mattresses, which they also have here. Wow! Im so glad we went there first. If it werent for Zamans help and expertise, we would have spent hours on our one day off together, searching for the perfect mattress.We were happy with our experience and with Zamans help. After a stressful day of mattress shopping our final stop was Ortho mattress. Here we were introduced to Ryan who showed us a couple of mattresses within our price range. We were impressed with Ryans knowledge and customer service because he seemed like he genuinely wanted to find us a good mattress within our price range. Ryan was not pushy or oppressive. Thanks to Ryan we are sleeping on a ortho Westbourne mattress. We chose the Westbourne mattress because there are a greater number of coils in the center to help reduce sagging in the middle. The Westbourne also has a pillow top for added comfort. I recommend stopping in to see Ryan if you are shopping for a new mattress.

In recently bought a mattress here I specifically told the service guy about my back problems... end up with a bed that brought back the worst pain on the 3rd day. I was unable to walk the next day without feeling major pain shooting down from my lower back to the leg. This sales guy didnt know what to sell to a customer. . He only wanted to make his quota for that weekend. Not going to shop here ever again!!!

We purchased a Stearns & Foster King Mattress from the Ontario, Ca store about six months ago. Recently, weve noticed a dip occuring in the mattress where I sleep. This has led to countless nights of horrible sleep followed by back and neck pain. We have reached out to your customer service which in turn had a third party inspect our mattress. The conclusion of this inspector concluded with a faulty box frame that sits underneath where i normally sleep. Upon calling your customer service to get an update on the report of this inspector, im told that the default/defect in the box frame is due to abuse. I AM APPALLED!! OFFENDED!!! and overall disgusted!! with this accusation. This is the defect that has occured in this box frame: THree horizontal stringers have migrated off their mid-support structures allowing a dip the size of my back to develop in the box frame on one side. This dip allows the mattress to form to the contoured dip, which in turn allows me to sleep a few inchs below the level of my wife who sleeps opposite of me. Upon further inspection, there are no signs of abuse on our part but rather of normal use. The dip that has occured in the box frame is due to manufacturer defect. To rewind back to when we purchased this mattress; we purchased this mattress from your store vs one of your competitors due to giving my word to one of your sales associates that i would purchase from him. This store (your store) is about 40 min away from our home. We continued our purchase with you vs a local competitor that offered to match the deal. At this point, im regretting my decision. Up front, you as a company give off the impression of great service and that well take care of you when needed. Well thats not happening and this has led to me posting our experiance on here and different media engines. I am not seeking an unfair resolution but rather a fair one that is mindful of warranty. I am prepared to take this further then dealing with you at this level if needed. I am awaiting your correspondance on this and will update this thread regularly till this is resolved. If i get treated wrongly, you will know on here, if i get treated properly, you will know on here.On top of this, the store associate at this location that sold us the mattress, was of no help when we reached out to him with our complaints other then to rapidly push us off to customer service. Im not some heavy over-weight guy incase anyone was wondering if that is what has led to this.
