I have to rate this place 5 stars. First and far most, the customer service was great! The woman took her time and patiently answered all my questions, she helped me make sure I purchased exactly what I wanted by listening to what I was looking for, she showed me multiple items until I found the perfect piece. She showed the same patience and great customer service to my two young daughters. Secondly the pricing is reasonable and the quality of the jewelry is beautiful. I purchased a gold crucifix pendant and a gold necklace, and my girls purchased two silver rings. We are all happy with our purchases and have received many compliments. Thank you for the great experience we will be returning customers in the near future as well as recommending your store to our family and friends.

We had a great experience today at Piercing Pagoda, me and my husband brought our 2 month 1/2 baby girl for her first ear piercings. Jessica was very kind, informative, and made us feel really comfortable. I liked how she asked us first if we liked where the piercings where going to go. Overall I would really recommend this place.Just a little info if your planning to go here, you do have to buy the ear piercings there and they put them on for free. Ear piercings start around $40 and up. They also sell a warranty on the earring so if your earrings fall out and you need it re-pierced, or even damage to the earrings. They also sell a disinfecting spray.The stand is located in front of Forever 21

I love love love getting my ears pierced here. Ive has the honor of the manager herself working on me twice and shes so great. Shes very well knowledgeable and professional, as well as easy to talk to. Everything is clean and pretty well priced.

Ive been going to this place to buy my little girls piercings they always have really nice selection. Last time we had a problem and lost the receipt with the insurance on it manager Luanne help us she went out of her way to help us find the receipt on her record & help us with our purchase. She was Great really friendly and patient and we are really happy costumer

No body piercings?! I was told to go to a tattoo parlor. I dont want to be pierced by a bald tatted up dude. I wanted a nice piercing shop. Should be called Ear Piercing Pagoda

I cant remember the associates name, but she was amazing..she went into detail of every step she was doing, she made sure the mark on my babies ear was perfect and she was fast on piercing. Im very happy..lets she how the healing process goes.

I got my girls ears pierced here and she lost the backing while asleep. So I called ahead told them I lived in riverside and headed up to the store for another backing. I got there and there wasn’t a single worker in the booth for thirty minutes. I called another store to find out if they can call the employee that was supposed to be working. Well they showed up at that moment. They. TWO. With lunch and said oh I only stepped away for a minute. Sorry dude you went and had lunch on the clock with no notice posted. Thanks for your customer service
