Avoid this place. My husband went and provided what He could and they said the down payment would be 1500 TO WALK OUT WITH A CAR. As He went to the bank with Henry, he then tells him to hand them the money and they will deliver the car another day. No receipt or anything . Suspicious as hell. Go to a real dealer instead. My husband sat there for hours and doing paperwork just to tell him to hand over money and it’ll get delivered next week.

This dealership is ridiculous. I called about a car on three separate occasions to see if it was still available. Each time they said it was. I even called on the way to the dealership because it is far from where I live and was told that not only was it there, they have 6 of that type. When we showed up and asked about the vehicle they said they did not know where it was, it had disappeared. Then after telling them we asked multiple times before coming, they said that they didnt know what were talking about because we must have been looking at the wrong site. I showed them the vehicle listed on their website and even spoke to the person who said it was there. Once again they had said they didnt know where the vehicle was and maybe the manager had taken it or something and then tried to convince me to buy something else. The vehicle they tried to convince me to buy was missing parts. This is not a dealership I plan to ever return to.

Have sent my 2007 Ford Explorer in about 5 times, each time with the same problem. Dont know what their problem is. Lazy people, unhelpful, rude. They sell lemons! Do NOT buy from them. We have paid them upwards of $2,000 to fix the issue they assure us has been resolved. They also take the car for 2 weeks and WE have to call THEM to see how the process is going. One time, the car had been ready for days! And we were stuck giving rides when the car was in. VERY DESPICABLE PEOPLE.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!! THEY ARE CROOKS... they sold me a car that has a broken head gasket and bad catalytic converters they pretended to get the car fixed and held it untill theyre 30 day warranty was up.Now to get my car fixed is going to cost me thusands not to mention i financed the car so now im paying paymets on a lemon. The head mechanic Jose.. lied to me the hole time, saying they took it to the Dealer and everything was fine. Then why is my car violently shaking, days into buying the car?I dont understand how they could do this to anyone. How can i put my new born daughter in a car that is violently skaking and can possibly lead to a serious injury. Once again STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and go to a legitimate dealer that will take care of you not take advantage of you and take your money. How can i afford to get these repairs done now. My fiance and myself came to this place a few weeks after our wedding day with money that we decided would be better to spend on a car for our 1st purchase as a married couple. Wellllllll lets say we were scamed from the moment we arived. They acted as though they were a honest buisness being they are fanily owned and do there own in house financing. 1st and biggest mistake yet as a married couple. When we picked out our car they gave us a loaner for a few days due to minor needs of the car. We got the car last June, upon taking the car home come September of the same year the car was towed to a repair shop due to over heating . Cracked radiator. As of Feb. This year the car broke down again and was told by the repair man that did a diagnostic that the cylinders are shot and judging all the other issues that will come around it is a safe / cheaper bet to replace the whole engine. Upon. Hearing that we contacted the dealer and informed the manager of the issues at hand being it hasnt even been 1 year old, and its only been used to get to and from work. In hopes that they would be fare in the fact that the cats out the bag and now we both know u scamed me and not be even more dis honest and try help the cust. Feel somewhat a little better in the choice they made to go with your contract. NO !!! The managment left me and my husband feeling bullied and robbed. They sent a tow truck to get car who would not put car on bed till $150 was given in hand at that very moment. This was back in Feb. This year had the car up in till April 19th.. during the time they had the car we got the cold shoulder only being told they are trying to find a engine. For almost 2 months of this we are renting cars and walking long distances to and from work. In both cases almost loosing our jobs due to lack of transportation issues and expressing how much mental, physical, emotional, and last but not least financial hardship its causing at thos time to only be bullied somemore. Managment told me that they would work with us on Aprils car payment as other exspenses on repairs asking $500 due upon pick up. When getting there i was told in all that time they had the car they decided not to follow through with repairing the engine as agreed but they just repaired the problem at hand that was keeping the car from starting cylinders which means i have yet to feel the raith of this horrible choice because they just band aided the issue. Then while im there to pick up car with $500 as talked about was told they need $1075 TO RELEASE because the note was due for that month and they needed down payment on the bullshit job they done. And gave the car back to me with NO gas what so ever when i sent it to them on full . After taking everything i had and didnt have told me thats what happens they had to test drive it the whole tank of gas. It was so messed up thst the car sales man who sold me the car meets me at the gas station when i left giving me $20 out of his own pocket apologizing and feeling bad for how i just got screwed . At least someone had some what of a contience and cust. Appreciation under it all. Smh Wolf in sheep skin. Beware of this place and let others know its like buying a car off craigslist it may work out for u it may not but the seller always comes out on top.
