Bought a 21’ Cayenne Turbo S E Hybrid out of state. Got lucky the inventory spec was pretty close to what I wanted. Car was delivered to WA in pristine condition and Gilbert/Christian were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Incredibly professional.Minor suggestion is to streamline online / remote purchasing process better. Had to pull information for updates a few times. Since these out of state deals take a while, super important for consistent daily updates until delivery. For higher end spec’ed cars, high chance buyers will be out of state as there is very limited inventory and allocations. WA/OR/ID all have small Porsche dealerships so it’s prime opportunity for more CA dealers to tap into the market.

This Porsche dealer is the best! I just brought my second Porsche last Sat here. This dealer is 50 miles from where I live, not the one I use to go to get my service done etc. Because of the low inventory situation, the car I’m looking for is hard to find. Luckily, porsche ontario does have more inventory compare to other dealers. Besides that, their team is extremely kind and professional. The sales person Patrick is very helpful and patient. I enjoyed working with him throughout the entire process. The manager Pouya is also super nice and friendly. I’m a big fan of Porsche and I’d love to come back for future purchases.

I stopped by the dealership originally to take a look at the gorgeous Shark Blue 992 GT3 that arrived. Gilbert Villagrana was there to answer all of my questions patiently about the car, and his enthusiasm and knowledge for the brand were very noteworthy. Also in the showroom was a Miami Blue 718 Boxster GTS that I had to get as a match, and he was able to guide me through all the questions we had as well as arrange for a test drive. I had a fantastic experience at this dealership.

Ontario Porsche is a five star red carpet dealer. Gilbert assisted me with my purchase and stayed late without even any pressure to finish the deal so he could go home and even offered to help me set up my phone and go over some features. I had made two trips to the dealership to test drive a Macan and he was very patient with zero pressure. Shelby was amazing in finance to deal with made me feel like part of the family. We drove about 4 and a half hours and it was worth the drive. Highly recommend them.

I have to say… I went to Porsche of Ontario just to test drive a Boxster. Jhovan, the first person from Porsche met my wife and Me. We took the Boxster out for a spin. I really enjoyed the drive. Jhovan then took me to a Carrera just to take look at it so I can keep my options open. Night and day difference in the drive. Jhovan was great and answered all my questions. That was a great curve ball to throw out there to show me the Carrera. About a week later I set up an appointment to go back and look at both vehicles. We have been looking for a Porsche Cayenne S for awhile. Went and checked them out at Porsche Ontario. I have nothing but great things to say about my recent Taycan leasing experience with Sales Ambassador Gilbert Villagrana and Finance Ambassador Shelly Fisher III. Both were ultra professional and helpful at every stage. I emailed the dealership about a Taycan 4S that had just arrived, and heard back from Gilbert the same day, with a video of the car. The next day we negotiated a very competitive lease price, and I put down a deposit to hold the car. I then discovered I needed a bigger battery and asked Gilbert to find me a different 4S, in a hard-to-find color, with other desired options. Diring the next two weeks he scoured all available and incoming inventory at dealerships throughout Ca and neighboring states, keeping me posted along the way. Eventually Gilbert found just the right car coming into another dealership.Even though Porsche Ontario needed to swap a car with a dealership hundreds of miles away to get me the one I wanted, they honored the original price we had negotiated for a car in their inventory. The day after I signed the lease, Gilbert drove 6 hours to pick up my car at the other dealership, dropped his own car off, and then drove my car another 3 hours further to deliver it to my home. I told him he didnt need to do that, but Gilbert wanted to configure the PCM and other systems, explain the cars features, and answer any questions I might have. He then Ubered back to the other dealership to pick up his own car and return home. All on a Friday! During the next week Gilbert checked in regularly and helped answer my follow-up questions. The Taycan is a complicated car and this proved very helpful. Hows that for going the extra mile?Shelly was also great to deal with. Ive come to dread the usual finance department add-on pitches and hard sells. Thats not what I encountered with Shelly. He explained the add-on packages that Porsche makes available, made straightforward recommendations about what he thought made sense for a lessee, and completely left it to me to decide with no pressure whatsoever. Shelly also arranged for me to docu-sign all the papers and expedited completion of my lease.Im an attorney, I dislike surprises, and I know when someone is trying to game me. I encountered none of that. On the contrary, I have never had a better car buying/leasing experience with any brand or dealership. Not even close. These gentlemen are the best, bar none. I would do business again with either of them, and with the Porsche Ontario dealership, in a flash.As for the Taycan 4S, its a high spirited thing of beauty. I have never driven anything quite like this solid rocket. After blast off, you can just sit back and enjoy the sound system, which also delivers the best acoustic experience Ive ever had. Nice work Porsche. Now Im thinking 12k/year will not be enough.

After fielding calls from several Porsche dealerships after making a decision to purchase a macan, I was incredibly impressed with my experience at Porsche Ontario. Here’s why:1. Personal interaction: Minutes after I started filling out the pdf pre-applications for another dealership; I received a personal video walkthrough of the car I had inquired about from Angel. I was blown away he would go to that level of effort and it made a big difference to see the car.2. Responsiveness: Angel and Patrick were incredibly quick on their responses to my questions and requests. I felt like I was a priority to them, even though they have many customers at much higher price points.3. Online integration: Angel sent me an online customized express buying experience with the vin, specs, and transparent calculator that let me make decisions about how I would purchase and instantly fill out the pre-qualification paperwork.4. Absolutely wonderful people: Every single person at the dealership, from Angel and Patrick to Shelley in finance, was kind, took the time to explain things to me, and just nice to deal with. I’ve purchased cars where I felt the salesman were overly aggressive or somewhat condescending, but this couldn’t be further from my experience here.Porsche Ontario was a far drive from my home, I probably passed three other dealerships on my way there: but it’s a trip I’ll happily make again.

Me, my fiancé and our new fur baby leased our first Porsche with Patrick Posey at the Ontario location and it was the BEST experience ever! Since we are young business owners sometimes we come across people who dont think we are serious or can afford a certain type of car (neighboring dealership) however, with Porsche we did not once feel this way. We are so happy we purchased our new Cayenne over the other SUV makes we were originally looking at. In a car market unlike any Ive ever seen, I wasnt expecting to receive much attention as I sought a new lease. Lucky for me, I was introduced to Christian Agraso. Other Porsche dealers, including the one I previously used, provided little to no help. Christian was the only one willing to work to get a deal done. To top it all off, he made sure everything was ready by the time I arrived to save us all valuable time. Without a doubt, Christian deserves the highest of praise for his work. This review is hands-down 5-stars for Christian. The reason for the overall 4-star rating is my less than pleasant experience during financing. The finance manager (M.C.) I got assigned to was subtly pushy throughout. I get its his job to sell services (the finance department is a profit center, after all), but I turned down a few upsells numerous times and he continued to offer them. Though the decision to purchase ultimately lies with the consumer, I felt pressured into (over)paying for a pre-paid service package. Shortly after signing all the paperwork, buyers remorse kicked in before I even left his office. While M.C. technically did nothing wrong, and his superiors might be thrilled he got a sell, what was beyond a 5-star experience was soon diminished. I would definitely give this dealership another shot because Christian was great to deal with, but if I do decide to shop around for my next car, it will be 100% attributable to the subpar experience in the finance department.

I cant speak for their sales department because I didnt buy a car here, but this review is my appreciation for the excellent job the service department provided, they really go an extra mile to let you be happy.Big thanks to David Barron for not only fixing my engine light problem, but also answering my questions about my speaker and find out my car has an issue which im not aware of, and checked the warranty to let me know they are all covered. My cayenne is at 93k mileage, so I thought I lost my warranty coverage long time ago. None of the other porsche dealers did this or said anything about this to me.Im not a local guide or getting paid to write positive reviews, just a regular customer who likes to read some reviews on both google map and yelp before I choose to go with any service provider. Personally I dont like to write reviews either on google map or yelp, my usual action towards a company is either Im satisfied with services and I stay with them or I find another company providing the same kind of services and never look back.I have been to both Riverside and McKenna Porsche several times to service my cayenne, they both provide standard quality services and are very professional in Porsche as a Porsche dealer should be. But what I experienced in Porsche Ontario is just more than what I expected.My car had check engine light on a week ago and I was in big bear for my vacation, normally Id go to riverside for this because I live in Chino, so its convenient to just get a loaner there and drive home. When I tried to search Porsche dealers on google map to get my directions, Porsche Ontario came up. As usual, I read a lot of reviews and decided to try it out. When I arrived, David registered my information and told how much Im potentially will be paying. I decided to again bring up questions I always have in mind about oil temperature(my car sometimes has 230F oil temp) and speakers noise, which I brought up at other 2 dealers and didnt get an answer. Even there were customers waiting after me, David took his time to go through Porsche manuals and tried to find out the safe range of oil temperature. Then he sat with me in my car to let me switch songs to show him my speaker noise and wrote down the songs name that can bring up the noise. Once Again, I have brought these questions at the other 2 Porsche dealers and havent been treated the same.After all, I only paid $557 for a intake gasket cleaning(not related to my check engine light problem, its recommended by David to prevent future check engine light). But what has been fixed are engine light problem, my speaker problem, and the other problem service crews discovered, ALL UNDER WARRANTY WHICH I ALWAYS THINK I DIDNT HAVE!!!Just give them a try!

I am in awe of this facility. I am an avid car enthusiast. Especially a Porsche enthusiast and have been in the automotive industry for quite some time. Porsche Ontario has the best customer service, hands down. Everyone you meet that works there seem to be a car. Enthusiast (which is rare) I have frequented this facility multiple times and every single time my experience has been the same: Exceptional! Manni, Jaime and Mark are the absolute best! I recently had my car serviced and they pulled every string possible for me. They did the impossible and went out of their way that no dealership has ever done for me before. I am thoroughly satisfied with this dealership and will not only continue to service my vehicles here, but will also continue to praise and refer clientes here.

I found an offer I want on Porscheontario.com and chatted with them at the same time. I felt very comfortable to schedule an appointment as my requested. After finishing chatting, I got a text message with confirming my appointment and advising the address as well which is very helpful to me. Their location is very easy to find. Once walking into the building, I got very warm welcome and had been taken care of right away. I mentioned I was interested in that 2020 new Macan special offer. The sales person Patrick went to drive that car to the front and instructed me for a test drive. I like the car very much. Then Patrick worked on my lease of that car very professionally. I felt I made a super right decision to go to Porsche Ontario. Its a very happy experience to me. I am sure I will recommend this dealer to my friends.

My wife and I just purchased a Porsche Taycan from Porsche Ontario in California. We had visited several dealerships prior to choosing this place. On our first visit we were extremely impressed with the knowledge and demeanor of our salesperson, Christian Agraso. He answered our questions and went a lot further in describing his personal feelings regarding the car as well as this new Porsche dealership. After we chose to purchase there, Christian helped us build the car with all the options we desired. He didn’t hesitate to let us know which options we wouldn’t need and only recommended those extras that would enhance the vehicle’s performance and cosmetic appearance. His honesty was very obvious to my wife and me. From the time we confirmed our order for the exact car we desired, Christian continued to be accessible 24-7 to answer our questions. Finally upon picking up the vehicle yesterday, he spent many hours orientating us to the many aspects of this new beautiful vehicle. We were also impressed with the Finance Manager, Michael Cordona who was also very knowledgeable and honest in helping us decide on some insurance options for maintenance and wear and tear.IN SUMMARY, ONTARIO PORSCHE reminds me of the old Avis Commercial which stated, “WE TRY HARDER”

UPDATE- 9/29/21- We purchased a windshield protection contract that we cancelled within the window for a full refund. This was done in early July when we were told it would be 6-8 weeks for the refund. It took almost 10 weeks for this to be resolved. That seems like an excessively long time for this to be resolved.ORIGINAL REVIEW- We had a wonderful experience with Porsche Ontario sales. From initial contact with the dealership to driving away in our new Porsche, the entire team was responsive, thorough, friendly, courteous, and exceptional to work with. Primo Garcia was fantastic. We connected early on about a Porsche that we unfortunately couldnt come to final terms on. However, once a couple of other options became available, Primo and his colleague Patrick Posey provided us prompt and complete information. Never did we feel pressured to make a quick, uninformed decision. It was a thorough process and we felt very good about our final decision. Even when we took our time, they still never made us feel like we were monopolizing their time. At the end, we know we made the right decision for us. And when we decided to sell our other Porsche, Pouya made us a great offer that made it very easy to sell it to them. And the great experience extends to the finance department, where Shelly made the process easy and complete. In the future, will definitely reach back out when another Porsche is in our sights.

I purchased a used Tesla Model S from Ontario Porsche and I can honestly say that it was the best car buying experience of my life….mainly due to the salesperson I worked with, Primo Garcia. Primo is super diligent, honest, and sincere. He blasted through the paperwork and hooked me up with coffee, snacks, and nice conversation. He also had the vehicle I brought to the dealership washed and drove it back to my house (40 minutes away) so that I could take my new car home!!!:-). Class salesperson, class dealership, and by far my most favorite automobile. I highly recommend asking for my amazing salesperson ‘Primo Garcia’. It’s very fitting that his name is “Primo”. Since the moment I spoke to him over the phone and meeting with him in person I was highly impressed. I will admit that I am a very demanding (but fair) customer who asks a ton of questions and Primo not only answered all of them but was extremely patient with me. There is no pressure with him whatsoever. At the end of the day its clear that he just wants to make sure that you are in the right vehicle at a price you feel is fair. He has been with Porsche for over 20 years and when speaking to him you can tell there is a huge level of excitement for the product he sells.As for the dealership, its easily accessible, clean, and state of the art.
