Lourdes was amazing! She helped me switch my SIM card without any trouble, she was very friendly and made the process run smoothly!

I went into this T. Mobile store just to see what new 📱they have. I ended up being helped by Omar which was very professional helpful with the new samsung galaxy phones and as well good customer service. I will definitely a returning customer for my other samsung gadgets.. Thanks Omar for helping me pick out my new 📱.

Had a bad experience at the Euclid and Philadelphia store and these guys helped me out wonderfully! Thank you!!! Maybe Euclid and Philadelphia should take some training lessons from this store on customer service!

By far the worst cellphone store Ive ever been to, literally took like 2 hours to buy a phone what a joke, rep had no idea what he was talking about waited for hours for a phone that I called ahead to confirm they had snd they didnt have it.

Before I used to come here all the time when the staff was more pleasant and helpful. I truly miss the old manager Anna. Now when I come here the staff is always talking amongst themselves and on their cell phones. The other day I was in a hurry and tired from a long day at work. I was greeted by Tanya she is a new hire. Very nice girl she was trying to assist me in what I needed which was just a SIM card she called out for her manager on duty CARA who was busy flirting and touching hands with her other employee and then takes her phone out and starts scrolling. After Tanyas second attempt to get her attention with no luck, I raised my voice and said hey girl shes calling you. She looked at me very rude came over did not apologize and stood with attitude helping out the new hire with my issue. I as a manager in retail would never allow my new hires to feel like they cannot call me for help and i would be a better example to the employees. This isnt the first time I have had bad experiences while going there. There are a few staff members who are helpful but the majority are very ill-mannered.

2nd time I come here and they suck they don’t know what their doing I went to another store and they were able to help don’t go their it’s a waste of time

Had a very unprofessional and inconvenient experience.I’ll spare google of the details, but I would definitely suggest going to an actual T-Mobile retailer, not a third-party (which this is, Ritmo Latino Wireless llc).I’ve been in here multiple times and they always have an unreal line.The general attitude is, “we will get to you eventually,” since you have no choice but to wait or leave.Terrible. Don’t come here, don’t put your name on the list and wait unless you have nothing better to do.Don’t just take my word for it:

I dont like coming to this place people are usually rude and always have to wait about an hour just to pay a bill. I just pay online now and dont have to deal with these people ever! Would rather visit another tmobile instead!

I walked into the store and the entire place smells like feces. Spoke to the employees and they were definitely not customer service friendly left the place as soon as possible and I suggest you go to any other T-Mobile store

Has the worse service I have ever had. Its so slow not enough employees my last visit was just to pick up my replacement phone and ended up waiting an hr and then they sent me the wrong replacement I wouldnt even give then 1 star

The moment I walked in to TMobile in Ontario on Euclid I was greeted by Javier and was informed of how many customers were ahead of me. Then as the customers were helped he’d continue to check in to let me know where I was in line to be attended. It was nice to be acknowledged instead of feeling ignored and wondering when I‘d be helped. Once it was my turn Claudia assisted me and was friendly, patient and helpful and please keep in mind that the store closes at 8pm and it was my turn around 7:45pm. I came to TMobile to transfer my services from Sprint so it wasn’t going to be an in and out service. I felt bad that she would reassure me that it was ok and was really nice about staying late after closing… I ended up leaving after 9pm and am beyond impressed with how professional and generous the staff was. Great job TMobile team… I am happy to have made the switch of phone providers!

Walked in like 2 hours before tried to pay a amount i owed then they tell me i owed a lower amount . Which I knew the amount I owed and asked why it was lower and they just told me it was less like if i had no clue what i owed got home and called 611 to check and make sure about the amount and sure enough i owed more ( that amount i knew i owed ) an hour later went back and waited almost an hour so i can pay the difference . Never coming here again they need to train there people well .. what a wast of my time
