I always come here for my winter and outer wear. They always have some kind of sale going on, and their selections are pretty diverse for what you need for the outdoors. They also have a student discount if you bring your student ID (15%).

The Ontario Mills Store was clean and organized but I really miss not being able to get good help or suggestions to my questions, from the sales clerks roaming the floor. Retail stores I think are missing the opportunities to increase sales when customers ask questions. Instead, I bought only one shirt and came home and ordered 3 non Columbia items online.

I have a lot of problems with my feet. Its very important that I have shoes that fit properly with my custom orthotics. Esparanza was more than patient with me and found everything I needed.

I love this brand, comfortable and cool especially good for summer.

I am extremely happy that it exists here locally in Ontario, CA, especially after resignation from Lyft Incorporated; with my personal preferences and logical lifestyle in order, organization is very important so I am comfortable with gentrification and its location;

There are some great deals at the moment. I always recommend going to shop off season to get the best deals. They have really nice jackets and shoes. Men, women and kids. They always have diacounts and coupons that you can apply even on top of other store discounts. Stay on the look out!

I will visit again

I visited the Ontario store after Christmas and was so pleased with the service I received. It was bustling with shoppers, busy and what I wanted was not something carried by the outlet stores but despite all of that the customer service I received from Carlos was WONDERFUL! He even helped us find a fix for a size that was unavailable. I would highly recommend this store. It has great deals, excellent quality items and most importantly wonderful service. Thanks Carlos! You made an experience that could have been unpleasant a good one.

If u like outdoor wear, and are not a rei elitest, u will like this. Price is like half. But, shoes are not really that cheap. Large selection overall.

Wow this place had a sale going... great prices on almost everything. Found my sons rain boots at a great price... No one else had them, searched every other store in the mall. This was a good find since we didnt think they would have them but decided to go in and look around. There was a long line for the cashier, good indication of good sale on merchandise.

Nice ambience and fitting rooms.As their tag sensors interfere with one another, it can be quite iŕritating. My coach purchases keeps triggering its sensorsFriendly staff and efficient short queues

I went to SPCA the other day but my car somehow went to the wrong direction loll so I ended up discovering this place.Have heard good things about this place.I bought my yoga mat here loll this place has lots lots lots of sports outfits/tools/equipment. If you buy sports equipment/outfits a lot,probably a good idea to get a membership you can get discount!

Great stores located in the county mills shopping center in LA. Has good collection of items from jackets, tshirts winter wear etc.The staff members are also very good.

Excellent, high-quality jackets for cold weather, at great sale prices.

2 different responses from 2 different managers regarding return policy. Drove all the way home for receipt of purchase expecting a full refund. When I retured the next manager indicated i would only receive store credit because I washed the clothing and removed the tags. The clothing was returned because it shrunk!!! Not good customer service, very poor communication from both managers, very disappointing.

One always ends up getting more than what one would come in the store for, always a good deal

Nothing over 1x in the store. When asked if they carry 2x in shirts I got walked over to a 2ft by 2ft section of jackets and told this is it with a confused look. Not helpful.
