The food delivered service is horrible here. Guaranteed something missing or just leave it at the wrong house and make you jump through hoops to contact them inside and get a refund. I do however like the in store shopping. Really good spot just sucks they cant get the delivery down. I even order house items through them. The concept is fantastic just bit fulfilled correctly.

Happy to find a walmart, but the staff in electronics told me they would help me and had me waiting 30 minutes and never came back. The lines where long with the oldest cashier. One fast cashier is all thats needed not 2 old ones. A sense of urgency would have been appreciated.

I am a truck driver and was on the road and needed to get a prescription refilled. The pharmacy here at this Walmart was really helpful in accomplishing that for me. Polite, friendly staff took my order. Had it ready quickly so I could swing in and pick it up and get back on the road again. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy!

I originally went into the store to purchase an umbrella stroller. Having not seen any, we asked four different employees, and each one not only said that they didnt have any but that they dont carry it. We asked one of the female employees could she just look it up on her inventory gadget she had in her hand, she refused to do it! She said no, they dont carry that sort of thing. I immediately turned around went back through the baby section, and there was a huge display of these umbrella strollers right in the middle of the aisle. Then as we were checking out I asked an employee for large repurposed tote or shopping bags so I could put the groceries in there. She said they dont carry that sort of thing and she worked right there in the self-checkout area. As we were speaking to her a customer, let us know that there are some over in the frozen food section. We went and got one and brought it back, and showed it to her so she would know at least where those were. At the end of the day, the employees that we spoke with all five or six of them, had zero customer service. They are just there putting in their time and getting a paycheck, they are not there to help customers find anything at all!

Self checkout was awesome! Michael helped me out so much and he answered all my questions. He is the kindest Walmart employee I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Walmart, give Michael a raise!

Had a dilemma regarding the in store pickup of a wreath. Got groceries, went to the in store section, scanned our email and waited. The money order employee told us that “now you have to go to the outside to pickup” even though it said that nowhere online. We took her at her word only to have two employees at the opposite end tell us she was wrong and send us back to the original pickup location. At this point I was on the phone w the location’s customer service, Johnny was patient for how frustrated I was, we’d been there for over 30 minutes and our groceries were warm. If Corina hadn’t gone out of her way to do the pickup department’s job for them, I’m sure I’d still be standing there on hold.tl;dr: Thank you Corina & Johnny. Fire the entire in-store pickup department for trying to lazily direct all their traffic through the drive through area

This Walmart was in Ontario CA. Fast service. Went in and out. I had to by myself a zip up sweatshirt. It was raining that day and it got super cold. Anyway I asked my hubby, can I buy a sweater, he says, sure if you have enough money. I bought it anyway cause I was getting all wet. My hubby went one way in Walmart and I went to the mens section where all the sweaters were. I found one I really liked but it was $20. I only had 24.95 on my bank card. I put the sweater on real quick cause I was freezing. I left the price tag on the sweater cause I still had to pay for it. I was walking to the register and I seen my husband. He tells me, hey, you better not have found that sweater. I said to him, No I didnt, I DONT LIVE LIKE THAT ANYMORE, I DONT HAVE TO? CRAZY HUBBY. GOTTA LOVE HIM?... 😂🤣😂🤷🏻‍♀️🙄

Their drive through pick up service was excellent! My helper noticed my eggs were cracked and offered to replace a new one for me

Prices going up, food quality going down.Needs more cleanliness.Bathroom needs to be outside not right in front of the tables where people is eating.Fat cashier guy took my order wrong and I had to pay for for food that they served wrong.Also a white couple ordered food after us an they served their food in plastic washable plates more fancy on the plate and for us paper plates and cashier even got mad because I asked for an extra plate for my daughter. Like I said this place used to be better even the cashier lady was nicer than this fat guy with attitude.

I wanted to get a pill box which was in a locked shelf in front of pharmacy area. None of the pharmacy staff could open the shelf. They asked me to press the red button and some would come open it for me. I pressed the button every five minutes for upto 30 minutes and no one showed up. During this time several Walmart employees passed by but no one had the keys to open the shelf. Finally after 30 minutes one of the employees told me to find someone with a yellow vest. I went looking around and found someone after 45 minutes to come open the shelf for me.The pill box us for 2 dollars. I am not sure why Walmart has it locked up with other expensive items. Secondly, Walmart seriously needs to see how customers are serviced for these l9cked shelves. Very disappointed 😞

The cashier that assisted me was outstanding; friendly and very personable.Therefore, the quality of service isnt I gave a mediocre rating, it has to do with fact/procedure of having to present my receipt in order that I may exit the store.In my past visits to this location this wasnt required. What is that all about!!!? To a certain extent I wouldnt have a problem, it would seem justified had person compared the receipt with items in my bag.

Love this store. You find great deals and just about anything you need for kitchen including fresh groceries, household cleaning supplies, bedding and decor fir any room in your house and garden. Its just fun to see what adventure or project I will start when I go in. Whether thats baking a cake, designing crafts, dressing myself for the holidays, throwing a party or bar b que, they you covered.

This Wal-Mart is a bit nicer inside but some of the workers are very judgmental, which is very distracting and ruins the shopping experience.

I did the grocery pickup. They moved it way over to the right side of the store, towards the back. Its really nice to have someone shop for you, but just not the same! The biggest advantage is you can pass up the impulse buys!This Walmart member was very friendly and did make sure my bread wasnt on the bottom!

Really nice employees always will have what other walmarts dont. Thats why I enjoy going to shop there. Good fair prices on merchandise. At night though the entrance off Mountain does not indicate its the entry way to Super Walmart, lacks bright signage that will attract. If you dont know it looks like just another entry to residential property.

It was confusing and they were unloading the truck an you have to avoid them when they were caring a pallet or returning with the pallet jack. Nobody around to ask them simple questions. Want a good experience for me.

We went to get 2 new fans for our home. There was plenty of selections and varied prices. We picked out 2 fans and went to self check out, less people in line. Only 1 or 2 cashiers and several people in each line. It was kinda busy for a Sunday afternoon.

The store was pretty messy. Most of the clothes only had 1 size available. At the scan yourself I had a shirt without a tag. An employee walked up to the you scan behind me to check herself out. I asked if she could just watch my stuff while I ran to grab another shirt which was right behind where we were standing. She said, Im off the clock!. I replied, Its just right there. As a decent person can you just make sure no one moves my stuff? She replied, Im off the clock. Needless to say, I ran back grabbed the shirt and when I came back she was walking out of the store. I suggest that if your employees are in that big of a hurry to leave that they take their Wal-Mart vest off especially if they are going to still be interacting with the customers.

This Walmart is a lot better than the regular ones there is a lot more room to shop more workers to assist you . And the market area has everything you need.and you can also eat at Subway it is all there I will be back soon.

I came into this store toda, I bought a laptop from them 5 days ago for $1200, I look at the price today and its $799, so I go in to see if I can do a price adjustment, the lady at customer service was very nice but this manager named Candyce was really rude she came in and said we dont price a just clearance I told her when I bought it it wasnt on clearance she said it didnt matter I told her can I see that policy she went into the office took about 30min and came out saying she couldnt find that policy, and after that she accused me by saying arent u that same came that came in and returned a different electronic item I said no, amd she said sorry u look like him, maybe cuz Im middle eastern I dont get it, very bad experience will never step foot in that Walmart again, Walmart should really take this matter serious I felt so imberessed!!!

There are self checkouts for those who dont want to wait in line, some for card and other for cash, which helps a lot. Lots of employees are available while shopping, and theyll help you find what you need if you ask nicely. Overall, great place to shop.

This is my neighborhood store, it was pleasant to visit after a few months of being away from home...It is a good store... crowded and stuff, but its a Walmart... What do you expect?

Nothing is ever stocked. Mostly all the shelves were empty. It did look like they just got a truck in because they were trying to restock the shelves. So that meant, everything was out on the floor during the busiest time of day. And dont think youre going to get any kind of help from an employee because theyre to busy either on their phone or just talking with another employee about who did what and when. Dont get me wrong, I love Walmart, bug customer service sucks there.

It’s always so easy to find what you need and do a quick stop run instead of looking frantically through the aisles

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and second chances, but here too many chances given and they still dont know how to treat a customer or manage their inventory. Walmart optical, they just open due to covid. My sister and I went to go get glasses, we came out with 2 pairs each. 😁 We were received by David a nice, friendly and helpful guy. Unfortunately the downside is that they dont do eye exams, we brought our own prescriptions thats a bummer but around the corner theyres a dr.

Needed coffee pot and found newer version of one that took a dump. Very good. They keep necessities stocked and at a good price.

Many variety of merchandise, good place to go when looking for something you need or sight see. Lately they out of stock on merchandise, maybe because of pandemic. They got a subway inside the store. Bathrooms are in the front of the store, very convenient for elderly/children/pregnant. Hard to find associates on the floor for help or knowledgeable in merchandise and what bay to find the merchandise.

Parking is good went in came out fast no issue

This place is very popular and conveniently located near the I-10 off the Mountain Ave.Its in the middle of Latino Central.Plenty of Mexican food.One draw-back is that you have to pay separate cashier for cosmetics and off-the-shelf medicine due to the theft. Everything is Locked-up.

It has a great layout of the merchandise; pretty well organized. Not hard to find what im looking for. I think they have enough registers open to keep people moving along. Employees and restrooms are average; what you expect in any walmart. When ever i visit Montclair i like to stop at walmart.

Today my husband was racially profiled and treated with disrespect from a cashier. She refused to sale him wine because “they don’t accept foreign ids”. The thing is, he doesn’t have a foreign id. He has a Puerto Rico license....which is apart of the U.S.....and not only that, he has served this country for 6 years and I for 1 year. We have gone to this Walmart many times before and it has never been an issue until now. I feel the cashier needs to be educated on basic history and learn a little respect instead of racially profiling someone on how tan their skin is.

There trying hard to have everything stocked on the shelves. So that way we find what were looking for. Thank you.

Of course its always crowded at Walmart but it would help if the customer service was better. There are literally 2 employees that are outstanding and always smile. Its difficult to get help in cosmetics, and forget needed feminine products or medications because you will get attitude and have to wait. Also make sure to look at expiration dates because their rotation has been off.

FYI: Money Order area is open at 8am. Returns area is open at 7am. Learned that this morning after employees told myself and another customer earlier time (6am).Seems like lately shelves are more empty and less options or available products. Also found product being placed back on shelf that has been marked and labeled that should of been discarded by the return area. BTW both was listed as original price but damage tag inside of products so customer cannot see with the items with clear duct tape over broken areas. :( Used to really like this Walmart.

Typical Walmart. Crowded, stuff in the isles impeding easy movement through the store & out of stock on the things I want. Also I find that theyre locking up many items & you have to wait for someone to come and unlock the case. Very frustrating!!

Went to the electronics dept. 2 emplyees at the counter, i needed one of the cabinets unlocked, both employees were on their phones texting and just started talking to each other, i cleared my throat to get there attention, and told them what i needed . They said we dont work in this dept and told if i waited around for 5 to 10 minutes some one would eventualy come by, no calling anyone, they just walked away and left me standing there, i started to wander around the dept and found the employee i needed who was a mngr. And told her what happened and she just said well they dont work in this dept, so from now on im taking my and my familys business to Target

The employees dont try to help as much as they treat you like you are stealing from them. Its sad that you cannot walk into a store without being scrutinized for no apparent reason.

Place is located in a good place, close to the freeway and axesable to other shopping areas. What I dislike is things are out of place and is hard to find their price on some items. I tried utilizing the app but it doesnt always do me good. I have to find an associate to ask for pricing and so far the young ladies have been really nice to help. I would prefer for Walmart to have a price checking machine or improve on their app. Rather then that, good prices and a clean store to shop.

We do the grocery pick up and it has been great for the most part. One time they really messed up our order but all of the associates have been kind and polite.

Where do I start? Bought Roku Ultra from Walmart Fontana on Foothill by 15 fwy. Try to return, but got denied. Tried the Roku for a week but didnt like it (thats another subject). Anyways, I wouldnt recommend buying electronic from Walmart period. They make it so hard to return. One in Fontana send me to another Walmart, one in Upland on Foothill (manager) refused to even try to process the return. Sent me away, but recommended that I try to sell the item online. If all possible, avoid these two Walmart stores, if you have to buy something from Walmart. No more Walmart for me and my family.

Off I-10 Fwy, go South on Mountain Ave., it will be a huge complex to the right, all the way to 5th Street! You really cant miss it!! Whatever youve found at other Walmarts, you will find MORE of it here! It is a really clean store, stocked w/Fresh Produce and Bakery, (+) a Subway at the Main Entrance! And that.., is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of quality food products, clothing, household & outdoor needs, automotive & electronics to name a few! There is also, a Money Gram & a variety of other financial services available to fit any need to send money, buy M.O.s, etc.., etc.., etc!In a most recent visit, I went to purchase a gift of jewelry; for someone dearly close to me; I noticed a worker nearby & asked about a specific piece I had in mind? The worker was honest enough to admit they werent aware, if there was anything of my interest available. Although this wasnt the answer I would have preferred, I accepted that there are moments.., you cant always get what you want. Hello?:^, It was here that my patience paid off in real dividends! Bc as I casually walked by the cases to leave, I noticed a piece that I KNEW, would suit the occasion perfectly! I flagged down another worker & they were quick to find a person w/a key, to open the case & retrieve the piece of my interest! As I paid for it, this worker complimented my choice & was very considerate in the handling of the delicate piece. Which I am proud to say was received by the intended recipient, w/much emotion & endless joyful hugs! Lol!:^D Hahaha Haha!Aside from the previously mentioned list of benefits & personal experiences Ive had.., I have found the Walmart employees that I met & dealt with, to be very helpful & respectful. Having said all of that? Yes.., I would definitely recommend this Walmart Supercenter to anyone & everyone!:^)Finally, I would also encourage those Ppl., who have had a negative experience, be it here or anywhere else? To consider that in times like these; which we are all currently facing; Would it not be better if we were able to look past the faults of others & see if maybe, the reasons we are so hard on them.., perhaps? Is because were way too hard on ourselves.., Learn to forgive yourself & it will become easier to forgive others..

I really like going to this Wal-Mart on Grand Ave. I get to kill many birds w/one stone (sorta speaking). I not only go to Wal-Mart but, I usually hit Sams Club right next door & there are so many other shops around there to keep you pretty busy.
