One of the few Pilots Id recommend. Clean bathrooms, really clean showers, & friendly service. Very nice place to spend your reset time.

This was a quick stop for us. It was morning and I needed a good cup of coffee. They did not disappoint. I also got a Jamocha Milkshake from Arbys. It was pure heaven. They have plenty of parking here and leaving was easy. I didnt get lost trying to find the exit.

The shower was ok the parking lot was ok I did see some panhandlers like some of the other reviews was saying but I did not take any pictures of them just that but got some pictures of a kinda fat female for her body type with that extreme hair color she walked by twice that day with her little dog there was an other truck beside Me as he was pulling out He seen her and spent about 4 minutes chatting with her pulled half way out.

Best emergency bathroom experience ever. Very impressed with the large capacity bowl and swirling vortex flush. Removed all evidence of my dinner in distress soon as it violently left my body. Thx a mil.

I just spent 600$ on fuel here came back in realizing I didn’t get a receipt for my 20$ fuel injector cleaner. Short haired lady couldn’t be bothered to look it up even though i just got it 5min prior. Not the only truckstop lost me as a customer.

This place is awesome, its clean orderly and a staff are friendly and professional as with 99% of the Pilot Travel Centers that Ive been to. Thats why I keep coming to their locations because you can always expect good service. And clean showers that dont smell like mildew or have mold. I really appreciate that

I used to get my gas here. I used to think it is clean until today I have been happy with it. Today the woman (short brown hair) behind the counter had her mask hanging down on her chin covering nothing. She was coughing all over everybody/thing it is gross without the pandemic. She wasnt cleaning up any of the spew she was spewing. If I dont catch covid and die I wont be coming back.

Super clean showers, nice people - but it’s still a small Pilot with a poorly designed parking lot. There are more parking spots available in the empty lots surrounding it though . Weedology dispensary has just opened directly beside it.

Its really not a bad place to stop. Good options on food, beverages, snacks and fuel. There is also a fast food restaurant located inside. They also carry a good assortment of automotive and non perishable groceries. The employees are usually always friendly Except one older lady, who actually scares me.

There’s a nasty lady that works at this location. Her name tag said Cindy... She wasn’t wearing a mask, coughed into a tissue, and then proceeded to set it down on the counter. Gross! In this pandemic, I find it completely baffling she is allowed to work there at all, but even more so directly with customers. IF (emphasize if) I come back here, I will avoid her register...

Showered and spent the night. Outside wifi is good for watching tv. Store & showers are clean and water is hot and strong. Coffee is the best! Great customer service and very friendly. We always stay here when we are in the area.

Enjoyed Arbys and fueled up on our way thru . Gathered some great stuff from your selection of great items. The only down fall is the cashier named Cindy Lou was coughing and using her hands to cover her mouth and then proceeded to touch our items. I was hoping she would have at least sanitized her hands especially with this virus going around. I was glad to see that she did wear a plastic face covering. As we were leaving she coughed again with another customer and did the same thing and not sanitizing her hands after coughing into them. Hopefully mgmt will explain to her and other employees regarding this especially with COVID going Around.

People are very nice around here staff treat you as a friend also store is clean...

Definitely one of the cleaner showering locations I been to. Customer service could be a lot better and utensils needed to be refilled as well as napkins. I am being generous with the 4. Next time they may not be so lucky if there are no improvements

This location has an incredible staff. I dropped 700$ cash . And an associate turned it into management! They tracked down my employer and sent it back to me!! Wow. Unbelievable. The showers must be approved by the fire department because there is pressure in that water comi g out of those shower heads. Parking is okay, but its not a bad Pilot at all.

Stopped in here bc I have been here before, always clean & friendly. Go to use laundry facilities and u cant use none of them! Something about roofing work needs to be done but roofing guys never showed up today! Not happy since Ill be here to do my 34 hr reset & cant get essential chores done! Bummer!

I know people don’t usually rate gas stations, but we’ve done many road trips across the country and Pilot’s are always the best to stop at. Bathrooms are often clean, food selection is better than you would expect, and you always find some doodads and souvenirs to bring back home. I wish all gas stations had at least a bare minimum standard; which allows Pilot to set the bar.

Very busy Pilot. Has a McDonalds, but McD has no salads. Pilot coffee is the bedt6.

This is probably the friendliest Pilot Flying J staff Ive had the pleasure of meeting. I was in my car, so I had an attendant outside and interacted with 2 employees inside. Just really nice and friendly people.

The sad part is this used to be one of my favorite stops coming out of Oregon or coming from Washington back to Idaho but after today and the way my wife was treated by the staff there and made to feel like she was some person off the street instead of a paying customer well I completely and totally they lost all my respect not only that they have a homeless element that hangs out there and panhandles and its gotten really bad to the point where they come up and knock on your truck they start talking to you when you walk up to the front doors and they camp outside the truck entrance doors place has really gone downhill and thats why Im rating this one star not only that but the management team needs to get on the same schedule as their employees their employees will tell you one thing while its completely against their policy someone else will tell you and thats why Im giving this place one star😎

A great variety of just about anything you could want or need, from food and drinks to gadgets for your semi car or SUV this pilot was also equipped with an Arbys inside. The store is very neat and clean full of food options even got those with certain allergies. The staff was extremely pleasant and professional. I heard a cashier talking to a guy and told him she was cooking some fresh roller food cause she would only serve fresh food. Awesome to this girl she has customer service down spot on. Highly recommend stopping here you wont be disappointed!

I come to this location a lot but today seriously grossed me out! I was in the restroom and the female cleaning the restroom was using the toilet brush for the toilet and sink, yes sink where we all wash our hands! The brush had toilet paper, hair, and some black stuff on it. I took a picture but it wouldn’t let me post it. SIMPLY GROSS!!!

The premium internet speed is slower than my data way to low its a joke cant even load a hd video on YouTube. Don’t waste your points or cash on it. Other than that this place is okay.

Friendly and smiling people with awesome customer service.

These places are awesome if you drive anything larger than a car. They have plenty of room to maneuver your vehicle. They have a much larger store than typical gas stations and usually some type of fast food restaurant like Subway or McDonalds, etc. They give 5 cents off per gallon of gas if you are a Good Sam member. Seems like an excellent place for truckers also, with their own area for fueling and clean hot shower ( from what I hear ).

A great place to get coffee. They have all different blends and all the accessories to make it just like you want. Lots of snacks and drinks are available, as well as hot food. The restrooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking lot and gas pumps are clean and smooth.

This is definitely my favorite truck stop in the area. All because they now stock the new blinker fluid, and dehydrated water, right next to the muffler bearings, and evaporated air cans.The coffee is the bean to cup now as well. Very good stuff. If you love corn dogs, than this is also your place to visit.

Good place to get gas, a snack, use the rest room. Pretty clean, helpful, and a place for a break from driving. It is better than falling a sleep from being on the road to long. Give it a try when in Ontario, Oregon.

Great when pulling a trailer. Use Good Sam for 5 cent off on gas. or Flying J/Pilot rewards.

Once you get in there the place is great but coming from the West with a pick up truck and trailer its almost impossible to get to the pump stations for normal diesel. I turned at the light as directed but then you get to the point where youre supposed to either not go into their one way or youre in the commercial trucking area. I ended up going down the do not enter to finally get in there.

I really like the Pilot truck stops. Bathrooms are always clean, large variety of snacks, great restaurant for hot food.

One stop shop for travelers! Its a truck stop with showers, television, laundry services for truckers. There is everything one needs while traveling-- good food, coffee, beverages and much more than the traditional C store (batteries, movies, CB systems, music, electronic cords).There is a fast food restaurant, Arbys, located inside.The people are friendly every time Ive visited. They always have the items in stock I need, hot and fresh coffee, and warm fresh baked pizza!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had!! I was treated like a crack head! Why because I purchased a screwdriver and it was to big for what I needed it for. I understand u have an abundance of street people but I was NOT ONE!!! UNFORTUNATELY this was my go to spot but to be treated with such disrespect was wrong. I will never go back and me and my husband get this route frequently but I will be damned if I ever spend another cent in that store.

Of all the truck stops that I have been to. This one was the cleanest, friendly, inviting. Staff was awesome, good to see a welcoming smile, and greeting to go with it.

Things seem like they took a price hike recently that is a bit inflated but they have everything you can think of that you might need. Including Arbys! Best one around.

This is a great Pilot. I really like their bean grinder coffee makers that brew about as fresh a cup of coffee as you can get. They also have these lemon square pastries in the Muffin/pastry cabinet that are incredible. They also have a lemon/blueberry coffee cake that is also good in case they are sold out of the others. They also have a great Arbys and the staff at this Pilot/Arbys are very pleasant !!

3.21 a gallon for diesel to use a credit card despicable it does not cost this company.40 a gallon to process a card vs cash taking advantage of truck drivers is all that is

Clean and tidy. The new coffee machines, which grind and brew to order are nice. Also, the ready to go salads are usually fresh. Very few bums in the area while I was there, decent mexican cafe in next lot over. Some pump slots are wider than others. Bear this in mind when hauling slight oversize.

Pilot is one of my favorite places to stop off at to catch a good breakfast sandwich and coffee. That and most Pilot truck stops offer plenty of parking room.

It was okay I ordered a pastrami burger and it seemed like they just slopped it together other than that everything was good.

Great place to park here at this Ontario pilot some of the other ones in Oregon are really small due to the fact that I have oversize loads that I have and this one had plenty of parking it was great

They could use more tellers but a good Pilot overall. The place is always very busy and they need more help but the staff try hard to keep up with the demands.

I go here because they have Arbys. Love the horsey sauce on a roast beef sandwich!!. They always get my order correct. Kind of a tight turn drive thru. But I have not rubbed curb yet . Others have . They are the closest Arbys around for me. I will cont to go there

My parents are both over the road truck drivers and come through several piolet travel centers throughout the country and they especially like this one, why? Im not entirely sure with the exception that they frequently mention that there are always different people working when they come in but the ones that work here have always been nice and have had great customer service.

The shower was good pressure and temperature. Clean. The back row of the truck parking is very poorly planned out. Always park in the front or side.

Most unorganized Arbys Ive ever seen,filling all drive up before counter orders. Store was nice and bathrooms were fairly clean.Fuel islands smelled like piss and were so grimy you had to use paper towel to wipe off bottoms of shoes.

Everything you could need and more. Easy to get in and out of. Good if your driving a truck with a trailer or an RV.

This place has gotten better over the years. Its a lot cleaner than I remembered. Its always packed and busy here 20 hours a day since its either the first or last stop in Oregon and thanks to the Mountains its usually about as far as you can make it leaving Seattle/Portland in one day.Still, if you need a place to sleep and you can make it, go another 30 miles to the flying J in Caldwell Idaho. Or stop that much sooner coming from the other way. This place is fine for fuel or a quick stop but its super busy and noisy. The lot in Caldwell is smaller but its way more quiet, way less traffic, and the food is better.

This is a great little place to stop. I used the restroom and it was like walking ito a restroom in a home. Very nice! The store has a variety of hot foods, theres a restaurant and theres plenty of parking. The people that work there were vdry nice, friendly and helpful. We have stayed there one other time before. Id love to stay over again but it all depends on our travels, of course.

Not a good place to stop and fuel up your RV. The employees and manager are very rude. When I asked the fuel attendant to clean my windshield, he says FAT CHANCE as he walks away. I had to clean my windshield and finish pumping my fuel. Not friendly or accommodating to there customers. There is a Loves truck stop at the next exit. Same prices for gas and much friendlier too. Subway on site.

Laundry facilities were small but very effective, showers clean and plenty of hot water.

Shower was great, good pressure and plenty of hot water, very clean and the staff was very friendly. The arbys though... bunch of unsupervised kids running the place, they cleared my order off the screen before it was made, taped the receipt to a bag and then promptly dropped it on the floor and forgot about me. While they stood around and chatted with each other I watched half of my order get cold while the other half never got made. When I enquired about it they had a brief discussion then informed me it would be quite a while before the other half was done. Very unprofessional. Would have given fewer stars but the shower attendant was very nice and the shower turnover was very quick.

Staff was great, cleanliness was very good. The staff worked to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Good place to stop!

Phenomenal customer service with the cashiers, & the Arbys too. The food was fantastic, exactly the way an Arbys represents/advertises itself. I even rang the bell on the way out.

I go to the pilots in ontario for the arbys which is quite good i love the sliders a perfect size sandwich for the people on the go and they are very fast so if you are running late at work grab some arbys for your lunch i am in and out in 5mins or less

Its Amazing how the cashiers can treat one person a with customer service be nice and friendly then the next customer gets treated complete disrespect!!!! Mind blowing, you dont like truck drivers dont work at a Truck Stop. Without Truck Drivers the 3 disrespectful cashiers wouldnt a:have a job b:toilet paper to wipe their ass c: Along with everything else they use in a day at some point was transported by Truck Driver.

I stopped in here by on my way to Ontario, Oregon. I was very hungry and purchased a variety of things. The staff helped me locate some travel items and I was even able to purchase Cinnobon cinnoman rolls and cheesecake. This place has it all and I will stop there again.

Pilot is the only place i go when traveling. Clean easy to get to and whatever you need to eat or buy. Its your all in one stop.

I reviewing the Arbys at Pilot TC. This is my favorite Arbys. The employees are always friendly although not always knowledgeable about the current sales. I bough a two Classics and there was a sale 2 for $5 and she didnt tell me, I ended up paying full price. They generally try to be accommodating on coupons and have improved over the last year.

Went here to get some bread! Price was 3$ and some change! Little spendy but this Hostess bread was super fresh! Ppl were super nice! Didnt have to wait in line for very long either!

Some staff really great (the older lady was super) the younger clerk and manager were very dutch👍👎
