Always a great experience when shopping at Jareds. Azealia has always taken care of us. If she isnt there Faith is great to work with. In closing whoever you deal with will work with you and make sure you go home with a smile

When I first purchased a ring from here they mounted the diamond on crooked. After how much money I spent I shouldnt have to deal with something like that. I then had to go back and have them fix it before I proposed. They told me it would take 15 to 30 minutes. I was there for well over an hour. Other than that, they have a good variety of ring/diamond styles to choose from.

I dont know why they dont give you an option of leaving zero stars. A diamond fell off of my fathers ring and when he purchased it he was told it had a lifetime warranty and any diamond that fell off would be replaced. Well this is WRONG!!!! What they fail to tell you is that you need to take your jewelry 2 times a year for inspection. OK I get it, why not disclaim that when you are purchasing your jewelry. Now my father lost a diamond on a ring he put on after 5 years being put away. Yes 5 years! So it was not wear and tear. Shame on them for telling me they would not cover the diamond! Its only a scam because the day you do drop a diamond, they tell you it isnt covered and they sell you another one. He paid a little more for a store at the mall vs downtown LA because of such warranties. Well save your time people and just go get more for your money in downtown LA. Thanks MATHEW for the terrible service and for acting like a smartass with me on the phone.

I had a very comfortable experience and all the employees were very polite, they couldnt have been more professional.

As far as customer service goes, this location has some employees who are really nice and others who need a refresher course on not judging a book by its cover. They always seem surprised when I go in for biyearly inspections and ask if I am the original purchaser then the attitude changes. First of, the quality of the products is really good I have three separate pieces from here and I have had no issues with any of them for a little over two years. Where I am giving them only 3 out of 5 stars is the fact that when purchasing two rings, our understanding was that there was a Zero APR for three years....Not a low introductory APR for 3 years and then a high APR there after. Then again it is my fault for not reading what i was signing but super dishonest of this store for not disclosing it to me verbally and then having me sign this agreement so I urge everyone to read what they sign here first. The other issue was the small diamond inlay inside of the ring was done poorly. For this reason I would not recommend jared to any of my colleagues.

Looking at wedding bands with my fianceé and watches for myself this evening. This nice lady was helping us, however the sales guy walking around was kinda rude, basically telling us to leave because they were closing, told the sales woman loudly only to show us one ring at a time. Asked him about pricing on watches, and he said they vary then walked away. Could have given better customer service. Lost my business.

I asked them to clean and perform the annual inspection on my wifes ring for the metals warranty. They refused after finding me in the system and told me that they needed my receipt as well. Over the 3 years Ive had service through Jareds I have never had to provide the actual receipt on the ring and its always been as easy as taking my phone number. The store manager and the worker obviously had no idea what they were doing so we kindly Left after they told us to get it cleaned at the store we used last time. Most horrific customer service Ive had from anyone in my life let alone a store manager. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.

Sent a Ring in For Cleaning and other Repair. Store Claims UPS lost it. I was Never informed of loss til I went to pick it up. Which was weeks after loss. Credit was given however its not the Same. The ring alone means something more than the Credit

Sucks assssssss dealing with ppl saying were still waiting for wat we paid for already. .1 month to size it when the Asians in the indoor say 30 min
