EXCELLENT WORK! TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL! SHOWED UP TO THE JOB SITE AND TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE RIGHT THEN AND THERE, NO HESITATION. TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP, CHANGED MY RIGHT WHEEL SEAL, BRAKE SHOES AND DRUMS IN UNDER 3 HOURS, GREAT SERVICE. DECENT PRICE. THANKS ONSITE! SEE YA SOON!
Awesome staff. Great environment. Felt at home. They went out of there way for me and I will recommend them to everyone that I know. The perfection that they applied to the job that they done for me was outstanding.
Fix my trailer quick! All hinges hung and door hung in less then an hour! Super nice people - very nice guys! Going back next week for brakes on my T680
BEWARE! Lost wheel caps. Left lose wheel bearings and emergency break shoes on the truck. Replaced rotors and did not replace the fluid, let me out on the road in unsafe condition causing additional damages to the truck.
Please beware they dont take security of your vehicle very well. Had many items stolen out of my truck cameras, Bluetooth speaker, vacuum, Dremel, drill, tool bag with many tools.. multiple rings in a bag along with the bag. Whole truck was ransacked thru.. Also happened to another driver of ours as well same thing truck ransacked thru stuff taken.. while truck is in their possession we are entrusting them with it and our belongings to keep it safe.. they have a sign up saying not responsible for theft but to me that just tells employees take what you want.. not making accusations against anyone but the business itself.. Owner not willing to compensate or make it right..
Been here several times and their mechanics and the front desk are super nice!! They get the job done and the price is very reasonable, had minor issue with my steering wheel, without a question they take a look at it and fixed it in 10 minutes and they did not charge a dime!!! 👌 Excellent customer service, highly recommend Onsite for anyone in the area and will definitely coming back👍👍
Stopped in here with my RAM 5500 and had them look at the whistling issue that no one else could seem to diagnose. The front desk was super helpful and got my truck in and looked at rather quickly. They sent me an email with the quote and complete diagnosis notes from the tech. I was able to approve the quote online and even had my own portal to see where the repair status was. My truck was back to me in 2 days and I was back on the road. I highly recommend them!!
I used this business a few times without any notable issues. The last couple of times I used them I was not happy with the service. I took my truck in for repairs and after several days of no contact I called to inquire and was advised that they were waiting for pricing from Volvo. I do not believe this was true and they basically dropped the ball on my repair and failed to update me on the repair status. Previous to this incident I had a 3 axel alignment done there which chewed through a new set of steer tires in under 3000 miles. I brought it up to the business twice and they simply dismissed it. I found another shop in Barstow that I have been using without any issues.
Very professional work& honest friendly.Great prices on labor & parts I strongly recommend.
Scammers They charged us 700$ for a job worth 150$ at TA... STAY AWAY Gasket at the whell 4h job ? really ??? This is 30 minutes job...
Great place and very helpful. Even helped us get food while we waited.
Hello my name is Derek Gaytan and i’ve been dealing with on-site now for a few weeks and the gentleman by the name of Jimmy continues to show 2nd mile service in all areas. As soon as he finds out new information he is very quick to communicate. Very helpful with finding specific parts to fix problems on my job and i couldn’t of received better help! Thank you Jimmy and Thank you On-site for your services!
Needed brakes and tires, I was in and out with my F-550, fantastic shop with a great family feel.
Very rude front desk . And overpriced. Just make you wait for no Reason . Please stay away from this place . Will never come back here again
Employee was recorded on social media in a company vehicle shouting and distracting another driver, making obscene gesture. I would not business with these people if this is an example of the people they hire or if this is the business owner himself.
They were super friendly, on time and extremely professional. Was more surprised how affordable they were for everything that was done. U can’t go wrong with them.
Onsite has been great at help us with compliance. They have been proactive at the inspections and PM services helping save us money in the long run. Kacie and Jimmy are great at multi tasking and getting our units back out and running. Sean sometimes helps a little as well. All in all, they have been very professional and helpful. The Best.
Had an issue with my NOx sensor and jimmy the mechanic was there to save my day. he got my vehicle back to tip top shape within no time. he also saved my life and got a hole I had in my trailer repaired as well.
The best experience I’ve ever had any mechanic shop top rate Owners they care about their customers they went above and beyond took care of me after hours to make sure I can get back on the road once again a fantastic establishment
I brought my truck to Onsite in Ontario and after they found out all the problems that it had they provided me with an estimate and asked me for an authorization to start working on the truck.Jon the foreman provided me with great customer service and explained to me everything that needed to be done on the truck. He made sure that the truck was ready as promised so that the driver can pick up the load. I will definitely go back and recommend this place. Thank you for the great service. Very happy customer.
Friendly, helpful, professional....
Do not go here. They asked my partner to write a good review even after bad service. In exchange, they will help move our truck to the yard. Please disregard the other reviews because i am sure they did the same thing to other customers to get good reviews. These people are very unprofessional and they have a 2hour minimum that they never tell you at first till you get there. They just tell you it is $105/hr and omit the two hour minimum on purpose. Please do not go her they are scammers and thieves.
Expensive and low Effiency
On Site has done a fantastic job for us since we started using them. I have a direct contact with Kacie and she makes sure everything is handled. They work well around our schedule and keep us compliant. I highly recommend them.
Be warned! If you are owner-Operator, try somewhere else. Safe yourself emotional stress and money. Thank me later:). I brought my truck here because it was overheating. We kept cooling it down to get here. This guys plugged in computer checks worth $300 and that was to be factored in the final pay if repairs were done warranted. Cool no problem. After a few minutes the lady sent me an email with a quote. Yes a quote was worth leaving truck on the side of the road, $7880. Well I told them I don’t have money and I need something they can do to help truck get home. Here is the worst part, the lady insisted there the truck is absolutely messed up and had to be put out of service. Telling me a bunch of things wrong. She swore there was no way it’s gonna make it through the desert unless I tow it all the way. Cut the story short we decided to get a load and drive. The truck not only delivered load but drove home more than 1700 miles.
I can not say enough good things about On Site. Kacie was always willing to go above and beyond for my company when we where in need of their expertise. One of the things I like the most about On Site along with all the technicians there was they were always on time and gave good quality work and professional work every time they showed up either at my shop or on one of my job sites.
I brought my truck here just before them closing. I had a major leak and my APU was not working. They had someone come out in minutes to take a look and tell me what I needed. They stayed late to get me going and even made special hose that dealer didnt have. APU and leak are fixed and I was able to pick up my load. I really appreciate the extra effort they did for me staying late. Nice to find a place that really seems to care about you. Guy in the office was super helpful and seemed very knowledgeable.
I thank on-site is a very good truck shop, they are really on top of their game. Stacy and the mechanics treat you with a great deal of respect. Thank You.
This company is not honest and don’t fulfill their obligations. It’s unfortunate. We were hoping we came across good, hardworking, honest people and they aren’t.
We have had our truck in many shops and this shop, by far, is the best yet. Casey is very informative and knows her stuff, shes at the front desk.Great place
We have been doing business with Henry (Onsite Truck & Equipment Repair) since July 2012. I have Diesel Trucks, Skid Steers, Skip Loaders, Paving Machine and other specialty equipment, which it is difficult to find a Mobile Service that is qualified and able to perform service & repairs on all the various types of equipment. All of his staff is always very helpful and explain what they need to do and estimate how long it will take to do the repairs, inspections or P/M. You can depend on him.
Great work by chris
As a tech for a large company its hard to find quality help and onsite truck repair has been more then helpful. The staff is fast and the work is done with people who care about what they do. Thank you guys
Very nice people. took care of my RV level system for very good price. owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. THANKS GUYS.
I bring my truck to them to change the 1 wheel seal on the drive axles. They estimate to repair $682.50! I think they wanted to supply spare parts made of gold. They took $ 95 from me just to see where the oil leak. I will never go to these people again....They are very bad people.
GREAT SERVICE!!!! I have been using Onsite Truck & Equipment Repair for 8 months now and I couldnt be more happier with their work & customer service!! Henry & the crew are VERY hard workers & have been extremely flexible & responsive for all of my companies needs!! I used to use 4-5 different companies before depending on availability, but once I had Onsite Equipment come and make some repairs for us, They are my go to guys & the only company I prefer to use!! Henrys knowledge and experience, along with his customer service is TOP NOTCH & 2nd to none!!
Thanks to the staff, from the front office to the techs.. Your guys are great professionals. Thanks for solving our top A/C unit power issue. See you guys next time we need our truck serviced.
Great service, worked on Saturday to complete repairs, on my truck. Got me back on the road quick.
I chose this shop out of my research and reviews. Came in, they did the diagnostics and gave an estimate. Estimate seemed fine in the beginning and the next morning they started working on my truck. Within two hours once they took of the part on my truck, she tells me that they gave me a wrong quote, here is the new price where it is increasing for $1K. How do you give an estimate and after you take the part off the truck, your quote is wrong for 40% of intitial quote??? Because they know that your truck is in and the part has been removed, you have no choice but agree. The truck had to get done in 1.5 day, ended up being there for 3 days. They told me the truck is ready for a test drive but now I have an exhaust leak from EGR Valve that I never had before. Mechanic had to remove the exhaust pipes to get to oil filter unit that was being fixed. Of course, another quote for $1K is ready to take care of the exhaust leak. That’s when I said I will take the truck with exhaust leak because while I was there for 3 days in their shop, 90% of people coming to pick up so called ‘fixed trucks’ came back within 30 minutes still having issues. Went to VOLVO dealer and had to end up paying another $650 for replacing a new exhaust pipe gasket that they broke while putting it back together. They will quote you low in the beginning, once your truck is in, they will milk you and keep causing other minor issues to suck out your money. You will end up paying there more than at an authorized dealership and I doubt them fixing the issue properly. Very dissatisfied, my oil leak is still there, I paid ton of money but at least you would expect to have an issue fixed right? No, it is still there. I don’t recommend this place at all, unless you have lots of money that you want to throw away out of the window... Got all the paperwork to prove!
I needed a diagnosis done asap, and they handled it professionally, making my emergency their emergency. Recommended!!
Onsite goes above and beyond with proper and efficient repairs the first time. Always in communication with their customers no matter the size of a job. Definitely recommend to owners who are tired of being lied to. Customer satisfaction and safety is paramount.
I called these people’s when my truck broke down in LA area They showed up on time fixed my truck got me back on road .... customer service and labor rate are great! I Extremely recommend onsite truck repair
Charged for fixing and a tow. Then for five weeks, they worked on my friends big RV van, which was like a FedEx. When we left, the instruments did not work correctly; the electrical was still messed up; the cost total was about $4000 plus weeks in motels. The van needed more work within the month.
There wont be enough characters in this review to express how awesome the owner and crew at onsite really are. Ive been there on numerous occasions and they have always been up front with part cost and labor prices. They moved incredibly fast to get the parts and service the vehicle to get it back out on the road. We all know time is money and the team at onsite fully understand this. The owner was gracious enough to provide me with a ride back to our shop while they worked on the vehicle. Honestly wish I could say more just havent had enough experiences with these guys just yet as they do such a great job with their repairs. Lifetime customer in me for sure thanks guys for your hard work and diligence in taking care of you customers.
It’s a good place to take your truck, professional mechanic, they are first with out westing your time and good welcoming
We sprung a very bad fuel leak while delivering in ontario, california, we called onsite repair and we are glad we did, onsite did a fast and thorough repair as well as finding a few issues that i had not. we were back on the road in no time and they didnt try to break the bank! thanks onsite!
I am the Transportstion Specialist at Greenline Transportation and I can say without a doubt that this is the best mechanic shop that we have encountered. We have used pretty much every shop in the Ontario/ Fontana area but many places were either a rip off or they took forever to get a job done. OnSite has the most affordable shop fee and they get jobs done faster than anywhere else. The girl who works the front desk does such a good job of staying on top of jobs and keeping us posted on our tractors. I could not be happier with the service we receive!
I dont recommend you to go there waste of time and waste of money .... mechanical issue will remain and result will be the same .
I usually don’t write bad reviews but this rubbed me the wrong way. Now first of all, everyone that I met at the shop were really cool people which is why I’m upset that I even have to write this review but being cool doesn’t excuse professionalism. I took my truck up here to get my APU checked out and hopefully fixed. They said they would diagnose it & it was $100/hr. Ok, cool, not a problem. They diagnose it for about 3 hrs & finally think that it is a pressure switch which costs about $80. They tell me they can order it & it should be here by Monday. I’m like Ok cool no problem. I pay the $300 for the diagnostic & walk to my truck to leave. The problem is that there is stuff still unscrewed in my cab and in my sleeper. It seemed like they were rushing to get out of there because it was a Friday evening So i let them know there are a couple things that need to be screwed back on so I can take my truck & we can all leave. So instead of them screwing them properly back in they just take the screws and put them under my sleeper bunk & tell me they’ll put them back properly on Monday when your part comes. Once again I’m like, ”Ok cool no problem”. So Monday comes I call them up the part is not there they said they would call me back when it gets there. Long story short it’s been a month & still no word from them, no call back & I had to put the pieces they took off on my truck back in myself properly. Like I said you guys were cool but that’s not how you do business especially being that what I came for didn’t even get fixed.
Thank you James. You were a life saver. Well be seeing you soon. 2011 Cascadia. Clutch
Very bad experience with this place, this place nearly put me out of business. 60 day warranty has no value when mechanics are incompetent.I went in for my freightliner shaking and tire wear, along with other problems that needed to be addressed.1)air leak on trailer brake chamber. replaced brake chamber but left the threaded hooked rod in brake chamber that keeps spring compressed while installing . i still had brake chamber air leak as well. i fixed myself and put dust cap on.2) replaced carrier bearing and they suggested i balance my driveshaft. Ok. paperwork says driveshaft came back with no issues and truck was test drove running smooth. This is on my paperwork!!! Truck shook so bad it was barely drivable. It was flat worn out due to truck having so many miles and Onsite making it worse and i do mean worse. truck was jacked up at another shop, run through a few gears and i saw for myself how bad driveshaft bounced and shook my drive tires. They told me I could have lost my driveshaft on the street. that could cause serious damage to my truck and God forbid my driveshaft were to hit another vehicle.3) rear brakes and drums. installed, 1 out of 4 brakes were adjusted correct. The other 3 would have put me out-of service at a weigh station had i not checked adjustment myself. i asked that S-cam seals be replaced. not replaced. not charged for it but not done.4) Leveling valve. Was charged for leveling valve. all they changed was leveling valve rod, which was 3 full inches to short from freightliner specs5) 3 axel alignment, oh good lord have mercy. they screwed that one up so bad. manager at a reputable place started laughing and wondered if the guy was blind. You can just look at it and see its off. other shop did great job, very happy.Onsite was very expensive. I was out of work for 3 weeks between Onsite and 3 other shops to fix Onsite screw ups. should have been 1 full week.nice people, but ill never be back again.
Jimmy was extremely helpful. Great spot.
Special thanks to these guys, they did an awesome patchup job on my trailer and despite having crappy comunication from my company, were patient and very friendly. Thumbs up guys much appreciated.
Not respectful not humble not helpful. Just ignorant .
Great Job!!!
Their team has yet to let me down . I am truly impressed . Thanks guys !
Professional, helped find the part I needed. Polite and fast
They took three days to estimate my truck problem and then charged me $267 for diagnosis. Very bad shop.
Ok 👌
They charged four batteries for my Volvo Truck for $800 while the dealer sells $79 each.
Henry has been our company mechanic for at least 5 years. We always recommend him to our vendors or customers.
They are awesome
I do not recommend them, they do a bad job, they give a budget and they charge another double. They take time to do the job going around without solution to charge more timeI do not recommend them, they do a bad job, they give a budget and they charge another double. They take time to do the job going around without solution to charge more time
