We were the first customer that day and we had a most pleasant experience. It was my first time taking my granddaughter. At 2 yrs old, she definitely knew which bear she wanted to build. We were done within 20 minutes. Not sure if my granddaughter will remember but I know I enjoyed our time and will be back, making this a tradition when my family visits. I recommend Build A Bear and the cost $38 was worth every penny.

So I’m torn on my rating. On one hand, we had a fantastic experience! My daughter takes her build-a-bear everywhere she goes! We got there when it opened so it wasn’t crowded. We had great customer service. It was an $80 bear, but she got everything she wanted. Now, my other daughter got house shoes and the grips are falling off only after a week.

Kinda limited not good selection to build a bear. Was no too happy

Always nice people work there. My kids love to talk with them while shop clothes for the bear. That is the place for kids.

We went in the other day to get the bjrthday bear and two other bears for my daughter since they had such a great deal. Buy one get one for $10Cheyenne was super friendly, she made the experience so enjoyable for my 3 year old and she showed us we can put those smelly things inside to make the bear smell good. I think the guy who helped us was a manager of some sort but he was also really nice and helped picked out a cute sound for Olaf . I would for sure go back here. Great friendly employees!

How can it not be great Build-A-Bear its like your own toy that you built was its own little heart inside wonderful the people that work there

Not 100% sure but it look like they are closed during COVID. I went in the 1st week of January around 5pm and they were closed. I also went in 1/22 at around 6pm and they were closed too.

The place was very clean and sanitize all the workers there were nice and friendly and very helpful

My kids love this place. It is a kids dream to come here . They get to pick a stuff story they get to build. The staff here are helpful. There place is kept clean and well kept. Kids love it but as a parent I had to take 1 star off because 1st of all I am not that your anymore I cant wait standing up a long time. The are no seating are for adults we need it especially on the weekends when the line is long. Waiting 30 minutes or more just to build a bear is annoying. I almost left but good thing my wife had the patience. Since it is inside the mall it is not visible from the street. There are plenty of parking except on weekends stay away. If I had to come back I would definitely avoid the weekends.

I love this store so much! I’ve made so many furry friends.I’m an adult, most of my furry friends are for myself. I always get treated nicely and I get to do a heart ceremony. I enjoy that part.All the staff are very nice people.Store is always neat.

I went to this build a bear for pay your age for my son who turned 4 on 10/9 and they did not disappoint Ashley helped us through the process since I had no clue what to do and from start to finish she was super amazing! She was amazing and I could tell she loved her job! She made the experience so awesome. I definetly will return just for the awesome customer service she provided us and how she was with my son

It’s a fun place for my daughter who loves to play dress-up with her dolls. Staff is friendly and attentive! Shopping trip can be expensive since the store has many add-on.

Couldn’t be more thankful to the lovely young lady who went way out of her way to help me and my girls tonight, they were 10 minutes to closing (I drove far and didn’t realize they closed at 9) but she was so calm and reassuring even though the floor cleaners came in and started. Fulfilled my odd request and I have 2 very special bears and such a positive thought about build a bear now

Should have more than 2 people working during the holiday season. We were next in line and after 45 minutes of waiting we just left. Should not take that long.

Ashley was amazing. I forgot how much fun it was to see how excited children get when picking out their plush bear. My 6 month old grandson went to get his 1st Build-A-Bear, Spongebob 20th Anniversary. Very clean store with great displays.

Do NOT have a party at Build A Bear Work Shop! I originally had the smallest packaged but when I arrived today for the party, the Build A Bear employee told me if I upgraded there would be more of a variety of stuffed animals to choose from so I upgraded but to find out its only a bunny and 3 bears that were very similar to each other.... A few different animals to choose from would different kinds of animals not 3 of the same bears with different shades of brown. My daughter was very let down so was all my guests. The employee made it seem way different than what it was. They sure did fool me to get more money... What a rip off... This was our first and last visit to Build A Bear Workshop!!!

Excellent place to get a personalized gift, for little kids its a wonderful experience.

I loved it. I bought my daughter a bear with a Lakers jersey, a ball and white boxers.

Customer service was excellent. Very fun for the kids. Sydney made making their babies special.

Build a Bear is the best. Its always fun to visit and the staff is always great. I look forward to the new releases and we try to stop by whenever we are in town.

Why am I paying for a cardboard house?

My daughter when she was younger loved this store and its a great experience for kids to interact with their friendly staff as you pick out your stuffed toys. Then they will stuff your childs toy to your childs pleasure then you pick out outfits and other items

This weekend was the 1st and LAST time I will ever take my 3 children to BAB!  I was one of the, Im sure many, disappointed parents that wanted to take their children to your Pay your age event on July 12th.  I have 3 children under the age of 6 so when I heard of your event and it was going to be on my daughters 4th Birthday I thought to myself we cant miss this!  After hearing about the mayhem and that you would be sending out coupons for $15 off I thought this just might work out for us since like I mentioned we have 3 kids so your bears are not the most larger family reasonable to purchase.  Which brings us to today......I took my 3 very excited kids to get their 1st BAB!  When checking out I was told that the coupon is good for only 1 bear.  I asked the girl at the counter if the promotion was for only 1 kid or was it for every kid per family.  She said that yes it was for every kid in the family.  So then I asked why then is the coupon for only 1 child and she did not know.  I asked to speak to her manager and she just laughed and very rude and condescending said call the number on your receipt.  Wow!  Thats all!  I was very surprised by her lack of remorse or even just good old fashion customer service skills.  I made sure to get her name Sofia in the Ontario Mills BAB and she just glared at me as if to shoot daggers at me.  Again what happened to the old fashioned customer service... my small children were in there with me so I left it alone and just left the store.I ended up having what started out as a very exciting family adventure to leaving with fumes coming out and sitting in the car ride the entire time typing this email!Signed a VERY DISSATISFIED DISAPPOINTED FURIOUS CUSTOMER NO MORE!

Kept trying to upsell me by asking me 6 year old if she wanted to add things to her bear then tried to charge me when she said yes. I told them that transaction was between them and I wasnt paying for it. My 6 year old has no job or money. Pretty lame thing to do.

This was so fun! We were just strolling by, on the way to Dave and Busters. Decided to pop in, and check it out. I had heard they have Star Trek bears. We looked around, and nothing.On our way out, my hubby asked if they have ever seen a Star Trek one here. She says yes! And takes him to a bin. Where one lone Spok bear was hiding. Then, took us to a shelf, and in the far back, there were outfits for them. Yes!So, we got him. It was super busy there. We were 7th in line to fill our bear. But it moves super quick. You then pick a sound, (optional at an additional charge) and then get your bear stuffed. You hold the petal down with your foot, while the person working does the stuffing.They have a ritual, which, being adults, she may have sensed our hesitancy, and made it simple. You put a heart on your nose, make a wish, kiss the heart, and it goes inside the bear. Super cute. It may be more elaborate for kids.They have a station with a brush, to clean him up, and dress. We just took ours home. Then, a station to make, and print a birth certificate. Very adorable, but we opted out of that. We got the bear, with sound, 1 outfit, and a phaser. Came out to about 52 dollars. More than we expected. But worth it.It was a fun experience. Staff was super friendly, and helpful. Make sure to ask, if you dont see something you are looking for! They have SO many options!
