Delicious every body should try (berry,berry,berry good)

As much i like their icecream specially the cheesecake but i wanted my ice cream in a cup with a cone...i just got the cup no cone very dissapointed...maybe cold stone can train the workers to pay more attention to the customers instead of just trying to finish their job..

I love school stone creamery, their ice cream is very rich and if youre not careful it will add to your waistline lol. My experience is always pleasant when visiting this ice cream parlor.

THIS IS THE WORST Cold stone ever!!I went a few times and the first experience was 2 girls working and they literally took 45 minutes to serve us, with only one guy in front of me. People were so upset that night.Unprofessional employees, and just check out this bathroom and you can tell if my story is real or not. Soap dispenser broken and no soap inside, paper towel dispenser broken, no toilet paper holder. And the walls are completely covered in writing. How do the employees wash their hands after using the bathroom ?? Disgusting !!!!

I asked for a chocolate devotion with extra brownie and no chocolate chips... I got chocolate ice cream with fudge. 🤦🏾‍♀️ How!? I go there way to much for my orders to be that wrong. I didn’t even take it back because I was that mad.

OOOOOMMMMMGGGG this has to to the best cold stone experience I have ever had. The ice cream was literally to die for!! And the costumer service was absolutely amazing, it felt like I knew them for years. Might I add the music they played in the shop was right up my alley.💕

Awesome!!! They actually had dark chocolate ice cream my favorite. However, parking was a real bear. It was a Sunday night after 8pm and parking sucks#sssss

Who doesnt love a nice cold ice cream cone?, We usually get a cone of ice cream after watching a movie at the Edwards Theater, they have many flavors to choose from, staff is friendly and on weekdays is not that crowded.

Good ice cream. The place just looks a little dingy. Needs a refresh over all. Lots of carvings in the tables. Definitely not art.

This is my favorite cold stone to come to. We used to live near by but now we moved 45 min. Away from this location. So when we are driving inland we make sure to stop here on the way. They give you proper portions according to what you order unlike most locations I go to which seem to never fill the cup all the way. If they make excess accidentally they will give it to you in a separate cup instead of throwing it away as Ive seen plenty of times at other locations. Best Cold Stone Creamery I have ever been too.

Every time I come in, there is a line and one employee serving the ice cream in the front. Sometimes someone will walk from the back to the front but doesnt help. Very slow service. I would recommend coming to this little cation unless you want to wait in line for 15 min with two ppl in front of you.

The lady who helped me was really nice but it took me 20mins to be helped and no one greeted me when I came in but the ice cream was amazing chocolate mixed with cheesecake Oreos pecans and Raspberries 😋

Very clean, the staff was very nice, very chatty though I was waiting for a while while the girl chatted with some customers her age about finally being seniors. Lol. Cute, but I got impatient. And as she took my order she was still paying attention to them to the point where she asked me 3 xs what it was I had ordered. AMD I only ordered one item. 🙄😫 the ice cream was wonderful,

The girl that helped us was very kind and sweet. I feel bad for not getting her name but she made my girls feel special. Been coming here since they opened. Always a treat.

Really good ice cream thats fresh and mixed in front of you. You can choose from the menu or make a custom order.

Had a guy help me out he was very nice, but when we got to the register one of the girls had finished ringing people. He was going to charge me when the girl looks at him and smacks away his hand! I thought that was very rude of her. I was going to leave him a tip but when I asked him if he would be keeping it I decided not to. If she doesnt like her job go somewhere else. I would of given them 5 starts but due to poor ethics I wont be returning.

The girls that served me were incredibly rude and did not understand. They also WAY over charged me for what I ordered and it was not even good. You cant tell when someone enjoys their job versus when they have to put up with their job and they did not seem very cheerful. I went to the one in Upland which is much cleaner and the customers are incredibly sweet and caring. I also asked if they knew how to make their shake a malted shake to which they had no idea what Malted milk was and looked very confused and had to ask the manager who also did not know. The people in Upland at least knew what a malt was and politely said they could not make it compared to the people here who were very rude about it. Never going to this location again

Cold Stone is very very good im my opinion because it has natural homemade icecream. They let you get your first mix-in free!! They have great flavors. You can get shakes, smoothies, and alot of different icecream mixtures.

Store was warm, ice cream was melty, and very small portions compared to other Cold Stone locations. We love Cold Stone, but not this one. PLUS, they dont have walnuts!! Grrrr...

Why do you guys close before 9:30pm when your times are listed until 10pm? Like 3 other customers besides me and my girlfriend walked up to your door to find it locked and you guys closed at 9:30pm. Stay open until your posted times, false advertising otherwise and a waste of peoples time. Wont be coming back.
