Why would anyone buy luggage from anywhere else great prices quality and they warranty there stuff from the store by replacing or sending it off for repairs right there from the store I travel constantly and would not buy from anyone else. Also they are Open!

My Samsonite suitcase broke when I arrived Saturday night in LAX. On Sunday I was in the Samsonite store in the Ontario Mills Outlet and ask there Paul the store manager for advise. He gave me the adress from Mikes El Camino Luggage repair, which is the license repair shop from Samsonite in the LA area. On Monday I drove the El Camino Luggage repair, where Mike the owner told me that the damage is not repairable. I had my flight back to Switzerland at Wednesday, so 2 days later. Mike told me he cannot guarantee me that I get a new suitcase until the but hell try his best. I trusted him and took the risk. At the next day 10am I got the information from Mike that Samsonite accepted my replacement and I can go and take a new one in the Samsonite store from Paul in the Ontario Mills Outlet. Everything worked perfect. Great thanks to Mikes repair shop, Pauls Samsonite store and the Samsonite Headquarter in Miami.
