Melissa is a great parts person. she seems very knowledgeable about the whole line she sells. this is rare when ordering parts from any parts supplier nowadays. i got exactly what i wanted and it was shipped out quickly. she followed up as promised about the 2 minor parts on backorder for my stock.just for your info this isnt really a parts supplier geared toward the end user. its more for motorcycle service shops and suspension pros as the name of the business kind of implies.

This company is a scam. Took both my money and the part I sent back for return. Have since refused even to return any calls. Apparently Im not the only one. Check out the Better Business Bureau for more information. Definitely avoid!
