Extremely incompetent/rude customer service.They forgot to give us the receipt, so I called to ask them what they could do. We were helped by someone named Hector. We mentioned that we live in LA, so cannot go back to the store that easily, but his only response was to tell us to go back tomorrow. He also said something along the lines of, Were busy for the holiday season, so I cannot help you look up your information.

Jeez the deals were above and beyond. Like an emporio armani hybrid smartwatch was 80 dollars. The michael kors one was for both men and women. The skagen one was also amazing.

They seemed to have a nice selction of watxhes, however, I went ijn for a new watch band for my Samsung gear 3 just hoping they would carry the bands, but, they didnt. Friendly staff though.

Please dont shop here. They dont honor their warranty. The watch that I got here a year ago was damaged and the sales rep said theyll be able to swap it. But, once the rep rings my item, shes charging the watch even though she said due to the warranty theyll swap it. LIAR!

A Chinese staff make me feel bad, I just said low price of a watch Ive bought here, She laughed at me several times, and said she will buy all of them at the price if I can get it, She told the other one about it in front of me, I feel I was shopping in a Chinese market at 10 years before, thought Im a Chinese, I really dont think its true in America. It ’s comfortable. I just said that the same watch I bought before was cheap. She told me how many times she bought it. She also asked other colleagues and customers how much you guessed this watch, which made me feel the Chinese stall. Up, ridicule, sarcastic attitude appeared too uncomfortable in the United States !!
