Just paid my 1st visit in a big hurry trying to get a package dropped off for priority overnight 3 minutes before the last pick up. The customer service agent at the counter was incredibly professional and kind. I was so impressed. I wish I got her name for a shoutout. Will definifely be bringing my packages to this location from now on.

Did not even make an attempt to deliver. I dont see a door tag and never found a FedEx delivery vehicle either, but the status shows final delivery attempt made. INTERESTING....asking to come and collect...wondering if they are out of staff.....

Driver didnt even attempt to deliver. I left the door cracked open. I was in my room and would clearly hear if someone tried to deliver. The FedEx Express driver Just put a note and left. Didnt even try to knock or ask if anyone was home so I could hear. I even have a small dog that barks as soon as she hears something. Meaning the guy didnt even try.Funny enough the repair man showed up 15 minutes after the FedEx guy left. He knocked and said hello. The dog was already barking as soon as he stepped close to the door before knocking.Clearly the dog isnt defective... FedEx Express... Im so disappointed. Im opting to make a 2 hour roundtrip drive to pick it up before it gets sent back to Europe. This package has been delayed so many times already...

I usually dropped of my packages in person because FedEx does not pick up same day. I was disappointed on my last visit because they would not accept my package to Samsung. It contained a galaxy watch and according to the clerk they cant accept anything with battery in it. This is really odd considering they are part of FedEx. Their sorting facility is right behind them. But I was able to drop the package right outside their door where there was a dropbox. Even the customer service at their 800 number was confused about this and she recommended that I drop it in the dropbox outside.

Jose A Gudel. One of the worst customer service representatives Ive seen at FedEx. I watched him completely tear down the lady because of the way she box some items. Offering no help or solutions, he simply told her to leave that he couldnt ship her boxes. Watching that, I didnt fully realize that he was the jerk until it was my turn. Watching the first interaction and then the way he treated me Im amazed that hes allowed to work with customers.

FEDEX does not deliver packages. They rather leave door tags and lie about attempting to deliver your package on multiple occasion.After speaking to customer service to address this issue, customer service signs you up to receive notifications for the next time your package is our for delivery.Surprise surprise… no notification. But youll find another door tag on your front door.So what does a person do at this point? Phone Fedex manager... who then tells you to drive to their location to pick up your package or the package will be shipped back to the sender..Zero Accountability and Poor Service...

The thing that bothers me about Fedex is the fact that they just try to leave your package in the front office in your apartment but if the office is closed for lunch, they still don’t bother to wait for the gate to open and deliver it to you. They will just text/e-mail you pushing back the delivery day, I paid 40 dollars just for 2 day air shipping just to be waiting 5 days and got a alert saying they will try again Monday which will make it a full week. What’s the point of paying extra for shipping if it’s not going to show up on time

FedEx NEVER delivers in the given time frame. Instead, it keeps updating from 430 pm to 8pm, then end of day... just to see that the package is now back at the fedex facility that it started at. When you try to call, the automated system doesn’t allow you to speak to a live person. Get it together fedex!!! I literally cringe every time I learn that my package is coming from fedex, because there is ALWAYS an issue. 🤬

I ordered a phone two times. And the carrier was fedex, my packages disappeared everytime I tried to check on the status, I was never given a solution. I would always be given the runarond. Until I had to request a refund from the company. The ontario facility for FedEx needs to be checked on and change their workers to honest people. Its not correct that packages get stolen and then they dont want to be responsible for it. Whats the point of tracking numbers if the packages disappear? If you can avoid getting anything delivered by the ontario facility. Avoid it!!

Poor customer service. Had such a hard time tracking package online & via 3 telephone reps. Only to find out package was destroyed. Would have been nice for the online tracking as well as the customer rep I spoke to yesterday to have given me that information. Customer rep at shipping center was condescending & mansplaining as if I already didnt know how long Ive been tracking the shipment.

FedEx makes it absolutely impossible to be a happy customer if you live in a gated community. Every single package that ships through FedEx to us shows delivery attempt which is a total lie. The drivers are not willing to wait for the gate to open so the packages either get delivered days after they were supposed to or the customers have to drive to this facility to pick it up. This is absolutely ridiculous that a delivery company cannot make deliveries. If UPS, Amazon, and USPS can do it, FedEx should be able to as well. No excuses. I have had this problem for 3 years so it has nothing to do with the fact that it is the holiday season or that there is a pandemic. FedEx needs a way to communicate to their drivers so that packages can be delivered properly, promptly, and reattempts can be made.

I wanted to mark ZERO points because FEDEX IS DISHOHEST COMPANY! I was waiting for delivery very expensive package and I was at home 3 days in a row. I am responsible and reliable person and I checked my phone regularly and status of delivery. Nobody called me, nobody knocked my door, and nobody sent me any alerts or text messages also nobody left stickers from FEDEX. The representative of FedEx just created false notification “Customer not available or business closed”. I even negotiated beforehand with manager of my complex about printed notification which I attached to the central entrance of building (FEDEX!!! I AM AT HOME! PLEASE CALL TO +XXX-XXX-XXXX Thank you). And in the last day of delivery in the evening I was on the street in the time of delivery because I was preparing to visit garage and I did ‘not see a postman of FEDEX but somebody reported that at 06:25 pm visited me. As a matter of fact, this is absolutely deception of customer!!! Nobody arrived to indicated time because I was walking very close near main gate.I also ordered again beforehand text message notifications about delivery of my package and system sent nothing.FEDEX is LIARS and they have awful service of delivery with postal worker!The next day 04/06/2019 I had to wake up very early on Saturday with 2 kids and had to visit this FedEx office in Ontario for pick upping my expensive parcel. Because if I will not visit the facility, I will not receive my merchandise. I was lucky that my commodity left in the office and I obtained it but I spent my time for the road and my rest was spoiled.Many people, which I know, say that FEDEX has a lot of complaints and negative experience with clients.Currently I do not have any doubts about rotten reputation of this FEDEX department. I decided to share my impressions and no longer want to work with them. In my point of view, FEDEX is nasty organization! Disgusting situation.

This FedEx Center is extremely busy and would do much better if they would steam line their processes. They should have one person working completely on drop offs for those frequent customers whom have a prepared label attached. Its very frustrating on super busy days to wait 15-20 minutes in line and then be told they dont know if youre shipment will make it out on time.

I just had my worst custmor service in my entire life. The lady seems not understanding every single of my question and the attitude was just bad... She hangs up the phone quicker than anything. If I could give no stars, I would! The service at this facility is horrible. The drivers do not carry business phones and are prohibited to use their personal cell phones. This is real inconvenient for customers such as myself who live in gated communities and the call box does not always work. They would not even attempt to try to come back claiming they had no more drivers for delivery service at 5:00 pm! I called FedEx and they told me they sent a ticket for a reattempt this evening but was later called by this facility to tell me no attempt would be made tonight. The lady who called was not helpful and she mocked my situation like it is not her problem, when I asked to speak to her manager she said Casey her manager was busy. I have a POBox which is also prohibited by FedEx!

I like their service here! I do all my pickup in this bigger Fedex hub. My parcels are international in origin and i prefer pick up at the hub. Packages are even ready ahead of schedule and staff here are very helpful, accommodating and very quick in processing clientels. There are lines late in the afternoon and another staff goes thru the line, sort out the que and assist each ones needs! There are lots of parking within the vicinity!

I HATE the unprofessionalism of FEDEX delivery drivers (in my area),and everyone associated with them. I dont EVER in life want to use FedEx shipping again and I often ship things as well and because of that people always ask me how should they ship,I NEVER recommend shipping with FEDEX,I even told Amazon. This is not the 1st noth the 2nd not the 3rd but the FOURTH time FedEx has LIED and said they attempted delivery and NEVER did. I call every time and prove to them that the delivery driver did not attempt but they dont care and they say nothing to the drivers so they continue to do this to customers. They said it was no access to enter my gate witch is a lie,then they said no one was home another lie. My mother is disabled so she NEVER leaves the house and someone is ALWAYS home with here, train your drivers and take necessary actions when a customer calls and PROVES the delivery driver have not done the job they were hired to do. You disgust me with your continued unprofessionalism. I send out and receive packages at least 8 times per week and I NEVER have a problem with NO OTHER COMPANY except Fedex. Wow. 75 minutes to pick up package. Long lines. Turns out driver didnt check in when they returned the truck, so the undelivered packages were simply still showing as out for delivery. Additionally i was home all day at 1 br apartment and driver didnt deliver. Maybe because of rolling access gate code.

Im the property manager where we live & from my office I can see all the vehicles that go onto the property - which isnt gated, anyone can drive in, and at neither time did they come onto the property at all. FedEx hasn’t delivered any of my packages.. I have to wait DAYS to finally be able to pick my packages up from their location which is not even close to me!! This delays my business SO much! I don’t know why I’m paying for shipping if I have to pick up my packages time. They state I am not home, I spoke to them about this and they said I needed to make an account to leave delivery instructions. I have done that and I still do not get NOT ONE call!!!!!!! A MASSIVE place but pretty easy to navigate. Pickup was simple although they could use a HUGE sign telling people who cant find things easily (me) where to go. I wish there was an easier way to get them to drop it off at my house but honestly Im not home much and this place is pretty good all things considering. Did I mention that it was large?

I’ve been going to this FedEx every weekday for close to 10 years. Just the other day somebody’s cart rolled into my car and did some damage to it. The security guard told me it was private property and the cops probably wouldn’t do anything. I’ve asked to speak to the manager who never gets back to me.

This has been the worst experience I have EVER had at ANY mailing service. Missed package at business, they say pick up at their location. No problem, I have now been here almost 3 hours and they have no idea where my package is. There is about 3 other people in here waiting for their packages as well and they seem to not know where they are either. People up front don’t care, I asked for the manager and he never showed. If it was possible to give FedEx zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service from the pickup location to the drivers who cant seem to deliver to the call center where you cant understand anyone. Nobody tells you where things are and what you need to pick up your package in person. They are rude and unprofessional. Avoid using them if you can!

This FedEx ship center is always well stock with lots of FedEx boxes and envelopes compare to the Rancho Cucamonga FedEx Ship Center which always seems to ran out of boxes and envelopes. Parking is very easy, lots of handicapped parking right up front.

I ordered a items to be expressed to my house and the lazy driver said no one was home..so I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up my items the next day...I even spoke to a manager and she said that that the driver couldnt get in the gate..wow, really then why didnt UPS was able to deliver my other packages the same day.. this is the second time I had to go to FedEx to get my items and no refund on the transportation that I had to pay I dont get a refund on express delivery I do not recommend FedEx for nothing!

Paid extra money to get packaged delivered by 8:30 am today but total Incompetent and Lazy FedEx driver couldnt do it. Said They were there at 8:am. They Were Not!. Its a Summer camp! There are always people around, Liars! FedEx Ontario station Lied to me when they said at 8:34 am they would have driver turn around and re-attempt delivery that way someone wouldnt have to take the 2 hour round trip drive to the Ontario station where they said it would be after 9:20am. Time passes No package. I call again. They are so sorry package will be there by Noon. Lied to again. No show. So they have taken money from me, Lied to me and most importantly my daughter doesnt have her medication!! Now they say it will be delivered by 6:00pm. No one from Ontario station has had the decency to call me even when Customer Advocates say they will. Apparently there are NO supervisors or managers there on duty today. Total Incompetence!! They never shipped the package but in their system it says that they tried 3 times. No note on the door and we were home all day in 2 of the three days they claimed, they attempted to do so. Then, I put a request to drop it at a fedEx location, after few hours I received a call to confirm, so I confirmed. 4 hours later, I received another call in which they said, that due to the 3 attempts, they cannot leave it at the location I requested, but I have to drive to their location in Ontario. Also they emphasized that the package will be sent back to the sender in 3 days if not picked up. Drove to Ontario next morning, and the package is not there. They said, you requested to be dropped at different location and that what the system is showing. I make them hear the voice message and they were like oh, we are sorry. Manager came and didnt know what happened. Their computer system, workers, customer service, delivery are all incompetent.

Friendly service but looks like could use more people around 5-6pm, I drop off stuff from my work when they do not have a pick up time available. I do have some issues with they they will not provide us with their extra large boxes anymore we have been using Fed-Ex for years and all in the sudden they cut us off from using their extra large boxes and we really need them so now we either have to use multiple boxes or cram and risk damaging what is inside.

A bit busy and my package was already on the truck leaving for delivery. The clerk was very short with me. I had called prior to my visit and told her that the call center rep. Told me to bring ID to pick up my package. She asked for the clerks name at the call center. I did not have it. She shared that my delivery was in route to my home. When I arrived it was not there. FedEx driver claimed I wasn’t home to accept my package, but didn’t even come to my door. Now I have to try to go all the way up there and hope they can locate it. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with FedEx. Also, I called customer service and they put in a request to have it resent out the same day (Friday), but I got no updates. When I called back the rep informed me that they went ahead and scheduled it for the next business day (Monday). She also said that a driver falsely claiming that they made a delivery attempt was a very common thing. I just don’t get it.

I got the day off just to receive this package and I get a text message that they attempted to deliver but no one was home. I’ve been sitting in my living room waiting for this package because it is very important for me. I call and asked to be delivered again because I was home and no one knocked at my door. My package was supposed to be delivered at noon and I received a call at 1pm that the reason why it wasn’t delivered was because I live in a gated community, in which the gate is open 24/7. My boxes were coming from TN to CA. After having an unpleasant experience because of missing 2 delivery attempts, I got in touch with the FedEx station and spoke to Shelly/Shirley? and Kelly at a stretch. They understood my situation that I was expecting them delivered on Saturday and that if they dont re-attempt same day then I would need to take Monday off from work. They tried their best to reach driver in transit and then sent him back over to deliver the boxes again. I am very thankful for the service they provided.

This ship center is a little hard to find if you don’t know the area . I’ve been coming for years so I got used to it. The only problem I have with this place is that if you’re shipping dangerous or hazardous goods be aware that someone that is certified to handle those shipments may not always be there . Other than that, they get the line moving if there ever is one.
