Woman that answers the phone, need to reevaluate her communication skills. Terrible!!! Called to see when technician can come and she s been dodging me around whole day without even an estimate when someone should call. Very rude and unprofessional. you dont have to send technician right away, I get it, everybody is busy, but at last be professional and give an estimate when someone will be calling back ..
