My husbands truck was in a wreck. We werent sure if the damage was enough to total it, so we took it to Shae and Jeff for them to inspect and access the damage. They worked tirelessly with us dealing with our insurance company - giving us advice and walking us through the whole insurance loss process. So very helpful and friendly. They definitely work for their customers!! Stephanie, the office manager, is a gem also. So very accommodating and friendly and wise with her advice.I would absolutely recommend Autosport to any one looking for car repair - they are the best!!

Great Auto collision center. Top quality and service. Dont let the insurance companies send you to their direct shops they cut repairs to save them money. By law you can choose the shop to repair your wrecked vehicle. But they wont you to go to their shops and cut corners to save them money. Auto sports doesnt cut corners they make sure your auto is repaired correct so you dont have to worry about a wreck in the same Auto and you or your family and grandchildren or hurt because of faulty repairs .I give them not a top 10 rating but a 15. Thanks to the team they really care. Great staff and top notch team. Will use autosport from now on.

I cant say enough good things about Autosport Bodyworks. I brought my car in after being rear ended. After deconstruction, it was determined to be a total loss. Reaching an agreement on settlement with the insurance company was a very difficult process. From day one, the staff assured me that they would guide me through the claims process and dealing with the insurance company. Im a little embarrassed to admit that I was an emotional wreck dealing with the situation. I spent more hours than I should have, talking to Julia at the front desk, who was extremely professional and patient even at times when the shop was busy with customers. And when it came time to have a serious conversation with the claims adjuster, Shey sat with me in his office and guided me on what to say. Shey exhibited emotional investment in my situation and used his knowledge of the law to help things along. Autosport Bodyworks was extremely helpful in settling my claim that went on for more than a month. I thought I was going to drop my car off and they would fix it, the end. What they have done for me was so much more. If you need body work, there is no other contender in town. Autosport Bodyworks is completely hands on in the claims process. I know this sounds cliche, but you will not be sorry you chose them. True story, I promise!

Took my 2018 Jeep Wrangler after it was in a wreck. The owner Shey spoke with us several times to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work that was done. He personally test drove the vehicle and inspected it before we got it back. That says a lot about a company, when the owner doesnt mind getting their hands dirty. I am happy to report the Jeep looks and drives just like it did when we purchased it.

Their service was exceptional. I highly recommend them and will definitely be sending my friends and family their way in the future.

If you’re trying to use your insurance (or someone who hit you’s insurance) to get your car fixed after an accident, it will be very difficult for you to come here. Their prices are much higher than other shops (some because they use new parts instead of used parts, and some just other charges are higher) — prices are so high that it’s beyond what your insurance company will pay (literally double other estimates I got in Auburn). So you’ll either have to pay the difference yourself, or you’ll end up having to battle with an insurance company for months and months. And if your car is at the shop, you’ll have to pay $50/day in storage fees if you lose the battle with your insurance and have to take your car somewhere else. I got stuck in a really difficult financial situation here. I NEVER leave reviews, and I’ve been thinking through whether or not to for months, but it felt unfair not to share for people looking for guidance on where to go!Autosport did spend a lot of time with me, talking me through the insurance systems. I appreciated that. They said that my car would be unsafe to drive if I went someone that put used parts on my car - and I believed them, so I chose to use them even though their prices were higher - but in the end, the insurance company wouldn’t pay for it (which honestly I understand, the price was double other places - and I was not going to take them to court like autosport suggested), AND the problem was just a dent in my 2016 Jeep Patriot and it’s not actually unsafe to put a used door on a car.The people here were very friendly, and I have seen cars they worked on that looked great! It’s just important to know that this will not be a smooth process if you’re using your insurance to fix a car after a wreck, unless you have the means/are willing to pay the difference between what they’ll charge and what your insurance will pay. You will be battling with your insurance over price, autosport will recommend you to take the insurance to court (which literally will require filing a small claims law suit and legal fees!), and most of us don’t have the time or the emotional energy to spend with that. I even called the state of Alabama to make complaints on my insurance like Autosport told me to, and they told me many customers for Autosport do this and they couldn’t actually help because Autosport’s prices were outside of fair market rates. If you have an extremely nice car then maybe it makes sense, but I have a 2016 Jeep Patriot and just needed it to be fixed.

Outstanding service. Shey was friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and willing to work within my budget. My car was badly damaged from a tree falling on it, and Autosport took a lot of time, without any obligation on my part, to do a detailed estimate with OEM parts.

If you want body work done after an accident GO TO AUTOSPORT!! They work for you not your insurance company who wants to do it for as cheap as possible regardless of safety. Places like Joe Hudson Collision work for all the insurance companies that is why they are a preferred repair shop. It’s your car do with it as YOU see fit! Go to AutoSport and rest easy that your car will be repaired to your car makers safety recommendations!

A couple weeks ago a tire tread blew off a truck in front of me on the highway and smashed into my front fender. I needed repairs done, and the one shop in the area I saw with a bunch of good online reviews was Autosport Bodyworks. Since I didnt want to go to a body shop I knew nothing about and with no reviews, I decided to go with them. Im very satisfied with my experience. As far as I can gather, their basic deal is: they charge more than some shops, but they do so because they want to do the repairs well and not cheaply. As a result, their charges are higher than some other shops would be. Consequently, their estimate was higher than my insurance companys, and I was gonna have to pay more out of pocket than I would at a cheaper body shop, but that was OK with me because I wanted the repair to be done right. From the way they kept their shop (nice & clean), my interactions with them, and their website, I was confident theyd do a good job on the repair, and that was worth the extra cost to me.They were good about explaining the whole process of repairing the car, contacting the insurance company, how payment works, and so forth. (The one complaint I have is a minor one: they email you a contract you need to sign before they can even order the parts, but it doesnt explain this anywhere in the email. They said they told me that in person, but I dont remember hearing it...maybe they did, but I was also a little scatterbrained because it was the day after the accident. Would be good if their email made it clear that the contract needed to be signed before the parts could be ordered.)I loved how at each stage of repairs they would send me photo updates of the work that was being done on the car. Youre kept up to the minute about whats going on, rather than worrying about it. The repair got done exactly when they originally said it would. And they even let me pick up the car after hours (I had flown back into town on the Friday the repair was done) rather than having to wait til the following Monday. The repaired bumper looks fantastic -- like new. My cars a 2005 so it actually is a big (and good) visual difference having a new bumper. The paint matches perfectly with the rest of the car, and you cant tell the bumper has been replaced.Another big plus for Autosport is that they couldve charged me more, but didnt. After giving me the original estimate (which was several thousand dollars) I asked whether, since its an older car, there was anything I could do to bring the cost down. They said there was one part that was around $600 that was damaged but still technically worked, so I could not repair that for the time being. (My insurance company pays for the damage regardless of whether I fix it now or later -- I checked with them.) So by telling me this they saved me close to $1000 they easily couldve charged me. That showed theyre not just out to get as much money from you as possible. One last thing I liked is that they gave me a ride home (I live like five minutes away).Autosport Bodyworks are very professional and best I can tell they really know what theyre doing and take pride in it. (One of the co-owners told me theyve owned the business for several decades.) If you need a body repair, and youre willing to pay a little extra for a quality repair, Id give them a shot.

There is truth to the saying you get what you pay for. Honesty, integrity, exceptional service, product knowledge, and most importantly peace of mind. You can trust Shey and Jeff to do what is right for you not the insurance company. I used AutoSport on advice from a co-worker despite the insurance company trying to force me to use one of their factory approved shops and I am glad I did and will never use anyone else. They repaired my brand new Camry that was rear ended by an underage driver and returned it to pre wreck condition using factory OEM parts despite the insurance company trying to cut corners with sub-par knockoffs. They returned it to me in a timely manner looking as good or better than it did the day I drove it off the lot. Most importantly over a year later you still can not tell it was ever involved in an accident thanks to Shey and Jeff and the AutoSport team.
