The closing times are inaccurate. If the sign says youre open until 7, they shouldnt close until 7pm! I showed up with 15 minutes to spare, I just needed 1 thing there. I knew where it was and how much it was. Would have been a 5 minute stop at most. But I go to open the door and its locked theyre closed. I saw someone in the store but they just shrugged and continued what they were doing. If the sign says 7 they should be open until 7.

No help from the associate who was wearing her house shoes. I found what I needed anyway. There was only two in stock while I was needing four.

Clean, friendly service. They have a lot more hair care products now.

They said my order was ready an it wasnt then the staff got an attitude so wont be going back there.

I am so disappointment in the store now more than ever. How in the hell you can charge someone$.15 for a bag when you spend over $100 in the store. Thank you but no thank will find somewhere else to get my product from this day forward. Good luck o the new owners and new change.

Friendly service & only allowing 7 people in at a time, which of great! However, the cashier was using her mask as a chin strap. I should not know she had braces! The manager (Im assuming) has her mask on, but her nostrils were not covered. Very disappointed!

Sallys usually my go to spot for hair products but lately Ive been calling trying to purchase my favorite hair oil and its on sale this week. Ive made calls to see if the product was in stock but the sales rep at that time didnt have the slightest ideal what I was talking about I had to assist her by directing her over the phone where the product was located she stated to try back another day because it wasnt Im stock. Four days later I make the 30 minutes drive and the store is closed for lunch Ive never experienced this in all the years of shopping that the store is closed for lunch. So its now 12:45 and about 6 customers has left I see two young lady enter the store. I guess the two went to lunch together. Now its myselft and two more ladies outside waiting for the store to open

Its unfortunate that this Location doesnt keep clear Acrylic powder and ASP Monomer on stock. Ive come several times in need of these items and they are ALWAYS out. Also. The employees working at the register are rude and mock calling customers when they hang up the phone. I wouldnt want somebody like that working for me.

SO RUDE!!!! Wish I could give a zero!!! I just waited in line for A LONG TIME and then another girl walked up and asked the girl where something is and instead of helping me who had been waiting she immediately helped this girl and THEN, opened another register and rang HER up!

I have been twice to Sallys in Opelika, Alabama to get my hair spray that I have been using for years .I have to drive 45 minutes to get there .They tell me it will be in and when I get there its never there .Very disappointed because I have used it for at least 10 years .I call it the (cow can) cause its got black spots on a white can .The name of the hair spray is LAMAUR SPRAYAGE ll . I sure hope you can keep it in stock .Thanks !

I called this store to ask if they carried Amber glass spray bottles. The ignorant store clerk immediately gave me a blanket no. I asked what kinds of dark colored spray bottles do you carry praticularly when dark spray bottles are a staple in haircare. She says hold on and them hangs up the phone. I called back five times and each time she answered and hung up. This is totally sickening for any customer to have to suffer through.

Reasonable price and great service

Went in for a bottle of acetone. Cashiers were standing around acting like every person that walked in the door was a huge inconvenience. Line was forming and only one of them was actually running a register, the other one was just standing there doing nothing. I had to ask if she could check me out. She rolled her eyes, heaved an exasperated sigh, and acted like I was ruining her day.
