Tony Gardener is the best man ever. Such an incredibly nice and caring guy. Only wanted to help me find exactly what I needed and was not pushy with sales whatsoever. He went above and beyond to get my mattress to me as fast as possible and even after the fact, followed up with me to see how things were going with it. After that, when I had wanted to switch out something (perfectly great condition just did not work for me), he did everything in his power to make sure that I was taken care of. He said Im not happy unless youre happy and really meant that. I do not often write reviews but this is something I felt was right to do. Thank you so much Tony.

We looked at several others but came back to the one that we started with. She made everything work the way we wanted it to and we were very happy with the whole process. She was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Sales people are awful. They do not disclose all details before allowing you to complete purchase. They are only interested in getting a sale and could not care less about what you actually need. Would never visit this store again. Theyre completely nonchalant to the point of them seeming like they dont want you there. Do not recommend at all.

The sales associate checked in with me and let me know that she was there to answer any questions that I had and answered all of my questions. I was able to chose the mattress I want and they offer military discounts for select mattresses. I highly recommend

I came in around 30 minutes before close and the kind woman there helped me get my box spring into my car and tie it down. I didn’t think to ask her name but she was incredibly helpful and nice.

Grateful for the payment plans but it took them nearly a month to get our bed in stock, when initially they told us it would be a few days, or 10 days at most.I understand that there were some issues with shipping around the holidays, especially with COVID, but it was pretty ridiculous for a reputable company that supposedly cares about customer service.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a mattress! We were given advice to test the three different comfort levels and then left alone to determine what we liked. The sales person was super polite, gave us our time to decide and answered any questions we had without being pushy like many other places just trying to make a sale. I will definitely be using them in the future for mattress needs.

I didnt even have to go to the store. After visiting the Columbus store and not being able to follow up, I called the Opelika store, and the manager immediately processed or order AND set up delivery AND made sure the original sales person received credit for her sale. The mattress set came early on the day of delivery. The guys were careful and courteous and friendly. The MATTRESS IS PERFECT. BEST SLEEP IVE HAD IN 10 YEARS!!!!!

The customer service is above and beyond. Due to the pandemic, our order was delayed. This had nothing to due with Mattress Firm as they are at the mercy of their vendors. However, Jennifer, the manager personally called me on her day off to explain the situation and went above and beyond to accommodate us until our mattress arrives. I highly recommend this store! The sales team were very professional and helpful. The store is very clean and even has masks and sanitizers right at the door.

This year I needed to replace my King mattress so I went back and received the same friendly and helpful service I received last year. DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE! Started my wife and I came in there to buy a bed. My wife was excited to get a new bed and knew what she wanted. The sales lady was friendly, so I let my wife and her talk. My wife wanted the king size bed and the prices were queen that was on the beds. They advertise “free base” yet somehow we ended up with a base that cost little over $2,000! We were not asked if we wanted an upgrade it was just added and the whole time the sales lady kept saying “free base”. I question the cost difference and the sales lady said it was the difference between queen and king. NOTHING ABOUT THE $2000 BASE THAT WAS ADDED! It was not till my wife came back in to get another mattress did she find out about the base. Then to top it off the finance company did not have our right address and sent our account to collection because we did not pay the bill- can’t pay a bill if you have no idea what company, how much, and where to send it too! So my wife called and told Mattress Firm to just come and get everything since we were still in our 30 days and the general manager said they would get the mattressbutthebase was our. I still owe over $2,000 for the frame. Really! Needless to say I would not recommend this store for any business!
