Terrible experience today. I came to buy an RV that was listed on their website. The salesman came over with an attitude and acted like he didn’t want my business. He was very rude and had no interest in showing me anything. Taking my business to Montgomery. Don’t waste your time!

My husband and I have been shopping all over Al.and Ga. We have had some pretty bad RV sales people ..But not here. Our sales man MIKE HEWITT was knowable and helpful .Day one I pick the Autumn Ridge had my paper work in 10 min. Day two went to get our beauty, it was fresh washed, Mike and Drew walked us through everything .could have not been easier or faster ...saved big money helpful staff loved working with them ..will return.

We had a GREAT experience buying from them! The whole process was easy & fast. Big thanks to Patrick & Kevin. They went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back here and will refer friends here.

We traveled 3 hours there and 3 hours back 2 weekends in a row to purchase a travel trailer. Everything was great and everyone was super nice until after the sale. At which time we found out they gave us the wrong key and we couldnt lock our trailer. I called several times requesting a new key. No one has called us back. Fortunately, I have a co-worker with a husband that works at Dixie RV and he was able to order us a set of keys. I know where I will be doing business next time. Oh yeah, they also sold our information to a travel resorts website.

Awesome place to buy a camper from. There has been a few factory defects on the one I bought but Patrick Ashley has taken care of all the issues with my camper! Great costumer service!

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. All the RVs were locked up and no one came out to offer any help. Its obvious from the inventory, this place is more interested in selling boats over RVs.

Bought a camper from them last year and this year we added a beautiful pontoon boat to go with it and could not be happier! If you are looking for high pressure and shady salesmen and sub par inventories dont go here. Our salesman, Kevin was extremely professional and answered all of our questions. Kevin and Patrick were a pleasure to work with and made our dreams come true. Now I have a year to work on my wife for another big boy toy. Job well done gentlemen!

I bought a new Skeeter bass boat this year and was mad that the cover was not in the boat, but it did come in and was not their fault at all, they did all that they said they would and was easy to purchase this boat, i have sent some of my friends there and will buy my next skeeter there, the guys are honest and up front unlike any other Skeeter dealer in Al .

Terrible Customer Service!! I just bought a brand new travel trailer from them to come serve the community of Mexico Beach where I lost two houses to Hurricane Michael. I’m going to be living in Mexico Beach out of this travel trailer for two months. The salesman “Patrick” has refused to do anything to help me other than tell me to bring it back to him. Well I’m here serving the community. No time to drop everything I’m doing in a catastrophe while he’s sitting in the air conditioning telling me there’s nothing he can do....The air conditioner doesn’t work on this brand new trailer they sold me. They sell garbage products and don’t stand behind what they sell. Buyer beware!!

Really mad at this point I spent $76.25 on a travel trailer door lock I get home n theres no screws so best believe Ill be taking it back asap n making a complaint, if you going to sale something to someone at least dont single them out when they are new at owning rvs campers travel trailers or etc cause Im gonna tell you one thing I expect my money back and an apology cause wrong is wrong n right is right Im not a fool dont treat me like one I mean did ya not think we wouldnt notice that the screws werent with the product once we opened it...LACKS MANNERS N PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE SI WE WONT BE GOING BACK AFTER I RETURN THIS PRODUCT N GET MY MONEY BACK

I called to get an estimate on a repair for my camper, the guy in service very rudely told me that I didnt buy the camper from them and he wouldnt touch it. I asked why and his response was that he wasnt gonna help out his competition. This would have been money from my pocket to his not warranty work. I work in an automotive service department and cant imagine telling someone that I wouldnt touch their vehicle because they didnt buy from us. Very unprofessional and rude! Wouldnt give them a cent of my money!!

Just a Horrible experience! Total lack of any type of professionalism.The products looked and felt cheap, the young man that was some what helping my wife and I was rude and did not know much about rvs at all. When I ask to see the service department (because before I spend 15 to 20k on anything I want to know I can get service.) he said. Well we dont have one here but we can get you fixed dont worry. But what really top off the whole visit was the pushy attitude. I mean my wife and I are new at this we have questions .. we do not need a hard nose kid just trying to make a quick buck. I was in sales 42 years and there is a right way and wrong way to treat customers.

I bought a camp here and needed repairs done but the only way to get repairs is to take the camper all the was to a diffent caper place. Not a happy customer. I will not tell anyone about this place.

Still waiting 6months after purchase for a spare tire/wheel for our camper.
