I have gotten my glasses from Wal-Mart vision center since I was high school and thats been over 20 years now and Ill most likely continue to get my glasses from them. I have been extremely satisfied with not only the Excellent customer service I receive but also pleased with my glasses I purchase.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had no wait at all. Dr. Richardson is extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and is very patient. He checked my vision at the exact distance of my computer to help me get a pair of glasses for computer use. Highly recommend!

I was told my glasses would be in one week after I had already paid for them. Before would have been nice. It seemed a rather long wait but a week later, I was told they will be in tomorrow. Today is tomorrow and now they are saying tomorrow again. Price is good, the staff are friendly but prepared for a long wait.

This Vision Center has the most incompetent worker ever! Annie was extremely rude in helping me and looking up my insurance. She decided to help another customer while she was in the middle of helping me. I say customer because the other lady was a Walmart employee!!!! She looked up my policy wrong and told me that I didnt have insurance, when indeed I do. When I informed her that she is supposed to look it up by SSN. She got an attitude and asked if I even knew the policy holders SSN. The policy hold is my father and of course I know his SSN, mostly for situations like this! Annie was so rude the whole time. I will never go back to that Walmart. EVER!
