I’ve been in here twice. The first time, there were ladies talking non-stop behind the checkout counter and never acknowledged I was there. Okay fine, I get it, I work retail and sometimes get in some fun conversations with my coworkers that can be distracting. The second time I came in, I was there to get a Mother’s Day gift. I walked in and the employees just looked up at me and said nothing. When I went to check out, I was standing there for about a minute patiently waiting to be checked out. Finally the man behind the counter called me up there. He was very unfriendly and continued to be even after I was trying to be friendly, lol. I just don’t see how you can be a nice, small town southern store and be this unfriendly and honestly rude towards your customers. If it were up to me I would have never spent my money here but unfortunately, they were the only store that I knew of near me that had the specific thing my mom wanted. I’m really not sure if it’s the fact that I wear mask or what, but I always feel very unwelcome when I come to this store.
