A very good local Ice Cream store. I think they have sandwiches, etc. But we go for the waffle cone with one scoop. They make the cones in the store so they are always fresh and tasty. Hard to write a review and not want to drive over and get my favorite Mega Mayor Chocolate cone. Also, they have a drive through. Excellent way to support Opelika as well. Store us just a few blocks from scenic downtown which is growing and growing thanks to businesses like this.

This is a jewel in Opelika, a few minutes fromAuburn.it’s a good place for handmade ice cream, love the flavors because are very original!Place have a very nice decoration, girls are so nice and someone’s speak in Spanish.You can buy some originals souvenirs.They are open all week until at night!This is a nice place to visit with friends and family, for big groups inside is to small, but outside are terrace!Totally recommended, specially if you are icecream lover!

When I say this place is GIVING! As SOON as you walk in the aroma makes you want to buy everything you see🤤. The ice cream though… like the ICE CREAM THOUGH! 😭😭❤️❤️ O Town gave everything it was suppose to give! The staff was amazingly friendly and the scoops were HUGE! You will get your money’s worth and then some. Chef kiss 😘 ice cream and Italian Ice.

Got the blueberry cheesecake waffle cone and it was delicious. I see their truck at events in Auburn and Opelika. Its great to see theyre engaged with the community.

This is a great ice cream place. They make their own waffle cones, have really creative flavors, and theyre sooo nice. Im so glad the 90s boy band O-Town decided to set up shop here cuz its way better than their music.

Quaint little ice cream shop. Love coming here with my family. They have chalk for kids to draw on the concrete covered patio area. They also have a few games outside for families. They serve food and ice cream here. Great place in a great location!

Service can be hit or miss but the ice cream is great and prices are very reasonable

Very cute little ice cream parlor! My granddaughter loved it! The staff was very helpful and friendly! And the ice cream was very good.

I was one minute late as I pulled into the parking lot with their sign still saying open. I approached the door and the two staff girls immediately turned the open sign off. My kids were disappointed and I had begged the staff that I wouldn’t ask for change back as I was going to pay cash. They were very rude even as I told them I had disappointed kids looking forward to their treat. I’ll never use this place of business and I hope the staff Learns from this.

We were looking for good homemade ice cream and found it here. The blueberry, pumpkin praline, coffee and strawberry ice cream we had was delicious. The two girls running the place was very accommodating and helpful. We will be sure to stop again when we are in the area.

Had an bad experience. So I go inside this ice cream shop to order some ice cream and after I ordered I noticed before the worker went to make my ice cream she put the tip jar away from the counter onto another counter as if I was going to steal money from her. But I also noticed the white couple in front of me she didnt move the tip jar away from them after they ordered just did it after I ordered. Im sorry but I feel some type of way....

Showed up at 7:30 because Facebook and Google showed they closed at 8:00. While walking to the door a worker inside knocked on the window and stated they were closed. Had to give my money to Winn Dixie instead. Good ice cream though!

Finally an ice cream store that sells treats for the gluten and dairy intolerant. They have a large selection of Italian Ice flavors and so far everyone if them have been delicious. Their scoop size is very generous. Bonus... they serve lunch too. So go get some lunch but make sure to save room for something sweet.

Usually love this place, but today I dont know what what was going on. First they didnt have their flavor sign out, then struggled to tell us all that they had, then getting us the order was wrong three times to the point I just took what they gave me. The icing on the cake was they went to the car behind us to apologize that we(my family) was taking so long because we had like 5 kids in the back( 2 toddlers and a baby). The car behind us was my sister and her family.....

Best Ice Cream I have ever had. I asked the owner how the ice cream was made because it was so thick and full of flavor. He took the time to show me that they make the cream and then flavor it naturally by folding in different fruits and delicacies. Each flavor of ice cream has its own charitable donation. So when you purchase a flavor a portion of the proceeds goes to a local charity. Great concept.They also have great sandwiches. My favorite is the chicken salad lunch combo :-)

My wife and I arrived 10 minutes early on Sunday Jan.12 2020 and the two young people open the doors early for us. Both the young lady and young man were over the top friendly and personable. Not only that but the icecream was fantastic and we look forward to returning to O Town Icecream again.

Homemade ice cream with a good selection. Many are named for well known locals. Plenty of seating inside, with a retro atmosphere. Several portion for eating just outside. Excellent, if a little pricey, its worth it!

The first time took my granson he really liked the toys and freind he meet and played with, we stayed inside real friendly owners and nice place will be going back

I really liked this quaint little ice cream shop. The decor was fun, location is lovely and parking is plentiful. Ice cream was excellent too, I just felt that the ice cream was too expensive at $3.50 per scoop! Lots of seating available both inside and out. Lunch menu looked quite tasty. I wont make it a regular stop due to pricing, but it makes a perfect spot to take the kids out for special dates, celebrations and birthdays.

I am very disappointed with the service my mother encountered on 3/17 . My mother went in to get a scoop of ice cream. When she got there, it was a couple that was sitting outside on the patio and it was a couple that just received there ice cream that was sitting inside. It was two young ladies behind the counters cleaning up. While my mother waited to be served, they ignored her and continued cleaning up. The two young ladies did not greet her into the store when she came in nor served her. While my mother was still standing there waiting to be served this was after 5 minutes of waiting ... the two young ladies began to put the tops on the ice cream and start putting it up in my mother face. I really do not understand why this happened to her. If it was after hours of operation they could have just mentioned it to my mother instead of ignoring her presence that’s just customer service . I understand they would not be able to lock the doors because of the couple that had just received there ice cream was sitting inside but it is just the simple fact that she was ignored and was not acknowledged. Very rude and disrespectful. Never thought this would happen at OTown. My family will never come back. After living here all my life, I really did not want to believe I was in Opelika, that was the hurting part.

I love the new location. The interior and exterior decorations are bright, fun, and inviting! Even though it was a cold day, my family enjoyed eating icecream outside, and the kids had a blast. We really liked the place in downtown, but this one is perfect for a quick afternoon snack and/or playdate for the kids.

The employee didnt seem to know much. The portions are crazy small and I didnt get any napkins. Overrated imo just go to marble slab they are cheaper and at least try
