I was met immediately upon entering the store. The associate took my order and explained application techniques while the paint was mixing. He was friendly and knowledgable. Ill be back for all of my paint needs!

Had a great experience this weekend TWO TIMES ! The attendant was able to look me up in a previous order. This really helped me in deciding what I should purchase.I will definitely be back there for ANY painting needs.

The service offered at this location was personalized, fast and friendly. It is huge when the person behind the counter knows paint - it is their specialty and they can answer questions knowledgeably.

I was very pleased with the paint the I bought. The sales associate was very kind and even loaded the paint into my car for me. I ordered online and picked the paint up the same day at the Opelika location. Great experience

Upon arrival, the store wasn’t busy, maybe 2 customers who happen to be Caucasian. They were greeted and asked if they needed help immediately. I, am an Asian American and DID NOT get greeted as I entered the store, which is fine. I was on a mission anyhow. Nobody came to ask if I needed any help. So like anyone would do, I went to the front desk and had to ask for help. I got what I needed and was glad to be out of there. The men there did not acknowledge me, not even a “hey”. The female cashier of course just did her job, checked me out and brought out the paint to my vehicle which I had to load myself. I will NOT be doing business with them after this visit.

This store is very well kept up. Clean and organized The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Juan helped me pick colors and paint. He was a great help and gave me 30% off even though I did not have a coupon. Would definitely recommend Juan and Sherwin Williams

Great location with knowledgable and friendly staff. Also had bilingual employees to help with Spanish speakers. Manager helped me pick the right color out of the 1000s they have available. Room looks great thanks to their help.

Juan needs to work on his customer service skills. He is a rude, arrogant and aggressive. A vast opposite of the service I received from other employees in the same store. If he doesnt like his job, he should do something else.

It is good paint, usually one coat will cover. They also offer discounts which helps making it affordable.

If you get the right person, they know something about paints. The products are top shelf.
