I really like the Opelousas location. The girls over there are nice and helpful. Not like Lafayette! The girls over there are not nice and they are lazy and no help at all.

Theyd get more stars if theyd acknowledge my presence upon entering and when checking out. That is correct. I was at the register and was ignored for at least 3-5 minutes. A quick Ill be right with you wouldve sufficed.

I love this place...the prices are so good, the store is clean and organized. Salespeople are helpful and friendly, especially that one older obviously happy to help gentlemen. My most recent price positive experience was as compared to Tractor Supply, which I do like lots as well, a small mud tire and rim was 13.99...at TS..21.99 for just tire, lower quality too. As for tools, little bit of everything u may need to get the job done. Like Tractor Supply having all u need to get animals fed lol

They seem to be going down lately. After years of asking me to join their membership program I did but I have yet to receive much savings. When I solicited to join they told me when I come in just ask for membership coupons and they would provide them to me. When I did they told me to check my email. Maybe Im old school but that isnt what I was told and I hate having to go online to search out coupons. Habor Freight I caution you. The baby boomer generation is likely your best customer but you going start losing to to Norther Tool and or if you insist on us using the online service we will buy online through cheaper sources.

Clean and quiet atmosphere. Was greeted when arriving. Assistance with my purchase and loading product in vehicle.

I purchased a carport on 6-14-19 & attempted to put it together when I noticed I was missing several peices. Returned it & same issue second time around, called Manager & was given the worse customer service in history. Screamed at me & called me a liar until I threatened to call Corporate. Got my money back & will never return to Harbor Freight!
