I had them redo my couch. You would need to be explicit in your instructions in order for your job to be done correctly.That may have been my fault.I have since asked them a number of times to work on my office chairs and they have failed to respond back.I would look elsewhere for your work to be done.

I was very very happy with CR. The people were kind, helpful, and they had my project done in 4 days. I will definitely be a repeat customer. So glad I found them.

I thank all employer that work in this shop they do wonderful jobs. They upholstery my sofa and did a custom sectional and custom headboard. I recommend cr custom upholstery. Love there job.

I thought I had written a review 3 years back, now its time to get something else reupholstered and I looked these guys up again.Im an odd duck and I buy vintage couches or furnishings which are built well and buy my fabric in downtown LA at the upholstery shops...then CR Upholstery takes it away after discussing my specific modifications: taller cushions, longer legs, changing the piping and they work their magic.In no time they are ready to deliver my high end beautiful furniture and its comfortable! I can start with something that nobody would want which reeks of nicotine...and I get a show piece that is better built and upholstered than anything I can get today on the market. The upholsterer knew all about the quality craftsmanship and high end features of my different pieces. He pointed them out and made some great suggestions.I would suggest if you choose to use vintage furnishings you discuss some mods to bring the height up from the lower range to more standard heights of today and discuss firmness of cushions etc.All our collaboration has resulted in wonderful pieces which seem to cost next to nothing compared buying a new decent quality piece.I love their proffessionalism and am hoping to design a custom piece soon using their expertise.Dont use anyone else. These guys do absolutely stunning work...even the inside of my 50s couch, under the cushions has special attention to detail and reinforcement.I am so protective of their work and my furnishings, its that good!

Unfortunately, I did not take before photos of this sleeper love seat (it was a mess). I had the top and bottom cushions with down and fiber fill and used a studier material. This is now one of the most comfortable seats in our home.This was the third time Ive used this company and Ive never been disappointed.
