I would not post this if I didnt mean it. I came to Drive Smart right after my life drastically changed and my health was failing more than ever. I hadnt owned a car in four years. I was supposed to have a knowledgeable male person with me but ended up having to go alone. I was terrified I would be scammed as a naive 25 year old fragile female. Brian let me ask all the questions, consult with my older brother and dad halfway across the country and shared his life story with me as well. Getting a car drastically changed my life and Brian was patient and kind. A day later I noticed the radio/Bluetooth wasnt working and Brian said I could get it fixed but life happened and I wasnt able to go until a month later. Taylor and Brian both understood and now having music and Bluetooth makes me feel like I have a real car. I called both of them to thank them personally for everything. I have no issues with the car mechanically and I am so grateful.

Best car buying experience yet! We called in about a 2013 Hyundai Tucson and quickly had all of our questions answered honestly (other places gave us the run around, but not here!). We hung up and drove over. Allison was the kindest, most easy-going, zero-pressure salesperson weve ever interacted with!Price seemed fair (sticker price, but including tax, title, and license).Weve had the car for 6 months and it drives great. No issues. The dealership owner and staff seem genuinely trustworthy and honest. Next time we need a car, well definitely check here. I cant recommend this place enough!

So far so good Tyler has been a man of his word I purchased a used car about 6 months ago and as we all know for the most part u purchase as is with like a 14-30 day return period. Well I have had a few issues with the car recently and he was kind enough to work with me to solve the problems, where I feel most places would say sorry its been to long. I live pretty far away, so I called they got me approved told me all my rates over the phone, went down there and test drove the car took 15 minutes to sign the papers and I was on my way. I recently purchased the exact car I was looking without any hassle or issues whatsoever. Did a quick search for a Honda Insight and found the perfect little hybrid I was looking for in my home town. Came in after a long day of truck shopping. Today, I walked away from 5-6 dealerships for several reasons, lack of sales, damaged vehicles and a host of other reasons. The Australian (I think that is what his accent was) was our service provider and he was amazing! Dont let his serious demeanor slight you in the least, these guys are awesome! They work with you financially even with little to no credit and they steer you towards a car that they would buy themselves, meaning they dont sell lemons. I have had some bad experience with used dealerships in the past but these guys didnt fail us! I loved that our service provider let us test drive 6 or 7 vehicles until we found one we really liked, and he had a ton of knowledge on all their vehicles too! I have dealt with numerous car dealerships that pressure you to come in before giving you answers to your questions. I filled out my app on line, picked out the vehicle I was interested in and Allison MADE IT HAPPEN! She even came in on her day off, arranged insurance for me to expedite the process. I called Saturday morning and spoke with Gino he explained to me step by step what I had to do. I completed my application on line he asked what time I could be there. He went out of his way to meet me at the dealer had the keys ready for me to test drive the vehicle I liked. He even helped me out with getting me in contact with Farmers Insurance. Probably the best encounter I have ever had with buying a car!!! I encountered a minor issue the day after I got the car and I took it back the next day and they fixed it. This place is horrible DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought a car from here pretty much 2 days after I had the car it had problems. First about 1-2 days after I purchased the car the seat sensor went out my seat belt bell would go off to put a seat belt on even if someone wasn’t in the passenger seat. Taylor offered to fix it for me. I had to take it 3 different times and TO THIS DAY IT NEVER GOT FIXED. Next they were suppose to do a free oil change that’s why they had my car and they forgot. Called me to come get my car and I asked them if the oil change was done and they said oh we forgot. Then the tube for the antifreeze broke. Then the motor in the window, a couple months the other side motor went out. Then the ignition coil went out. Then I had to replace all 4 tires do an alliment which this stuff I understand is normal maintenance to be done on a vehicle. Last I was driving the car to work and all of the sudden my battery light came on, my check engine light and my oil light. My car started to shake and the wheel was really stiff I couldn’t turn it. I couldn’t drive the car. SO I RETURNED THE CAR WILL NEVER BY FROM THEM AGAIN AND SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE TO BUY FROM THEM EITHER INLESS YOU WANT A LEMON. Most horrible place ever

Purchased a vehicle here. Within 1k miles, and two months, engine blows. I was unable to get the car to a mechanic straight away, as this was my means of transportation to and from work( car sat parked, and had to pay to use a second vehicle, on top of still paying this vehicle) dealer is unwilling to help. New engine cost is over 5k. worst people ever. Mike the manager was very unhelpful, thank you for taking advantage of honest people just trying to get by.

If only Zero Stars was an option. Im not going to go in on specifics on my personal experience with Allison,but I will say that if you want a quality vehicle with great mileage you should take your business to Quantum Auto sales. They actually care about their customers
