Great service. Our company vehicle was broken into over the 4th of July weekend. George was quick to respond and was able to meet my tech to replace the shattered window. He also came to our office and took care of a couple of chips on our personal vehicle windshields. Highly recommend.

The technician was very affordable and personable. He came to me at no extra charge and fixed my windshield in a little less than 45 minutes. He even let us know that the street sweepers were coming so we didn’t get a ticket for our other car! Five star service for sure.

Great customer service and price. George quoted me over the phone and told me to come right in. When I arrived he was expecting me and offered me a drink while I waited. After a 15-20 minute wait he had completed the job. I couldnt even notice what was once a chip on my windshield. The overall cost that I saved from having to replace my entire windshield and the convenience that is offered during this inconvenient time will definitely have me coming back for any of my auto glass needs.

So rude! I called asking for a quote he said to write a email with the vin # so I tried searching the email I couldn’t find it so I gave him another call. He answered super rude saying “ I already got a call about this car” and told me to send an email. I explained I couldn’t find it and he gave me the email super rude & fast I didn’t have time to write it down. I told him to give me a second and he hung up. These people must not like money. Oh wellUpdate since I can’t reply.Very professional reply. ( sarcasm)I probably called 3 times at most the first time my boyfriend called, the second time I called since I couldn’t find the email and the third after you hung up rudely. No way I would call 7 times. I would definitely not beg anyone if I have to pay them obviously. So on top of that lying about that. And arguing with what could of been a client over a review. That’s pretty funny . No one is trying to ruin your bussiness I don’t even know you that’s the only weird thing here. It’s called feedback and if you own a bussiness it’s what you receive to improve on your bussiness. Obviously. I strongly suggest you work on customer service skills it will definitely help your bussiness and thank you for taking the time to respond. I found Blue Star on Google Maps and showed up without an appointment or call ahead. George was very accommodating and squeezed me in around his other big jobs that day, and once he started the work was done within 30 minutes! The waiting couch with complimentary water and soda was a nice touch too, as well as phone charging. Im glad I found a nice, local, family-run business, and the work was superb! Thank you!

I expected to wait for 2 hrs but they finished under 1 so I was really happy.I called set a appointment with the nice rep, when I arrived they were waiting for me and got to work on my truck right away. Told me it would be under 1 hour so I waited at the really comfortable lobby, water, coffee, wifiPlayed the free street fighter arcade machine for a couple rounds.My truck had rust they needed to repair first and they still finished under 1 hr.

Excellent service! So, my 2013 Chevy Volt was making some strange noise when I rolled down the window and low and behold, it didnt roll up. After calling the dealer and told they could see me in a week, I looked up auto glass repair on Google. Blue Star came up (near me) and I made the call. Completely unrelated (window regulator repair) but I thought I would ask. George said he could come to me and have it repaired in 24 hours. I had my doubts but as the other reviews shared, George was professional, on time, and honest. When he took out the regulator (in pieces) I thought there is no way this is going to turn out well. Next day, George showed up w/ a harness that was in one piece and said this is what its supposed to look like. Replaced the unit in 15 minutes and I was off to the races ;-). Lastly, George shared w/ me what he was going to do (replace the broken pieces - and keep the original motor - unlike some other shady companies that will change/charge you for a new motor when you dont need one). I would highly recommend this company/individual for your needs.

Only reason why I am giving this company a 1 star rating is because the Customer Service was atrocious. I called in today to get a quote on my Scion XB, the guy told me he had the vent glass in stock to replace it and he gave me a quote for it. I told the guy thank you and that I would call back if I couldnt get a better quote. I hung up the phone and received another call from this company asking if I wanted to go through with it, but I was honest and said I was going to seek out all of my options due to financial reasoning. I also let him know that another company did offer a lower rate but I am not sure who to go to yet and he deliberately said I cant do the lower quote I got from the other company and hung up on me before I could respond back. I was not asking him to go lower on his quote for us, all I was simply stating was that I was going to seek out ALL of my options. In a time of crisis for us I needed a company with better customer service and I honestly did not get that with Blue Star Auto. Who knows, maybe I would have gone to them after working out all the details..

Some guy broke my window on my 2001 Acura. I called Safelite and they were expensive, like almost a hundred dollars more than Blue Star Auto Glass. Plus Safelite had all sorts of fees and said they couldnt have anyone out to repair my cars passenger window until two weeks later.I called Jorge from Blue Star Auto Glass and within five minutes, he told me he would come out first thing the next morning and at a price that was obviously fair and competitive.He came out the next morning and obviously appeared to be a true professional with a clean work truck, dressed appropriately and professional communication. The installation was done in thirty minutes on my passenger side, power window. They also vacuumed up all of the broken glass. Needed a chip repair fast.... just got work van out if shop with brand new windshield and got a chip and didnt want it to spread...Blue Star showed up at my office sooner than I expected...fixed chip in a heartbeat...could even see repair even though he said you might see it....done deal looked great....so he had time to replace another complete windshield that I had replaced less then 6 months ago...91 freeway sux...
