I just got home and decided to post my experience with Autozone I visited on Glassell store 5942.I won’t go into detail but want to express how excellent the people are working behind the counter. I felt welcomed the minutes I walked in.I like to thank Nicole and other gentlemen (sorry didn’t know the name) provided me an excellent service, above my expectations.

Nicole was incredibly helpful and kind with helping us find snow chains for our car. When there was not any in stock, she did her research and looked up other stores in the area to make sure we get them for our trip. This dedication is almost unheard of and was super helpful. She is super funny and has great energy! We will def be coming back to this store in the future

I needed to replace some light bulbs and wasnt sure what kind they were because they didnt have anything on them, Nicole was able to quickly identify them and helped me out with pleasure

I needed some exterior lamps for my wifes car. I went to Pep Boys and they were out of stock. AutoZone had what I needed and I was in and out in no time.

The most absolute helpful staff you will ever meet... My car battery died and I took it in, they charged it and tested it and confirmed it was not holding the charge, they even test your cars alternator and starter for free to confirm they are fine.

Every guy loves an auto parts store right theres a girl that works there thats really knowledgeable and I had to apologize because I I was judgmental and she knew more than anybody else

I have been a customer from this location for the last 15 years!!! Management here is horrible!!! The shift manager couldnt help me called me a lair about the problem they did. She said she couldnt help me cause the store manager wasnt there.

I went this morning to have my starter checked and was helped by a a very professional and busy young man named Eric who took the time with me to check my starter, alternator and battery. It seemed that the battery may be my issue. Later that day I had to bring the truck back and had a professional man named frankHelp me and retest the battery again and we found that the battery was testing bad.The store was very busy yet they still took the time to replace the battery for me properly and help me out all the time being very professional and making sure everyone else was also taken care of. They saved me money and made me fee important. I would Recommend this store to everyone I know

This place has employees to cool to help you out when asked a question. I know not all auto zones have employees like this and are amazing. But this place needs help they suck when it comes to customer service and helping out.Drove to the next location they where amazing!!!

Workers are not helpful and rude. They clearly dont care about their commitment to serving the customers. Walked in and asked about an item their website said they had in stock. When I asked about it they told me oh, the website always says its in stock, but we dont have it, you have to order it. When I went through the aisles to make sure, they had it on the shelves as stated on the website. They were like oh well about it, and I walked out without it. Just a bunch of people wandering around till their shift is done is what I got. Good luck if you have an older car. Used to be if you worked in an auto parts store you had to have automotive knowledge.

When I walked in I was the only person in the store and it still took them 10 minutes to help me. I love AutoZone but this was a little long for being the only person needing help. As for the help I did get well it was great as it always it.

They are taking distancing seriously while still providing excellent service. Hot what I needed to fix my car and was out in a jiffy.

The workers are always helpful,knowledgable, and friendly. My boyfriend and I prefer this location above all others. Just because they are efficient and kind. Most of the time AutoZones are short-handed and they have a long line. Here they go as fast as they can and acknowledge the people that are waiting.

I had a refund from 2013 they honored my receipt as well as giving me a full cash refund cannot beat that excellent service

The worker was very nice. I had called earlier trying to find out if the had tail lights for my car. The worker who had answered was very nice and she told me where the lights were. When we had got there it was that same lady that had answered the phone. I had forgot where the lights were, so I had asked her and she automatically knew where the lights were. I am very sastified with my visit!

The service is really poor here. The lady was really rude and doesn’t know anything about car parts. She disrespected me and I’m never going back ever again.

Just another auto parts store. Ive been shopping at this Autozone for years and Ive seen many personalities come and go. Some more friendly than others and more knowledgeable. Most of the employees act like they dont want to be there.

Was pit on hold for 20 min because of a long line at the store. Not only that. But when i called again they imediately answered the phone and asked what i needed. When i stated if they were going to make me wait another 20 min like before she proceeded to tell me they had a long line and asked me to wait again.. She just asied what i needed and when she discovered i was already waiting for 20 min she made me wait more. I will be taking my business elsewhere where they value customer service.

Clean place, only reason it didnt get one star. Went in for brake pads on a 2015 common car. They didnt carry ceramic for it and the ones he recommended were in stock and nope, he was just kidding. This is the second time in two different states that Auto Zone didnt have parts that should be very common. Theyll be my last stop from now on. Waste of time.

I did not care for my experience with AutoZone. I ordered and paid for brake pads for my older Volvo here and they said the pads would be ready for pickup in two days. Two days later I called to see if they were in. I understand that maybe the shipment might not have arrived, so it wasnt that they hadnt arrived that annoyed me, it was that they refused to offer a prediction as to when they might be available. I bought brake pads elsewhere, but they did not make it easy to cancel the transaction. Every phone call you have to describe your vehicle in detail. Staff couldnt locate the transaction. Promises to have a manager call back were not upheld. A terrible customer service experience from start to finish.

Ive found that AutoZone has the best deal on car batteries. Ive never had a problem with an AutoZone battery usually I buy the Duralast Gold. The Duralast Gold comes with the 5-year warranty The Next Step Up battery is the Duralast gel and that one only has a 3-year warranty. Ive had several cars that were having electrical issues throwing trouble codes the check engine light would come on, weird electrical stuff I bought a battery from AutoZone and all the electrical issues went away. Dont get me wrong Im not saying that its a magic battery its not going to fix all your marriage problems, but if your battery is several years old, or you dont know when the last time it was replaced was, Id highly recommend that you go to AutoZone. They will test your battery for free. A battery can have one cell thats going bad with the rest of the cells still good and the car wont die right away itll just start doing weird stuff.

My battery took a dump about two weeks ago...went to auto zone...their gr8 here they tested my battery...I told the guy I was going to Wal-Mart to get a battery...he told me there was a battery that was bought by a customer and returned cuz found out he didnt need it...they mark it as used... so you can buy it for a discounted price...so I got a new battery basically for half off
