What has happened to the efficiency of the pharmacy dept? Very poor service. Drive up takes forever only to find out my prescription was not ready after being told to come back in an hour. Line is very long, only 1 person working the counter. This morning same person working both drive up and counter.

This 24hrs pharmacy is under staff and do not care to answer the phone. The phone is picked and put on hold again and again and then disconnected.

The pharmacist was extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, and that you take the time to spend with individual customers. Every question was answered to where it was easy to understand, and every medicine is correctly dispensed safely, and properly counted. Keep up the good service!

This place is way understaffed to handle the volume of customers that come through this busy location.I was hoping calling in my prescription a night before would give them enough time to fill my order. Turns out there was an insurance restriction and they didnt have my order in stock. The app never notified me if this and said it was ready. I had to go to the location to find out after waiting in line for 10 mins.They said it would be ready the next day, sure enough it wasnt and I didnt even bother to deal with it anymore.**Anaheim State College location was smooth! Go there instead.

This pharmacy has been incredibly helpful in helping me find the supplements that I need. The pharmacist was friendly and supportive, and she answered all of my questions with ease. I was also blown away by their customer support.

I was looking for a specific item the app had said they had in stock, however I didnt see it on the display I was looking at so I asked the manager if there was a way he could check stock for me. He walked me back over to the same area I looked, glanced for 3 seconds and said nope dont have it and we dont have any sunblock anywhere else. Though upon further browsing I found an entire aisle full of them. However the pharmacy tech that assisted me was super sweet and friendly and got me what I needed. So she made up for it. Shes what earned the extra 2 stars.

Don’t answer the phone, don’t know what’s going on, contradict themselves and lie about prescriptions, made me change pharmacies.

I lost a hearing aide at Walgreens. The cashier got the manager who helped me look and use my phone to pinpoint the area it was shown to be. Havent found it yet, but he spent a half hour helping me search. Other staff showed concern too. Thats Service! Bless them all.

The drug I obtained from here was of outstanding quality. It was a pain killer that was successful. Plus, the pharmacist was so friendly and accepting. To all my mates, I would suggest this place.

All the stocks at this drug store were properly stored. They were guaranteed to have safe and effective medicine, vitamins, and the like. The cost of their items was not overpriced.

Since the workers are all so friendly and accommodating, Im glad I find this drug store so close to my place. It is without a doubt a must-try!

This Walgreens location is awesome! Theyre open 24 hours a day and have just about everything you need. The employees there are usually pretty cool and helpful. Sometimes the line is pretty long but they get through the customers pretty quickly. The pharmacy is open late and has a drive-thru too.

As a person that works in a healthcare setting and wants to avoid crowds as much as possible, curbside pickup has been a lifesaver. most Walgreens will do it right. you tell them you’re there and they take it to your car. but for some reason this location can’t do that. the second time I sit outside for over 15 minutes. the first time I just went ahead and went inside and even then I was ignored for a long time standing at the photo counter for my order. and it’s not even them being busy, I saw an employee on their phone not doing anything. it’s ridiculous. never shopping here again.

The absolute WORST pharmacy ever!!

I was very pleased with the staff of the pharmacy and I am sure of those that work there are also as friendly. But unfortunately I did not receive that opportunity becuz of a one track minded person that I am took care of my medical needs and nothing else . Wonderful wonderful personnel thank you Walgreens for that blessed opportunity.

Their system doesnt pickup correct insurance prescription cost.

Everyone here is incredible. They are very understanding and helpful. This pharmacy truly cares for their patients. They also have the best price for Bio-K probiotic. Im so grateful for Ruby, Frank, Sorin and the other pharmacists and staff. Simply the best in LA!!!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The terrible service in the pharmacy seems to be a Walgreens problem in general. My dad who has cancer (and is on hospice care and most likely days to live) needed his liquid morphine as he can no longer swallow his pain medication. Thank you Walgreens for making a dying man suffer needlessly as you messed up another prescription called in by the hospice nurse/doctor team. Shame on you.

I have no problems with any of the regular staff, great people great help. The pharmacy is a whole other situation. The pharmacist who served me was very rude and not helpful at all. She seemed disinterested in actually doing her job and talked to me like I was stupid for not knowing something about the prescription. I dont think I will be getting my prescriptions from here anymore.

More than once I have been stuck in line for over 30 minutes just waiting to drop off a prescription. Other reviews not withstanding, this place needs a management change. They always seem to be understaffed or too busy to keep things rolling.

The Regular store is very helpful, clean, well stocked. The pharmacy is always busy and there are long waits for your prescriptions. Staff is polite just seems slow, needs more staff.

The actual store is fine, but the pharmacy is awful. Every time I go there something gets messed up or there is some kind of issue. Once I went there to get an adderal prescription refilled and they said they didnt carry it, but when I called later they said they did, so they were denying me my medicine that I had a prescription for totally based off of how I look.

Hands down, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are unorganized and they horrible people skills. I regret going there.

Terrible customer service. Called photo to ask about passport pictures. I spoke to the photo person, a woman, who said “I’m the only photo person and I will be leaving in 15 minutes.” It was 10:45I was about 3 minutes away. I asked her, “So, if I get there before 11 then you can help me?” She hesitated and responded, “Uhh.. actually I’m going to leave early so no.” Really? Jerk...do your job!!

Worst and most ridiculous pharmacy/store ever... people told me about this store and how bad their coupon policy is, but didnt believe it. I went in try to use 2 manufacture coupons nd the assistant manager wouldnt take them. He told me people make a living out of couponing, so his store wouldnt take more then one coupon per person, per week. Wth really walgreens has a coupon police??? Smh but ok never going to this location again.

Aweful service, systems are down, they dont tell you, and you dont find out until you go through all the motions and your credit and debit cards are declined.
