ReadyRefresh consistently raises their prices a few times per year, they are the highest in the industry. I received a bill for $3.00 this week, it is a paper invoice bill. Calling into the company to find out the new charges, the voice message lets you know that there is a $4.00 fee to talk to a live customer service agent. I discontinued their service by e-mail last week, they delivered more product yesterday even thought I had a huge note on the empties that I had discontinued service so dont leave any product. This company is a joke, go elsewhere for your water products.
Customer service does not exist!!! I wanted to cancel service a month ago but they did not even listen to me and they keep sending me bottles of water that I did not consent to. I tried calling, I tried emailing and got no response! Whats going on here!?

The Worst customer service experience EVER...
My delivery person is excellent. But come on ready refresh can you please be a little more understanding. While other companies are giving people a break regarding payment etc. You have no mercy!!! You hiked up your prices!! You charge for everything. Karma is going to get you. Stop being so greedy.
My worst nightmare! Easy to start but just try to cancel service. The bottles and bills just keep coming. Wait on hold for 45 min and get transferred 3x and still cant cancel this. Do NOT START this SERVICE
I’d give them a 0 if I could! When I first decided to use their delivery service (2 years ago), the water was about $6.00 per 5 gallon bottle. The delivery fee was only $5.00 a month. The salesman for the company assured me that I could also have morning deliveries. Now however, the price per bottle is up to $11.50 for the 5 gallon bottles, the delivery fee is $7.50, and here I am at 5:00, still waiting for my delivery. I called the company last month to ask why the deliveries were getting more and more expensive and why they were also getting later and later in the days. The agent in the phone said that there was no way for them to control when my delivery would show up. As for the price hike, she gave me a $5.00 coupon for the next 3 deliveries. Seriously? That’s doesn’t even cover the increases each month!!!!! She also said that she couldn’t change the prices for me because of the price bracket I was in. So because I don’t order 15 5-gallon bottles a month, my price gets skyrocketed??This is the last delivery I will be receiving from this company. They’re garbage!!The water is ok. It’s not worth the cost though! I’ll be finding a different water delivery service for my next order.

I moved to a new home - I was promised water delivery 3x even after speaking with Supervisor..Three strikes - and your out...I would not recommend this company for delivery..
If you like paying fees because your payment bounced then choose this service. They just withdraw out of your account whenever they feel like it. Constant unexpected payments, had to pay a lot of bank fees.
Talk about nickel & dime-ing their customers! They are the worst. First they tell you your cooler rental is free, then they start charging you for it. Then they tell you it will be $3.00 to receive a paper invoice - WHAT?!?!? Then they send another letter stating that they will now charge a $50 fee to refurbish the cooler that was supposed to be rent free but not its not. They raise their rates 20% each year - even during this pandemic when businesses have been hit hard in the sales. Then when you cancel, they shut down your on-line account so you cant get invoices. JUST A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

Very disappointed by the poor service received. Their online website has been down for over a week. I am out of water for over a week now. Called the Customer service number multiple times, it says that wait time might be as long as 25 minutes but I was on hold for over an hour and the representative hung up.VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!, NESTLE IS LOOSING CUSTOMERS DUE TO THEIR POOR STAFF!!I AM CANCELING MY SERVICES DUE TO THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE I RECEIVED!!Save your money and time, Look for a different water supplier!
It’s just lacking in so many areas. If you like a consistent bill and ready customer service you will not like dealing with this water service.

I am very disappointed I called the company many times customer service horrible in Anaheim California, I called to stop delivering 12 cases of water,,,, setting on the sun for a week now, they never lesson customer service very bad, and they keep delivering more than what I want I told them 1 a week is enough even 2 fine but not 12.
Brain dead people work here, the bill keeps changing, the deliveries are on their timetable and they tell you when - regardless of your expectation..I could keep going but its all negative. Will be changing providers.
If you want leaky water coolers, missed deliveries, and poor customer service, then this is the company for you!Not worth a penny.
