One of my favorite stores of all time. Unfortunately There are not many book stores anymore standing. I have spent all day in here before looking at books in the self help psychology and super natural section.Good selection of coloring books and artistic things to do.

My Mom loves Barnes and Noble! We are so happy that it is doing well in business and that it is open. My Mom LOVES books!!! Last week when I dropped her off I was able to see that it was busy inside, people were upstairs, the electric stairway was on. It looked very clean. A note, we would love to see tables outside. It would help the community see that many people actually still read books and are not merely stuck to a device. If Barnes and Noble invests in some nice tables and in advice as to which ones can be put there that can fit as many 1, 2, 4 chair tables; and keep them clean ( cleaning off the dust every other hour-maybe setting a chart for workers to be designated at different times to go out and clean with a wet towel the table surfaces and pick up the trash) this will attract people and welcome them; in addition the coffee business will do better too. Adding instrumental, piano and violin music will really make this Barnes and Noble charming and attractive! 😉

Amazing, their children section was very well stocked, my daughter bought her first horror book lol

This BN location is big and open. Ive used the info kiosk many times and been given good advice. Their childrens book section has a wide variety of books to chose from. The music section is pretty good. They also have games. Parking is pretty easy.

Just be aware there’s two levels. The escalators are narrow, so you might get stuck behind someone if you’re going up stairs and trying to dash your way to the check out stand.

Rude customer service at the Cafe shop other than that its not bad, this book store has something for everyone.

The store had a nice, welcoming feel. I like the little coffee shop they have inside the store. Clean books. The cashier made a face for some reason when she gave me my book I came to pick up, but otherwise, decent store. :)

Extremely inviting. They had various places set up throughout to be able to take a seat if needed.. It was not difficult at all to find someone to direct me to what I was looking for. They also had a much bigger selection of books and such for the topic that I was investigating. I purchased many unexpected 📚 that day on a subject that I didnt think I was going to find at all.I was very impressed.

A great place to go and get some coffee (Starbucks) and read. Comfortable chairs, kind staff and a grand mural of famous writers. My only complaint is the meager philosophy section of two shelfs.

WENT IN A COUPLE DAYS AGO WITH MY DAUGHTERS TO GET MY JACK CARRS THE TERMINAL LIST. I CALLED BEFORE DROPPING IN TO SEE IF IT WAS IN STOCK AND THEY SAID YES. I ARRIVED 5 MINUTES LATER AND THE BOOK WAS AT THE FRONT DESK WAITING FOR ME. QUICK, FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL BUY MY BOOKS HERE FROM NOW ON👍🏽 THANKS!!!

Sorry Barnes & Noble but really terrible customer service at Starbucks.Wife order a refresher the young lady tell her she only has very very hibiscus, so she says Ill take a venti, my daughter ordered a Frappuccino.While waiting for the order wife and daughter go look for books, then this lady on the picture comes over not wearing any Starbucks apron or name tag and tells me in a rude way I dont have the juice to make your drink what do you want to do. I try to explain that the drink was just offer to us by the other girl, she did not apologize all she said was, I cant magically make it if I dont have the juice. So I tell her that I have to get my wife to see if she wants another drink because the drink was not for me, so she tried to yell t me and tell me what else did I want or that she could just give me a refund. After a few minutes wife comes over and says we will take a refund. Then she proceeded to tell us she cant give us a refund she can only do store credit. I said no I will take my refund she called someone else to help her do the transaction.Her name Liliana GonzalesPut on apron when I ask if she worked there.

Ice tea unsweetened is a treat on a warm day. This bn is hugh and airy. Two story height roof gives it a richer experience.

Great staff, good selection of books. The added Starbucks is a bonus if you enjoy their coffee. I would recommend going here.

Its really good. I went to get a motivational book came out with 4 other book theres good deals. They have goid items on sale as low as 2 dollars...

I love barnes and noble its great they let you thumb through and probably read a whole book but Ive never tried they dont say anything very helpful and knowledgeable staff here and theyre bathroom are always opening like theyre inviting you to stay longer great store

Had 2600 The Hacker Quarterly. Great customer service, helped out pretty well.Since I dont buy books often, I dont see a reason to get their membership they offer though.

Clean and classic Barnes & noble. Efficiently staffed, sorted and the Starbucks upstairs is of adequate status.

They dont have quite the selection of reiki and other methods of energy healing books that they used to have, but they can order them for you and you can check them out before you buy it to make sure its the book you needed.

It was good! Now that they have the seating back in the cafe! Im gonna have to stop back in there and enjoy a latte!

The staff at the Barnes & Noble are second to none! They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I love shopping here. They were safe during Covid, wearing masks and distancing. They always double checked the system, even when the looked on the shelves. Thank you to B&N!

Its a great place. Found everything and more, plus the staff is polite.

Love this two-story bookstore! Our two year old niece enjoyed the large toy selection as well as the escalator rides up and down :) Plenty of seating in their cafe but not a lot of electrical plugs for your laptop. Lots of selection with helpful staff. Easy to park and get back to the main road. They also have lots of activities for the kids such as story time anda scavenger hunt!

I always enjoy when I go to Barnes and Noble, my little son too. There is a big variety of books for kids. If you take your time and look you can find good deals!

Such a great selection of magazines..which can be difficult outside of airports. Beautiful displays of bestsellers and interesting new books and always helpful staff. Starbucks and journals too.This is actually my favorite Barnes & Noble that I visit in all of California.

Been going to this Barnes & Noble for years. The staff is always friendly and because the location is so big, their selection of books is fairly expanse. There is a Starbucks coffee shop within the store and pre-Covid they had seating with WiFi. This location sells books, games, planners, notebooks, movies, vinyls, and magazines.

Nice barnes and Nobel, its 2 story and it seems like one of the escalators is always broken, but its nice!

It still a good place for ideas and relax with books.

This Asian lady followed my daughters and I just because my daughter had her mask a little down... pathetic... I dont know I guess she didnt had any else better to do than to to follow us up and down the stairs... I thought she was thinking that we were stealing or something but I didnt care because I had nothing to hide. But then she caught up to us downstairs near the Starbucks and told me to that my daughter couldnt have her mask down her nose, my daughters age 6years old lol... the mask are a bit loose specifically when they had just enforced mask to be worn...

I love the staff they are all helpful and kind. The atmosphere is quiet and reading a book on the seats or floor feels comforting and peaceful at Barnes and Noble. I can always find great deals in here. For mothers day I bought Your Grandmothers Life Story. The books ask questions from their childhood to becoming a grandma. My mom loved it. Theres a dad version and a mothers one too.

Bought two books and I cant put the book down

The malnourished and disturbingly rude staff has made this place untenable. Much the way a succubus drains the soul from your life spirit, these wretched, soulless, social vampires have effectively removed fun from obtaining knowledge through the act of bookery.

The bookstore is full of joy!!I found the books for my kids, I was looking for.

It is so nice to still be able to go buy physical books. And this is such a beautiful store! The staff is very helpful and the story has a great feel to it. I bought some books from their classics Collection which is really a fun collection right near the front door.

Always can find reading materials that I want. Nice Starbucks coffee cafe too.

To be honest I dont know what to think of Barnes and Noble. This used to be a top notch place to buy books from now its waiting to be put out of business by Amazon. At this location I had to wait ten minutes to get some help at the help desk. Theres no sense of urgency to do a good job here or provide good customer service. This place would be awesome if they hustled a little more, kept the place neat, and did some book signings.

I visited this Barnes and Noble looking for a very specific book and wasnt able to find it on my own. However, the helpful and friendly staff provided excellent service and gave us the nearby stores and other options with obtaining the item. I was able to pick it up easily from the other Barnes and Noble that same day.
