I simply googled best carne asada and this was at the top of the list. This is definitely the best. I will never go anywhere else for carne asada and today I will be trying the beef ribs because the owner just recommended them. Thank you sir.

My first time there, was a great experience. The butcher that helped me, knew exactly how much Carne Asada I would need for the occasion. The gentleman that wrang me up was very courteous, and recognized it was my first time, which leads me to believe they know their regular customers well. Pack your own meat. Ive been going here for years and its quick and easy to get as much as you need by the pound. Cold inside because its needed to keep the meat fresh. If you live in Chicago you must come here for your meat.

I asked for 5 pounds, took it home, and it was the best Asada I’ve ever had, so tender and soft, Cooks super quick! Decided to go back the next day and it was just amazing! Got 4 more pounds.
