RED was the woman working on our cabinet project. DO NOT HAVE HER AS YOUR REP FOR ANY PROJECT! She will not listen to you! She is extremely disorganized and you WILL have to go over and over things multiple times because of this!! She will draw up your project however SHE wants and you will never get the same drawing twice! She will tell you she is giving you the best options to not waste any space and belittle you if you do not agree! RED will ALSO order your cabinets the way SHE thinks is best AND NOT ORDER YOUR CABINETS THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY ASKED FOR! BEWARE!!! YOU WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE WHEN YOUR ORDER IS WRONG because she does not give you any final official documents or contracts to sign! DO NOT EXPECT AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT with prices, DO NOT EXPECT AN ELEVATION DRAWING, and DO NOT EXPECT HER TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER MISTAKES! when something isn’t right with your project, directly relating to HER actions, YOU CAN EXPECT Red to flip flop on everything she says! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING because she will change her story with EVERY discussion! I spoke with a designer who had THE EXACT same experience so this is 100% NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT!!!!

Great place for DIY ers who want quality cabinetry at a good price.

Her name is “Red”, she is amazing. The prices may be a bit high for me, but I love their choices and it’s made in America.

When I bought the cabinets I said No MDF. The cabinet doors and drawer fronts turned out to be MDF. I also complained the cabinets were not square. The cabinet faces were warped. It was impossible to align the cabinet doors to Not Rub. They sent out a professional installer to attempt to address rubbing doors. The installer confirmed the doors could not be properly aligned, the cabinets faces were warped and cabinet were not square. After they heard back from their installer they never returned my calls.

Was greeted immediately by Red who was at her desk but got up immediately to assist me with whatever questions I had. She took the time to show me around their products then sat down with me and very carefully went over a general design so that I could have a better idea of what the vanity I was looking for would cost. Ultimately it was apparent that they have lovely cabinets that are beyond the need of my master bath. They offer high quality products and helpful answers so if they seem to be in your budget I highly recommend looking up Red for wonderful customer service.

Nice prices. This was my first time visiting this establishment. I would recommend someone checking this place out to see if it has what they need.
