Typical yankee candle store. This store is farther for me; theres a store closer but I prefer the Orange/West Haven location. The difference is the staff; these ladies are very knowledgeable. They also took the time to be friendly and helpful without being on top of me or lurking in a corner. While I was shopping there was at least 4 separate groups of customers and all were treated with the same enthusiasm.The store is very clean, well stocked, and all signage was clear (pricing/sales/clearance/ limited)Easy parking is right next to shop; many spots available. Ramps next to the stairs for those that need. The lot is easy to get in and out of too.

Always very friendly and help you capitalize on sales and other ways to save money. Prices are a little higher than I’d like but I’d assume that’s a cooperate gripe and out of their control

I enjoy shopping at this location. My latest trip I was slightly disappointed. There were only 3 associates (1 outside greeting and making customers wait till someone came out, 1 behind the register, and 1 working the sales floor.) There were plenty of people in the store that were looking for assistance for various reasons. For Saturday being a peak day in retail there shouldve been a couple more associates on.

I went to buy some candles and some stuff for my car... there were two ladys in the store. One of them was very rude and didn’t give me good service at all. I didnt have good experience...
