Best place I have service at. My story started when my android phone samsung s21 Ultra went into a boot loop. Which means it kept restarting all the time. I called Samsung they couldnt help me. They recommended UBREAKifix and they couldnt help. Even I went to Verizon where I had phone from and they couldnt help. Went to and called a lot of stores. They all said. You have to reset the phone to factory reset. I didnt want to do that because I had a lot of pictures I didnt want to lose. So I went to the store. The owner took the phone and called me after I hour that he is able to get my all my pictures back. I was very happy that he got me my pictures and videos of my kids. I want to thank him very much and will recommend him to anyone who is looking to get good service. He will go above and beyond to fix the problem after every one told me it cant be fixed.

They were unable to reinstall my Samsung Note 4. Samsung blocked it.

Called this place up to fix a broken screen, the guy quoted me $80.00. When I got there I gave him $41.00, when I picked up the phone he charged me $57.00. Tried to use the phone, but the buttons didnt work. brought the phone back in to him, and he claimed to have fixed it. The buttons worked for a half a day and then they failed again. Now the phone functions are all messed up. Phone wont turn off cause it wants to stay on note pad all day, volume screams with no way to turn it down Power button doesnt work. etc. Took it back to him to try to get a refund, and he told me no refunds for any reason. He did say he could put my broken screen on and refund me that way, but it would take a day, and the phone functions were not his problem. To fix the phone would be an additional charge. He suggested finally that he would be willing to refund me $35.00 and call it even. I took the $35 dollars, but when I left the shop he reversed the charges immediately, and cancelled the refund. When I asked why he did that he said he felt I tried to rob him and didnt like my demeanor towards him. This place clearly doest know what theyre doing. They probably look at you tube videos to figure out how to fix your phone. The climate is perfect for this type of business, as people are hurting financially, and rely heavily on theyre phones. This place understands that exploits all those factors. They dont care about customer satisfaction or workmanship. Just making a buck off the unwitting consumer. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!

I brought my iPhone 6 in because (I thought) the charger port needed replacing as well as a faulty ear piece. Turns out the charger port just needed cleaning. I dropped the phone off and when he told me itd be done in an hour with a new ear piece and cleaning the port and would cost $60, I couldnt believe it. I ran a few errands and within the hour he called and said it was done. The phone worked like new! What an incredible experience!

He explained the problem efficiently to me on the phone. He let me know my battery was actually busting through and replaced my battery for me as well. In a harrowing and unfortunate accident the HDMI port of my PS4 was cracked and rendered my console useless. Console repair isnt too common, and I didnt think Id be able to find someplace, especially in Savannah, that was capable of fixing my PS4. My boyfriend called around and found this place, got an estimate for reasonable price, and I took it in. The people were friendly, the sign in process was quick and convenient, and I got a decent pick up time frame. Ive had it back for a little over a month and so far its been working perfectly. I really appreciate their help, as tacky as it sounds I love my console and I really didnt think I would have it working again, I thought Id have to cough up another four hundred bucks for a new one. This place is amazing. I have taken my phone here twice and both times they had my iphone working like new. The first time my screen was completely black and they immediately figured it out and fixed it. The second time I dropped my phone into water and thought it was gone for good. I waited two days to bring my phone in and they still got it working! Didnt even lose any of my pictures! I recommend this place to anyone. They work miracles on phones!!!

I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the service here. In one week I brought in 4 items (2 laptops and 2 phones) and it got fixed so quick that I couldnt believe it. One laptop had a water damage and I thought it would never work. The other one had a broken screen for almost a year. Both phones had cracked screens, but one of them was completely damaged and bent. He was able to fix that phone and make it look brand new in just less than 2 hours. How amazing is that? They continued impressing me because I thought that none of those items would ever work again.Their customer service and professionalism is an A++++++. Very friendly staff and a reasonable price. I had a terrible incident with my phone where my laptop fell on it while i was asleep and my whole screen was gone. Every time I tried to turn it on the screen was a black-blue color but still responsive to the home button! I took it to fixit and the wonderful gentleman was able to repair my phone in 15 minutes!! Just left there VERY HAPPY! These folks are superb! 25 years experience in major brands hardware. $105.00 for iPhone Plus. Shattered screen yesterday at home out of town. Found them on internet. On the way into Savannah to work this morning, arrived at their shop at 8:20(ten minutes before opening). Open sign out already. One person ahead of me was in and out in 15 minutes. I was out in the next 15. Personally owned, no franchise, neat, clean shop of an experienced, friendly tech repair person.

I have been given several referrals from friends and acquaintances did this place was one of the best and most reputable places in Savannah for your TV computer or phone repair. Im always a little hesitant and cautious about going out seeking business from those Ive never had business with before. My TV sat here hanging on the wall for several months not being able to watch it but after all these excellent reviews I was getting from everyone I decided to give them a chance. They saved the life of my Plasma TV. It took them awhile to figure out the problem but they did figure out what was causing the problem they had search around for the replacement part for Samsung no longer manufactured the replacement part, but once he found one that would work with my TV he got my TV working like a charm again. Was so happy because I cant buy a quality TV like this anymore with all these crappy LED TVs. Their price was very very reasonable and somewhat shocked me did it didnt cost a lot more given all the work that he had to do to it in order in a parts. So happy with his service that we purchased a TV from him for the spare bedroom.. either due to AT&T DirecTV services or Georgia power on and off power all the time Ive had problems with TVs and computers. We now have our third TV over there getting repaired now. They are very very friendly and honest hard-working people. And I have great personalities. All my problems with electronics will be addressed by hum from here on out.

I also bought a screen protector and altogether it was cheaper than any other option I found in the city ($96 with all fees).

A IPhone 6. (My work cell phone.) which Verizon and another unnamed phone repair store on Abercorn told me it would be 130$ To repair and!! they would have to send to Apple. I got my phone fixed before leaving for for France for two months. The screen was fine until I dropped it one foot off of the ground. The crack across the bottom as well as a less visible one across the screen showed up. Then, the chipping of the white paint began to show up. I got a more protective case after purchasing the new screen so stuff like this would be avoided, but despite this, damage still appeared (whether or not the phone was dropped). On top of that, it seems as though the screen wasnt properly put on, as its pulling away from the phone. The only thing keeping it in place is my protective phone case.The only reason this is getting two stars is because I was in and out in about thirty minutes.

Took 4-year old IPad to big-end electronics store. Without looking at it, repair person asked how old it is and said essentially that I should forget about it. Took to this store and got quick, friendly service for a reasonable price.

Came in with an iphone5s with a broken screen. On the first screen replacement he noticed that the phone would not boot back up. He tried a second screen and the same thing happened. When he put the broken screen back on it did boot. He ended up going the extra mile to replace the camera and the sensor. He finally got it booted up and working. He put the screen protector on and wiped it down. It was truly a wonderful experience. Fast, friendly, and professional. I would go again with any broken device.

XFixit has repaired my iphone 5 several times, saving me a lot of money. One occasion was replacing the battery. Each time they did the work while I waited and the work performed was excellent. On my last trip this week I first went to Verizon thinking I would probably need a new phone. Verizon said it was probably the sim card. They replaced it. Not the problem. The only other recommendation was to sell me a new phone for $649.00 or a older model for 549.00. I went to xFixit and they found the problem in about 15 min. Cost me $26.00. I highly recommend them for phone repairs. At least it should be your first option.

I called around multiple places looking for a reasonable price and I promise this place was the cheapest for my 6plus. Not only did some companies not answer when they said they were open, a lot were just as much money to get a brand new phone with insurance. I came to XFixit, they had my screen in stock, replaced it in about 20 minutes and they even turned on the TV with a kids tv show for my little one who was with me. Without me even asking!
