Now I made an order for a birthday arrangement. and I mostly got lettuce. I used to work at the edible arrangement in Costa mesa so I know they are made to look as in the pictures on the website. pay almost $85 to get a pot full of lettuce and a few fruits. not wroth it from this store.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE unless you want a BUG SENT TO a loved one and regret it later. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service and ruined what could have been a surprise. Please do yourself a favor and don’t use this location ever. Mikaela was rude and did not offer any solution to what was an error on their end. So much for paying for overpriced fruit if they can’t even deliver it as promised

We ordered the Mother’s Day decoration and we got them plained and they still charged me for the other ones. This is very disappointing I was expecting the other ones not this.

I was looking for a little gift for someone and thought this would be a cute idea. The three stars is because the store looks nice and clean. My order was ready when they said it would be.The customer service on the other hand is not their strength. They seem to want to rush you. I was greeted promptly and tole thenlady that I was looking for and idea for a gift. She simply pointed me to the tablet and that was baout it. No recommendations/suggestions. I looked at a few ideas and all she did was ask if I wanted a bear or balloon. So I placed me order and came back about 40 minutes later.When I returned I was greeted pretty quickly. The lady who took my order didnt take my name down but they found it. The lady said here you go and walked away to partake in the chat that was happening with her co workers. I noticed that small cards on the counter. Didnt even offer or mention that.I would have added strawberries and other items now that Im looking at their websiteThey should offer suggestions and just make every customer feel valued and not rushed.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Dilvered my Oder to the wrong address and the had the nerve to ask me to discribe where I live...it’s 2021 everyone has GPS. Then I had to call them back after they discovered that they messed up the order...never again!

Excellent customer service. Ordering was simple and quick. I liked the choices that were made available for thank you gifts. I saw plenty of other arrangements that were amazing. I like receiving thing the text message when delivered. Happy day!

Great service, accidentally placed an order to be delivered to a client of mine on Columbus Day (they are closed that day) and they changed it for the next day no problem.

So disappointed. The two separate arrangements purchased for my masters grads were mediocre quality of fruit at best. The apples were crisp but mushy and had decay marks on them. The arrangement one of my grads received from another store was top notch.

Worst customer service ever. I bought in advance for Mother’s Day and they “attempted to deliver” so are unable to give a refund. Sadly they can’t provide proof of an attempt in giving Covid everyone has been home 24 seven.This is 1 week after it was supposed to be delivered and I had to pro actively call to find out the situation. If they ever “attempt” a delivery it prevents them from issuing a refund. They have zero proof of this attempt and can only “understand my frustration”.I am very disappointed in this company.

I went in the day before a holiday so it was busy the staff were doing the best they could to keep up

I ordered some fruit to be delivered to my Dad for Fathers day and they left it on the GROUND. They didnt contact my Dad to notify him and when he saw the fruit on the floor it was completely filled with Ants. Worst experience ever and ruined my Fathers day gift.

I can not believe this place is still in business. I wish I came on here and read the reviews before doing any business with them. The way they treat their customers is mind boggling! I mean, you’re supposed to be a business with the intention of providing an easy and joyful experience for special occasions. These guys are far from that. The amount of stress they put me through can not be compared to anything else I’ve ever dealt with in terms of customer service. I initially made the purchase several days before Valentine’s Day, paid over the phone and was good to go. Valentine’s Day comes along, my wife gets no delivery, absolutely nothing. I called around noon just to make sure someone was still coming out to deliver, they told me they were extremely busy and it could be as late as 5:30pm. I wasn’t too happy with that because my wife had to be at work at 4pm and she wouldn’t be able to receive it after that time. After being put on hold multiple times and accidentally transferred from one terribly inexperienced employee to another, each of them completely confused on why I’m even calling in the first place, prompting me to repeat myself over and over again until someone merely understood. After repeatedly failing to get anyone to comprehend what I’m talking about, I asked to speak to the manager. This rude, inexperienced, unprofessional individual did not make the slightest attempt to comfort me in regards to the 45 mins I had been on hold... instead her excuse was, we are extremely busy today so you have to wait. Then she places me on hold unannounced, comes back on the line and says “actually your order was delivered this morning and was undeliverable” ! God knows what that actually means but it made absolutely no sense to me and was most definitely an excuse to get me to simply be quiet and wait! This didn’t add up especially since me and my wife were home all morning and if someone REALLY did show up to supposedly attempt the delivery, how come they never called? Does that make sense to any competent human being? Now, in complete panic mode that my wife will not receive her gift, I told the manager I’ll just come by and pick it up myself. She said that was not possible because I am still responsible for the delivery fee! At this point I was completely pissed at this insensitive human being ruining my Valentine’s Day and most of all ruining something special for my wife. Now being fully skeptical of the practices of this business establishment, I told her to just cancel the entire transaction and refund my card immediately, she of course refused. So basically I had to pay for something I never received, and also wasn’t allowed to come pick it up. I have never written a rant this long but I really hope this review helps you process your decision before ever dealing with this place of business.

I came in here to order a graduation gift that I need immediately. After finding out I didnt have time to wait to pick it up they transferred my order to another store that could deliver it time. Mikayla was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding of the situation.

Placed in order the night before, and needed it the next day for my moms birthday. Everything went smooth, she received her gift later on that day and was very happy with the arrangement.

Great place for a nice fruit arrangement, for Co workers, moms, birthdays, or anything eles, they are pretty pricy but you can tell they put lots of work in making them
