Only went here twice. Had two toys that broke and one that is on its last leg after 5ish years. I never experienced bad customer service like quite a few people have, however. If you want good, body-safe toys, support local makers/small businesses.

The round asian girl tried telling me i couldnt use cash because they were about to close and the bigger girl with blonde hair wanted to close register early. i have a big mouth and if i didnt i wouldnt have not been able to get what i wanted. the blonde called me something when i left while she was locking the door early. worst most uncomfortable experience i had at any adult store.

The staff here is very friendly and informative. I think they are VERY overpriced I paid $80 for an item, the same item (brand, color) is $25 on Amazon. You will overpay for your items. Definitely getting over.

Purchased a product here for the first time. Put in batteries and it was faulty/didn’t work. Literally returned 15 minutes later and was told I was out of luck. Lost $100.00. Never again with this place. Do NOT go here.

Sold $70 boots that fell apart in 3 hours. Trying to email manager and owner since the manufacturer is willing to send a replacement pair out however they are not responding. Been trying this for two months of emails and going into store. Rude staff except one employee. Awful. All i want is a replacement pair. Clearly do not care about customers at all. Looks like they are losing many customers lately. Will go out of business that’s for sure.

Used to be a great and very unique experience but has since declined and become your average porn store with nothing more then your creepy neighbor or uncle wandering the isles. Their bowl and smoking apparatus section is very plain and bland and you are not missing anything by skipping it. They also offer various weapons which upon getting pulled over will likely result in your arrest. There is a good selection for clothes for the ladies but they can tend to be expensive (sometimes worth it) and they have a good selection of adult novelty toys but again are over priced.

I was short changed here and didn’t realize until I got home. I called and told them about it and they were so sure they didn’t steal my money. I asked if they could count the drawer and refused to do so until the next morning. The cashier was a complete liar. I will never return to this place and suggest no one does.

Just was in the store with a friend. She was looking for something specific, but we browsed the entire store because it is interesting. During this time my friend and I were asked if we needed help 3 different times and each time we said no. Then as we were nearing the register and browsing the knives, 3 employees came over to ask if we needed help. When I called to complain about how uncomfortable they made us feel and how wronged we felt, they said they thought we were stealing and that they wont apologize . Why would they think that we are stealing? There was a couple in the store before us, that rang out their items the same time we did. Very unprofessional, insulting, and rude. I will not be back again.

She was on the phone. We were asking questions about products but felt like we had excuse her because she was on the phone. Youre working. Talk on your personal time. Not on company time. They need to restock on shoes . If there is a shoe in stock it looks like it’s been used . Overpriced lingerie . Items that are really worth $5 cost $27.99 .

Horrible customer service, especially from the General Manager. Ive been to this store many times (best costumes) and i have never been carded. However on Black Friday I go, and im asked for an Id. Ok, im annoyed, definitely over 18, but thanks for the compliment, and i go get my id. I show my id, and tell the General manager this is a first. She says rudely with way too much attitude, they card everyone. I say, no you dont, ive never been carded and have never seen anyone be carded. I walk off and she yelling through the store that they do and she doesnt like my attitude. So since walking off didnt work, i engage her and tell her she is a liar, and LEAVE me alone as i have already started browsing. For some reason she confused me with one of her employees, and continued to make a noise out of her mouth that sounded more like a caged horse then words.. through this noise she tells me she doesnt serve customers with attitude..I think, is this unprofessional General Manager serious.. So I leave not wanting to embarrass her for real and get worked up over her animalistic behavior.. so no stars and I will be making a formal complaint to corporate.. she seems to have forgotten that she was just the boss for the night. Thankfully the service I have received from other Sales associates was good, so Ill be back... hopefully, definitely will not recommend visiting this store AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! They will ruin the Mood😊

The girl that worked there literally stared my boyfriend and I down the entire time AND THEN had the nerve to ask me if I was stealing. It was really uncomfortable and rude. She then proceeded to rudely tell us we were walking out of the store through the wrong door as we were leaving. I come here regularly but on this particular night I was asked to show my ID. I asked the staff why she did not ask the people in front of me for their ID and said is it because they are white? As soon as I said that she just walked off and continued on. Like really? If your going to card someone then you need to card everyone one regardless of what age they look like or color.
