Cindy was fantastic from the beginning. Punctual, professional, and very attentive to design detail! Her fabricator, Francisco, is awesome! Very good at his craft! I am super meticulous, a little ocd, and really love design; He really made it easy to like his work. Overall. They were friendly, clean, professional! We used them for our kitchen remodel, and then again for our laundry room. The laundry room was tricky because our slab was too small. and Francisco figured it out! So thankful! Highly recommended!

We had our kitchen countertops replaced, backsplash installed, and lighting installed by Surplus Granite and are thrilled with the results! Cindy is amazing to work with...extremely responsive, professional, and so helpful! She suggested the perfect tile for our backsplash, it looks beautiful! Highly recommend them!

I couldnt be more pleased with Christian and the guys! I had them do an island in my patio and it looks wonderful. Christian helped me pick out the granite and advised me of the best way to go so it wasnt too expensive since its an outside island. Christian always came when he said he would and followed up with me to schedule additional work since my other contractor is not near as timely. Would highly recommend them.

They fast-tracked our project. Their Insatallers were willing to try new techniques and materials I suggested. As with most remodeling projects, we had some surprises, which were resolved easily since we maintained clear, open communication through the job. Everyone at surplus was very professional. They worked with us and respected and respectful partners on our project. They respected our privacy and schedules. They made sure the work was left neat at the end of each day. Awesome work and Experience!We started out just needing a kitchen redone. After meeting with several other contractors, cabinet makers, going to a home show, etc. I found Surplus Granite by looking at Yelp and all the great reviews. Needless to say--- they arrived and came prepared, with samples, pictures of projects and plenty of ideas to create the exact kitchen we wanted. They gave an immediate estimate on the spot. No others did this--- some took 2 weeks to even get back to us. We went with Surplus Granite immediately after getting the estimate and they started the remodel with ease. Eddie was there every step of the way-- Yes as all the reviews say-- He answers his phone if you need anything. We had a horrible experience. Our granite that we took time and pick out our self by traveling a long way to get, at installation had a crack. We only notice 24 hours after installation. Phone call to the owner: This type of granite brakes so the owner said. The granite was broken by the fabricator, that i understand it happens, what i do not understand is why selling granite that is not a good quality. Today finally some one got here to look at it and he said that there is nothing i can do when the crack will reach the width of the granite i have to change it. I will file a complaints with better business bureau this is most unprofessional service.

I couldn`t have a better looking kitchen if I had designed it myself. I strongly agree with everyone who praises Eddie and his crew they really do a great job. They are very nice, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, sincere. You will not feel cheated or overcharged. They come to your place and dont try to push you or sell you anything! I shopped around forever as I cant help it that Im picky. Too make matters worse after going to my buddies house I wanted the same cool looking multi-colored green granite that he had. After finding out the price however I just about had a heart attack. I was just about to give up when a buddy of mine told me about Surplus granite.Im very cautious by nature and did my DD. Finally I called and a guy by the name od Eddie showed up to my pad. I could tell by how he talked and articulated himself that this guy really knew he was doing. I can smell bullshit and liars a mile away. To put it simply he blew all the others out of the water. Eddie and his crew were very respectful and courteous which made the experience quite pleasant. I would recommend Surplus granite to anyone looking for a great deal and excellent service.Im a stickler for attention to detail but I was so impressed by the service and workmanship that I have them doing my floors and bathroom next. I didnt have alot of money to spend on the renovations but with Surplus Granite I was able to do it for way less the home depot/ lowes and the other contractors I called.Dont pay the bloated prices 95% of contractors/retail stores charge. but dont take my word for it. After reading the reviews from Yelp, we called and left a message for Surplus Granite. 15 minutes later, Cindy called to discuss with us about how to replace our kitchen island countertop. She explained to us why our existing countertop was cracked and told us what needs to be done to prevent this from happening again. Today our new countertop was installed by 4 professional installers who came on time, finished the job on time, and completed the job very clean. We are very happy to see our kitchen island fully functional again. Cindy is a great kitchen designer who has an excellent work ethic. We strongly recommend Cindy to everyone.

Let me start by saying that installing granite in older homes is not a very easy job. The granite is very heavy and difficult to maneuver. The install team did a fine job and I was very happy with the results. On the business side of that operation I was given everything that I was promised on time. I wasnt asked to pay anything until I was happy with the installation. That is the part that I dont understan. The biggest reason I chose Surplus Granitewas their reviews and the price was by far the best I could find. Plus their time line for my counter-top was two weeks ahead of Home Depot. Cristina was honest and upfront with me and called to see if I was happy with the installation. She also came by to see if everything was going ok.

Horrible experience.Too many people.Shady sales people working on comission. Headache to park and reach not recommend at all.
