The worst customer service! Ryan and Cheyenne claim the MED men’s pant would fit a 32” waist. When the pants arrived the waist measured at 36”. We called and shared our concerns and we were now told the 36” waistband on the MED is correct.. NOBODY that wears a 32” waist would order a MED if they knew it would actually measure 36”. We were told by Ryan there was nothing wrong with the item “he compared them with the others in his shop and they are fine”Ryan when you tell your customer a MED will fit a 32” waist why would you think a 36” waistband is okay?When comparing and measuring with a tape measure the other men’s MED measure at 34”, therefore Ryan the pair you ship us is defective not only in the size of the waistband but the snap area. The snap was placed above the fabric.The biggest let down was the lack of customer service by Ryan to correct the issue and make it right.The WORST customer service.

I have bought several products now from this company for my kids and myself. The quality, design and look of the products is great. Nice to have products that are great quality but also look cool.

Their custom jerseys are SICK AF!!!!!! Best quality this side of the galaxy! Football, soccer, baseball, basketball, they do it all! AND ITS ALL MADE HERE IN THE USA. USA! USA! USA! I want to wear elite gear all day!!!

We appreciate all that Elite does! We use them for softball uniforms in the Spring and Fall. They are prompt to process orders and very understanding of issues that arise... late additions (after months of advertising the season start dates), color combination confusion and ordering colors that don’t exist on the color chart. Elite is extremely patient - ha!The only issues we ever seem to have can be attributed to parents submitting incorrect sizes. They don’t have their girls try on the Elite samples that are provided and guess at sizing. These parents try and hold Elite responsible for their own choices and mistakes. Elite takes it in stride and continues to provide top-notch service for us!We love Elite’s products and service! They will not disappoint!

This place is awful we ordered uniforms and still have not receive them they are paid in full and it just seem like we were left on the back burner because we were out of state we were constantly given the run-a-run about our shipping date, countless phone calls and emails not returned it going on a month now we played this whole season with no uniforms and when we contacted management they were very un-apologetic then tried to sell us stuff that I seen at there store when I travled to California stuff that was on sale already but he was making it seem like we were getting a deal. And last but not Least we were told by management that we will have them by Friday and that he would call Monday to check well Monday and Tuesday came and went no call no email finally we call no answer then today a email didnt even have the balls to call us back any way gave us a tracking number that states our uniforms will arrive on Tuesday NOT Friday so even more wait time this place sucks and is very unprofessional we will not buy our uniforms from here next year

Purchased team order. Wrong size on half the order. Emailed them to fix them. They aske which ones were wrong. After that all my emails have gone unanswered. Do not buy from them.

Amazing designs and high quality materials in everything they make. I’ve yet to get rid of an Elite jersey. I’m always asked “where’d you get that” when I’m wearing one somewhere other than softball.

We ordered our Hoodies through Elite and after a rough battle for any kind of time line they finally came in 8 weeks later. They were put together horribly and one of them had sleeves that were 4 in. to short. their customer service refused to be any help and said they didnt see anything wrong with them even after i sent pictures of all the problems. Our 4X hoodie sleeves were 4 in shorter than the 2X sleeves, but they said thats part of their sizing. This place is horrible, I dont recommend it by any means. Dont waste your money or your time, send your business Premier Athletics

If I could give a big fat 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and to make it even worse, the poorest quality of sweatshirts I’ve ever seen. After 3 months of getting everything in order for the sweatshirts we ordered for our team it took another 8 weeks for them to deliver their cheap, poorly structured product. The stitching it horrible, the sizing is all off, the hoods don’t even fit over my small head. Even after pictures and complaining of the quality of their product they refused to offer any kind of replacement. I will never order through or buy an Elite product again. Definitely going through Premier Athletics for all of my other softball gear.
