Best burgers from a fast food chain. Felt like in 1957. Simple and easy

In & Out is still the Hotspot around here, on State College Ave near Ball Rd. Usually a line of cars all the way through the parking lot, into the street, yet still, we go. Theyre quick with carside order taking, more than reasonable pricing, and fairly quick service. Love In & Out !

Was in the area and decided to check out this In N Out we were not disappointed. The food was hot and fresh. The lettuce was very fresh it was green and crisp. The tomato slices were fresh. I always get double double animal style with extra tomatoes and onions. My husband gets the same but no cheese and extra spread. They got our order perfectly. Outstanding burger and fries. Customer service was superb. I would definitely go back.

Visited LA first time and everyone recommended me to try in n out. I was expecting a very good burger, but at the same time I felt as if maybe the hype isn’t good and I might think of it as a good burger and not as amazing as everyone was saying. But after trying it, this is easily the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life. The bun was hard as a rock, so I went inside and exchanged, I thought maybe I got an old burger that was sitting being warmed for a while. New burger, the bun was warm and soft on the outside, but again the inside part of the buns that were warmed were again hard. As if burned but wasn’t black. The meat was very hard and dry. I couldn’t even finish half the burger. I went with my friend, who got the burger also and got the “animal style “ fries. I got regular fries. The fries were also the worst fries I’ve ever had in my life (literally, no exaggeration) they were very dry. I crushed a fry in my hand and it turned to powder. I don’t think fries should do that. I tried my friends animal style fries. I don’t think any amount of toppings or sauce or cheese can fix fries that are that bad. I ate 2-3 fries and threw them away also. This was very surprising for me because I was not expecting it to be this bad, it was almost as if everyone told me to try it out as a prank because they wanted me to suffer.

The burgs was soft and it was crunchy the chocolate milkshake is to die for i recommended

My favorite In-N-Out to come to get my double double, grilled onion, chopped chilies, pickles, lettuce and tomato!!! The fries are always fresh at this spot and staff has always been outstanding!!

In & Out is my favorite hamburger joint. I would eat one everyday if I could 100%. I started going to In & Out when they only had the one on Bristol back in the 70s! I love the protein burgers cuz I dont eat a lot of bread!

So I was going to order burgers and the people handling the food have no masks and someone was coughing. So I left.

The burgers are fire, but I feel like the cheese is plastic on the monster fries😭

Drive through was fast enough. Got lots of ketchup and spread even without asking. Surprisingly my coke also has less ice as I like to have. They literally read my mind. 😁

Burgers are a bit dry and fries are lackluster. If youre getting a burger get it with all the fixings and 1000 island sauce.I dont know why people here go so nuts over this chain, its just mediocre burgers

The beef patty is really tasty. Loved being able to choose how crispy I like my fries. Im a wimpy fry kinda girl. Im from the East Coast so this was my first time trying the famous in-N-out burger. Service was great ! I got a hat and a sticker for being a newbie !

Best if the best, my ultimate guilty pleasure. Extremely fresh and tasty / toasty.Everything is amazing except the fries. The french fries are meh.However the burgers are so good I dont care about the fries.

Love the local in n out. Service seems to have slipped lately but the burgers are always awesome.

Been going to In-N-Out for decades for their great Double Double which have always been on point. Theyre doing something right because I normally prefer a char broiled/barbecued burger as opposed to a fried burger. Having said that, Ive never been a huge fan of their fries. Theyve always had a dry paper texture in my opinion but even that doesnt keep me away from those tasty burgers. The cleanliness of every In-N-Out Ive been to is a key point especially for my wife & daughters. That is a huge plus. This is the only burger chain we visit. Keep up the great burger work, In-N-Out.

Their food is always fresh and made on order. Conveniently they make basic grilled cheese in burger buns for the kids. My child loves them.

Food was great as always,used drive thru,both orders of french fries were upside down, no big deal. But I noticed all the employees were wearing masks except two girls at the 2nd pick up window. Ive been going to In N Out for years and know they manage their employees. Are you losing control now and are these two making a political statement on the companies time? Much like Colin Kaepernick did when he took a knee? Its the same difference. Do you let your employees run the show now. If I wanted that,I would go to sleezeball McDonalds. My question to you is,Whos the boss?

Its in-n-out what else can I say. They almost always get it right. I just wish they only serviced there fresh out of the frier. Oh well one is perfect. But great as always.

When I asked for some thousand island dressing the young blonde girl said huh in a very rude tone in her voice. At least she could of said what did you say or something else. Food was good.

Pretty good service during Covid. At times the car line gets crowded and it can be hard to get into the parking area. Thats unfortunate.

It was good ..but 1 of the hamburgers we ordered a 3 by 2 .we said plain and there was onions on it ..yuck !.

I have been living on the East Coast for 32 years and recently moved back to the Reno area. I could not wait to get back to In and Out Burger and have myself a double cheeseburger. It was as delicious as I remember over 20 years ago! Some things never change and thankfully In-N-Out Burger is one of those places. I go there as often as I can.

I was bummed out after what was supposed to be my first night of work. Headed home way too early, I went through drive-thru. I ordered a cheeseburger combo with grilled onions & extra pickles, Dr. Pepper & a vanilla shake. The young lady working the window gave out excellent customer service. I drove home & ate.

I just went through the drive thru & got a burger combo. I usually love your restaurant. Unfortunately my burgers are raw in the center.

This location, along with another one, are the ONLY ONES among 6 different businesses that are CAPABLE to make the most perfect French Fries, at least for me. They actually understand what extra crispy mean. The burgers are quite tasty and satisfying. Staff are kind and attentive. A very good meal at a very good price.

I love any In N Out. This is a typical one. The parking can be tough during the day however. There are a lot of restaurants crammed into a small area.

As a European tourist, it was an experience to simply observe the staff......efficient and professional, full of enthusiasm and zest, brilliant interaction as a team, everybody smiling, polite and friendly. I have not experienced this before in a fast food restaurant at home. The food was SO fresh with proper fries also. Great place. Very busy but recommended.

So weird all I ordered was a double double, cheese burger and one fry. Somehow they could not locate my order and after waiting at window they had me pull to the side where I waited for like at least 10 more mins then the girl said she gave me an extra burger and fries for waiting and when i got home there was no extra burger just a bunch of spread and ketchup! So uncharacteristic Im surprised
