Robert Sneed purchased a starter from me at Dons alternator that was the correct starter that he could not install properly and blamed his incompetents on me ordering the wrong starter. No I have sold this exact starter to a number of other customers who had no problems, we have not been in business this long for nothing. Robert then lied to his credit card company and then charged me for the sale. Now Im out of product and money on this sale because of Robert Sneeds incompetence. where Im from you dont do business that way

Good dirt. Most definitely not 14 yards as promised.Arrived in timely fashion.I paid the driver the price I agreed on.The dirt dropped at my site was not even half of the trucks capacity.The owner will not answer the phone 😒I wouldnt recommend this service to an enemy.Very UNHAPPY.I saved a few pictures to their photos for yall

We ordered dirt to make a pad for a portable building to sit on. He asked me if I wanted light medium or heavy . I said I guess heavy, it needs to be a good foundation. What he delivered was solid huge mound of clay that cant be spread. He refused to make right. So now I have gaint mounds of clay in our yard.

We had agreed on a date for this companys dump truck to pick up some materials and on the day of the project, when they had agreed to do so the previously, they cancelled on us. We were able to find another company to help out, however, their last minute cancellation made things inconvenient at first.

So quick summary. I ordered a load of dirt from R & S Tractor & Dump Truck Services. When the dump truck showed up the driver asked me if I would like the dirt on the grass. I told him if you can dump it on the driveway thatll be great to which he replied oh yeah no problem.This guy ran over my mailbox, my trashcan and lifted a good chunk of concrete off my driveway. When I called the owner to tell him about it Mr. Robert Sneed, he kept telling me it was my fault and that I was responsible for my driveway getting messed up. He said that driveways are not meant to hold dump trucks which I had no idea. I told him that his driver didnt tell me that information and he never mentioned any concerns about driving onto the driveway. I told him that if the driver would of told me its not recommended then obviously I would of had him dump it on the grass but no he made it seem like there was no issue. Anyways I talked to the owner twice and all I wanted was for him to send someone to fix my mailbox and just that piece of concrete but he was being rude and kept telling me I was responsible and hung up on me. I was going to get a lawyer since I have footage and our recorded phone conversation where he admits his driver did all that but after talking to several people and a lawyer aswell its not worth it wasting money and time on a lawyer and court dates. The mailbox only cost me $5 to fix with materials I had at home and the broken concrete will only cost me about $30 to fix it myself and put it back in place. I wasnt trying to get money or anything out of this. I just wanted him to send someone out to fix it. So ladies and gents do yourself a huge favor and dont give R&S Tractor & Dump Truck Services any of your business.
